Abstract
本发明涉及一种燃油添加剂,特别是一种用于国IV柴油的品质提升剂,包含如下重量份的化合物:硝酸异辛酯3‑8份、润滑剂5‑10份、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺12‑18份、聚醚胺10‑15份、聚乙烯醋酸乙烯酯8‑12份、碳酸二甲酯10‑25份、聚甲氧基二甲醚5‑10份、分散剂5‑10份、溶剂油16‑24份。与现有技术相比,本发明产品呈中性,不会对柴油发动机造成任何酸碱腐蚀;产品能够有效提高燃油效率;能降低缸内摩擦损耗提高柴油的润滑性能,提升燃油经济性;并能同时降低PM10、PM2.5、CO、HC和NOx排放和降低燃油消耗,延长发动机使用寿命,具有重要的实际应用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃油添加剂,特别是一种用于国IV柴油的品质提升剂。
背景技术
目前,频繁的雾霾天气已成为我国面临的主要大气污染难题。雾霾的产生与机动车排放的氮氧化物(NOx)、细颗粒物(PM2.5)等污染物直接相关,其中柴油车排放的NOx接近汽车排放总量的70%,颗粒物更是超过90%。柴油的消耗量正逐年增长,大量的柴油消耗导致车辆有害物的排放进一步加剧。因此柴油机减排是雾霾治理的重中之重。在不改动车辆与发动机结构,也不增加设备的条件下,使用柴油添加剂可以改变燃料的物性,使燃料充分燃烧,从而实现节能和净化排放。因此,开发高效减排的柴油添加剂是今后研究的重点,解决雾霾天气的主要方向之一。
国内外的柴油添加剂主要分为三类:一是节能型添加剂,其主要目的是为了提高发动机的功率,降低油耗;二是环保型添加剂,其主要目的是净化发动机的排放,减少污染;三是综合型添加剂,其既节能又能降低发动机排气中有害物质的含量。由于传统柴油机中的燃烧难以兼顾PM2.5与NOx排放,通过品质提升剂改善柴油品质性能,同时降低PM2.5和气态污染物排放并节省燃油是值得探索的方法。由于柴油机燃烧过程中颗粒物与NOx的生成相互制约,只有采用复合型添加剂才有可能获得全面的高效减排效果。目前,应用于国IV柴油能同时降低HC、CO、PM2.5和NOx的添加剂还未见报道。
发明内容
本发明目的是填补市场空白,提供一种针对国IV柴油的高性能高品质的柴油添加剂。
本发明公开的技术方案是:这种用于国IV柴油的品质提升剂,包含如下重量份的化合物:
硝酸异辛酯 3-8份
润滑剂 5-10份
聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺 12-18份
聚醚胺 10-15份
聚乙烯醋酸乙烯酯 8-12份
碳酸二甲酯 10-25份
聚甲氧基二甲醚 5-10份
分散剂 5-10份
溶剂油 16-24份。
其中所述的润滑剂为辛酯、乙酰乙酸己酯、环烷酸、油酸己酯中的一种或几种;分散剂为乙烯醇丁醚、三乙烯四胺、三乙胺、乙烯醇丁醚和Span-80中的一种或几种;溶剂油为120#、200#溶剂油其中的一种或两种。
这种用于国IV柴油的品质提升剂的制备方法,主要步骤是将前述重量份的组分依次加入反应釜中于40℃条件下加热反应20分钟。
这种用于国IV柴油的品质提升剂的使用方法,是将前述制备好的柴油品质提升剂按照柴油品质提升剂:国IV柴油=1:1000-2000的容积比加入国IV柴油,搅拌均匀。
与现有技术相比,本发明产品呈中性,不会对柴油发动机造成任何酸碱腐蚀。产品能够有效提高燃油效率,同时降低缸内摩擦损耗提高柴油的润滑性能,提升燃油经济性;从而达到同时降低PM10、PM2.5、CO、HC和NOx排放和降低燃油消耗、延长发动机使用寿命,具有重要的实际应用价值。
具体而言,本发明具有如下特点:
1、本产品含有系列聚合体有机物,不含金属及磷、氯等有害成分,含有分散剂,产品具有良好的 “互溶性”和“防腐性”。
2、硝酸异辛酯的加入,可提高柴油的十六烷值,改善柴油的燃烧性能,提高柴油发火性,缩短着火时间,降低燃点,提高机车热工况动力性。
3、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺具有两性基团的表面活性剂,通过亲水基团和亲油基团的共同作用,促进燃油喷雾更细腻,使单位时间喷油粒子流变细,以致其总比表面积增大,使微油滴在高温作用下加速膨胀气化,并使燃气混合均匀,从而使其蒸发速度加快,着火温度降低,以致燃烧速度加快,使火焰传播速度有序,燃烧更加充分,燃油热效率提高,减少了燃油消耗量。
4、聚醚胺、碳酸二甲酯的加入,使燃油充分的全部燃烧,减少碳颗粒的产生,提高燃烧速度,使放热量达到循环放热量。主要表现为增强动力、降低油耗、降低废气污染物排放量。
5、聚乙烯醋酸乙烯酯的加入,使冷车易启动、减少噪音、延长发动机的使用寿命;由于聚甲氧基二甲醚的加入,可以提高柴油氧含量,增加柴油的十六烷值,改善发动机冷启动性质,达到助燃降低烟度的目的。
6、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的加入,可有效清除和抑制发动机供油系统和燃烧室沉积的物质(如积碳、胶质物等),提高发动机燃油系统机件的使用寿命,防止油泵柱塞、燃油器烧结等现象发生。

将未加入任何添加剂的50L国IV 0#柴油标记为样品A,将分别加入上述三种具体实施方式制备的柴油品质提升剂150ml加入到50L国IV 0#柴油,搅拌均匀后分别标记为样品B、C、D,将4个样品按照GB17691-2005《车用压燃式、气体燃料点燃式发动机与汽车排气污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国III、IV、V阶段)》进行台架实验,实验结果如下表:
从上表测试结果可以看出,加入本发明的柴油品质提升剂之后,主要污染物指标PM及PM2.5下降10%以上,CO、HC、NOx亦有明显的下降,因此本发明可同时降低PM和CO、HC、NOx污染物排放,具有重要的实际应用价值。

Claims (4)
1.一种用于国IV柴油的品质提升剂,包含如下重量份的化合物:
硝酸异辛酯 3-8份
润滑剂 5-10份
聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺 12-18份
聚醚胺 10-15份
聚乙烯醋酸乙烯酯 8-12份
碳酸二甲酯 10-25份
聚甲氧基二甲醚 5-10份
分散剂 5-10份
溶剂油 16-24份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于国IV柴油的品质提升剂,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂为辛酯、乙酰乙酸己酯、环烷酸、油酸己酯中的一种或几种;分散剂为乙烯醇丁醚、三乙烯四胺、三乙胺、乙烯醇丁醚和Span-80中的一种或几种;溶剂油为120#、200#溶剂油其中的一种或两种。
3.权利要求1或2所述的一种用于国IV柴油的品质提升剂的制备方法,包括将前述重量份的组分依次加入反应釜中于40℃条件下加热反应20分钟的步骤。
4.权利要求1或2所述的一种用于国IV柴油的品质提升剂的使用方法,是将制备好的柴油品质提升剂按照柴油品质提升剂:国IV柴油=1:1000-2000的容积比加入国IV柴油,搅拌均匀即可。
