Along with the rapid development of the cosmetic industry, the progress of science and technology and the improvement of the living standard of people, the cosmetic has been a focus of attention of people to the connotation of the quality and functional appeal of cosmetics in a new period as a sunward industry in vigorous development, whether people can stand on the aspects of greenness, naturalness, safety and simplicity of environmental protection to meet the pursuit of beauty of people.
At present, poor living habits such as smoking addiction, alcoholism, staying up all night and the like cause the reduction of enzymes in a body and the increasing of skin pressure, so that the deficiency of Linolenic Acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (gamma-GLA) is caused, further, the barrier tissues of the skin are influenced, and the skin problems such as dehydration, the reduction of the elasticity of the epidermis, the generation of wrinkles and scales and the like are caused. In addition, the use of unqualified cosmetics not only affects the skin's repair ability, but also accelerates the aging of the skin.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of over-strong irritation and insufficient oxidation resistance of the existing facial cleansing cream product, the invention aims to provide a mild facial cleansing cream containing natural oxidation-resistant components. The barrier function of the epidermis can be enhanced, the water loss is reduced, and the water retention rate of the skin is improved.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the facial cleansing cream.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the cleansing cream comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
the Inula was purchased from French Olacaceae, and contains Linolenic Acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (gamma-GLA) and tocopherol in an amount of more than 2000 mg/kg. LA and gamma-GLA can improve the content of phospholipid membrane, regulate skin permeability, are good carriers for the transdermal absorption of nutrient substances, and have the function of stabilizing cell membrane by inserting phospholipid molecules; it can enhance hydration, improve skin microcirculation, resist skin inflammation, protect skin, and maintain lipid balance.
Bee pollen is irregular oblate substance prepared by collecting pollen grains from stamen of flowering plant (honey source plant and pollen source plant) by bee, and adding special glandular secretion (nectar and saliva). The bee pollen extract contains a plurality of active ingredients, wherein flavonoid compounds, vitamins, carotene, phospholipid, terpene and the like are antioxidant substances, so the bee pollen extract plays an important role in antioxidation and anti-aging.
In addition, the bee pollen is various in types, the activity of the extract of the bee pollen is different to a certain extent, and the Chinese magnoliavine fruit bee pollen extract is preferred in the invention.
The ginkgo extract in the formula is purchased from France Jiafa lion company, is an effective substance extracted from ginkgo leaves, mainly contains ginkgo total flavone, terpenoids and other substances, and has the effects of expanding blood vessels, resisting oxidation and the like. The flavone component contained in the ginkgo biloba extract can also prevent the formation and deposition of pigment in the dermis, so as to achieve the effects of whitening the skin and preventing and treating pigment plaques.
The grape seed extract is purchased from Bailander corporation in Korea, has antioxidant activity 50 times that of vitamin E and 20 times that of vitamin C, can effectively remove redundant free radicals in human body, and has super-strong functions of delaying senility and enhancing immunity.
The surfactant is preferably composed of sapindoside, tea saponin and sodium cocoyl malate;
the tea saponin is a natural non-ionic surfactant with excellent performance, has the performances of foaming, emulsifying, dispersing, moistening and the like, and has pharmacological actions in the aspects of seepage resistance, inflammation diminishing, pain easing and the like. The aqueous solution of tea saponin has surface activity, can reduce the surface tension of water, produce lasting foam, and have strong decontamination ability, and is not influenced by water hardness.
The soapberry saponin is a natural nonionic surfactant, has strong dirt-removing power, is easy to degrade, has no harmful residue, is simple and convenient to wash, has no peculiar smell, has small irritation to the skin, and has the effects of resisting bacteria, beautifying, sterilizing, diminishing inflammation, removing dandruff, relieving itching, removing freckles and acnes, whitening, preventing and treating skin diseases and the like on the skin of a human body; and can generate round dense fine foam, and can thoroughly and deeply clean metabolites in pores.
Sodium cocoyl malate is purchased from Spirasci, is an acyl hydrogen radical acid anionic surface active foaming agent derived from apple juice, has abundant, dense and particularly soft foams, has very good tolerance to skin and eyes, is completely adaptive to skin, can completely protect skin barrier, is easy to biodegrade, and is an environment-friendly material.
The humectant is preferably composed of hydrogenated lecithin, hydroxyethyl urea and shea butter;
humectant hydrogenated lecithin is available from gallop journal of Guangzhou, Inc. The hydrogenated lecithin is obtained by adding hydrogen to soybean-derived natural lecithin. The healthy stratum corneum is the natural protective barrier of the skin, and lecithin is an indispensable substance for stratum corneum cells. If lacking, the ability of skin cells to regenerate is reduced, resulting in problems such as skin roughness and wrinkles. The lecithin required by the skin is properly supplemented, and the regeneration capability is ensured. Lecithin has super-strong hydration property, can protect skin from being damaged by external stimulation, effectively helps the skin to absorb moisture of active substances, and maintains long-time moisturizing effect.
Shea butter was purchased from lebokang, usa. The shea butter is most similar to each index of sebum secretion oil of human body, and is easy to be absorbed by human body; wherein a part of unsaponifiables are cinnamic acid esters of terpene alcohols, lupeol and resinol, which have a great effect on wound healing and inflammation diminishing of the skin; moreover, the skin is quite tolerant to these ingredients and can stimulate cell growth, making the skin particularly smooth and soft.
The chelating agent is preferably EDTA-2 Na;
the thickener preferably consists of cocamidopropyl betaine and sodium chloride;
the preservative is preferably dimethylolhydantoin (DMDMDMH) or bis (hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea (PLUS);
the water is preferably deionized water.
Preferably, the cleansing cream comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
the preparation method of the facial cleansing cream comprises the following steps:
mixing a surfactant, a chelating agent, a humectant and water, stirring at 85-90 ℃ until the mixture is completely dispersed and dissolved, and keeping the temperature for 30-40 minutes; cooling to 65-70 deg.C, adding thickener, and stirring; and cooling to 45-50 ℃, adding the seal fruit oil, the bee pollen extract, the ginkgo biloba extract, the grape seed extract and the preservative, stirring uniformly, filtering at 40-43 ℃, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the facial cleanser.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects:
1. the cleansing cream contains natural antioxidant ingredients, and can enhance the barrier function of the epidermis of the skin; the raw materials mainly contain components with the effects of resisting oxidation, repairing human skin and enhancing epidermal barrier, are mostly natural components, are easy to biodegrade, and are green and environment-friendly.
2. The facial cleansing cream disclosed by the invention is added with the Indian fruit oil on the basis of the pure plant extract surfactant, so that the skin permeability can be adjusted, and the skin permeation and absorption of nutrient substances are facilitated. The ultra-strong antioxidant function of the selected schisandra bee pollen extract is added, and other plant extracts are compounded, so that the coordination and synergism of all the components of the facial cleanser are fully exerted, the aim of multiple effects in one bottle (after the facial cleanser is used, no emollient water or toner is used) is fulfilled, the skin quality is improved, the hydration effect is enhanced, the skin microcirculation is improved, the sebum balance is kept, the epidermis barrier is enhanced, and the skin aging is delayed.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
The formulations of the cleansing creams of the examples and comparative examples are shown in the following table:
note: the values in the table are in mass percent.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the cleansing creams prepared in examples and comparative examples were divided into 9 groups by 90 persons of 20-50 years old, and continuously used for 30 days, 1 time per morning and evening, and the antioxidant results of the cleansing creams were evaluated by comparative analysis, wherein the antioxidant results are the improvement of dull skin color, color spots and rough skin. The results are shown in the following table:
as can be seen from the above table, the facial cleansers with different formulations have different degrees of improvement on dull complexion, color spots, rough skin and the like.
When the formula of the cleansing cream does not contain bee pollen extract, ginkgo biloba extract, grape seed extract (hereinafter referred to as active ingredient), there is no improvement effect on skin problems such as dull complexion, color spots, rough skin, etc. (comparative example 6).
When the formula of the cleansing cream contained only one of the active ingredients, there was no significant effect of improving dull complexion, color spots, and skin roughness (comparative examples 3 to 5).
The number of people with significant improvement in skin condition increased when the active ingredient in the formulation was increased to two (comparative examples 1-2).
When the formula contained 2% of the pollen extract fraction, 5% of the ginkgo extract fraction and 2% of the grape seed extract fraction, the number of people with significant improvement in skin condition continued to increase (example 1). The effect was not significantly improved by continuing to increase the amounts of bee pollen extract, ginkgo biloba extract, and grape seed extract (example 2). Therefore, the optimal proportion of the active ingredients in the facial cleanser is determined to be 2 percent of bee pollen extract component, 5 percent of ginkgo biloba extract component and 2 percent of grape seed extract component.
Comparative example 7 the compound tea saponin, sapindus saponin, sodium cocoyl malate were changed to sodium laureth sulfate, and the number of people with improved skin was reduced, even allergy was observed. The tea saponin, the sodium cocoyl malate and the soapnut saponin belong to natural nonionic surfactants, and can obviously reduce the irritation of products. Because the tea saponin has effects in resisting permeability, diminishing inflammation, relieving pain and the like, the sapindus saponin contains a plurality of components beneficial to the body, and the cocoyl malic amino acid sodium is derived from apple juice, has very good tolerance to skin and eyes, is completely adaptive to the skin, and can protect the skin barrier. Experiments show that the natural compound has a synergistic effect with natural compounds and can help to improve skin problems (such as example 1 and example 2).
Since the bee pollen and the bee pollen extract have various types and have certain difference in active ingredients, in order to screen out the best bee pollen extract, the invention selects other 9 kinds of bee pollen extracts as the reference besides the Chinese magnoliavine fruit bee pollen extract. The formula of the control facial cleanser was prepared by replacing the extract of the bee pollen of Schisandra chinensis of example 1 with another source of bee pollen extract. The results of the experiments are shown in the following table:
experimental results show that the facial cleanser containing the schisandra bee pollen extract has the best effect, and has a synergistic effect with other natural plant extracts in the aspect of improving skin problems, and the effect is obvious.
In summary, the following steps: the preferable proportion is determined as that the shizandra bee pollen extract component accounts for 2%, the ginkgo biloba extract component accounts for 5%, the grape seed extract component accounts for 2%, and the compound tea saponin, the cocoyl malic acid sodium salt and the soapberry saponin can obviously reduce the surface activity irritation, and in addition, the compound tea saponin, the cocoyl malic acid sodium salt and the soapberry saponin can effectively improve the skin problem by compounding the shizandra bee pollen extract component, the ginkgo biloba extract component and the grape seed extract component with natural plants, so that.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
