The pressing portion 21 of the pressing member 2 may be provided in a convex spherical shape or the like, and the pressing member 2 may be fixedly connected with the connecting rod 22. In order to facilitate the pressing portion 21 to move along the rail opening 141 and press the eyelid skin, one end of the connecting rod 22 connected to the pressing portion 21 may be provided with a clamping groove 222; the pressing part 21 comprises a roller 211 and an axle 212, and two ends of the axle 212 are respectively connected with the clamping groove 222; the roller 211 is disposed outside the axle 212 and rotatably connected to the axle 212. In the above arrangement, the roller slides along the direction of the rail opening 141 when the connecting rod 22 is moved to squeeze the meibomian glands, so that the meibomian glands are uniformly stressed, and the secretion in the meibomian glands is thoroughly cleaned.
The width of the rail opening 141 should be matched with the width of the pressing portion 21. The width of the rail opening 141 should be greater than or equal to the width of the pressing portion 21. Preferably, the rail opening 141 may be sized to be 10mm, one end of the rail opening 141 may be spaced apart from the open end 11 of the second fixing plate 14 by about 5mm, and the width of the roller 211 may be set to be 8-9.5mm. The length of the card slot 222 may be set to 10mm. The diameter of the roller 211 should be greater than the thickness of the pull groove so that the roller 211 can contact the eyelid skin within the rail opening 141 and press the eyelid skin.
The rail opening 141 may be provided as a hollow opening in the second fixing plate 14, or the rail opening 141 may be formed as a rail. For example, the rail opening 141 is provided with a protrusion 1411 along the edge in the length direction so that the rail opening 141 forms a rail. Both ends of the clamping groove 222 are abutted against the protruding portions 1411 so that the wheel shaft 212 moves along the extending direction of the rail opening 141.
The second through hole 221 and the clamping groove 222 on the connecting rod 22 can be hollow, so that the weight of the pressing piece 2 is reduced, the pressing piece 2 is more flexible in use, and a doctor can use the pressing piece for a long time conveniently.
The material of the meibomian gland cleaner is set to be titanium alloy or stainless steel. The titanium alloy or stainless steel has better strength, is not easy to rust, avoids stimulating human skin, and is easy to clean and disinfect the meibomian gland cleaner.
The invention provides a meibomian gland cleaner, wherein an opening end 11 of a fixing clip 1 is used for clamping an eyelid, the opening and closing degree of the eyelid is fixed by adjusting the fixing clip 1 through a screw rod 31 and a screw cap 32, and eyelid skin is pressed along a track opening 141 by a pressing piece 2. During treatment, a doctor does not need to fix eyelid skin by hand, and when in use, one side of the open end 11 of the fixing clamp 1 stretches into the eyelid to enable one side to be attached to the conjunctival surface of the eyelid, the other side of the fixing clamp 1 is attached to the eyelid skin outside the eye, and the opening of the fixing clamp 1 is fixed through the pressing piece 2, so that the tightness of clamping the eyelid is ensured. Since one side of the fixing clip 1 is attached to the conjunctiva surface of the eyelid without moving the first fixing plate 13, the conjunctiva of the eyelid is not damaged, the eyelid skin outside the eye is pressed in the extrusion process, the extrusion is uniform, the pain of the patient is obviously reduced, and meanwhile, in the treatment process, the eyelid skin is not required to be held by a doctor, so that the pain of the hand in the long-time use process is not caused to the doctor, and the force applied to the meibomian gland is uniform. The fixing clamp 1 is detachably connected with the pressing piece 2, the fixing clamp 1 and the pressing piece 2 can be separated and independent, and the fixing clamp is diversified and convenient to use.

The fixed clamp is provided with a track opening at one side of the eyelid outer side, one end of the pressing piece is provided with a pressing part matched with the track opening, the pressing part can be abutted against the skin at the eyelid outer side, and the pressing part can move relative to a path defined by the track opening so as to enable secretion in eyelid glands to flow out from the opening of the eyelid in a squeezing way;
The pressing piece further comprises a connecting rod, and a clamping groove is formed in one end, connected with the pressing part, of the connecting rod; the pressing part comprises a roller and a wheel shaft, and two ends of the wheel shaft are respectively connected with the clamping groove; the roller is arranged on the outer side of the wheel shaft and is rotatably connected with the wheel shaft;
The width of the rail opening is larger than or equal to the width of the pressing part;
The edges of the rail openings in the length direction are provided with protruding parts, and two ends of the clamping grooves are abutted against the protruding parts so that the wheel shafts move in the extending direction of the rail openings;
The fixing clamp comprises a first fixing plate and a second fixing plate, one ends of the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate are fixedly connected, an opening for clamping an eyelid is formed at the other ends of the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate, the first fixing plate is attached to the conjunctiva surface of the eyelid, and the second fixing part is attached to the skin support at the outer side of the eyelid; the track opening is arranged at one end, far away from the first fixing plate, of the second fixing plate, and is connected with the second fixing plate, and the track opening is arranged along the extending direction of the second fixing plate;
