一种含铬废气处理装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种含铬废气处理装置，具体地说是应用废气储存罐，过滤器，PH检测器，酸雾处理装置，碱雾处理装置，控制器组成，属于工业废气处理技 术领域。
背景技术
随着近代工业的发展，越来越多的工厂拔地而起，各种新鲜的产品陆续进 入人们的生活，给我们带来了前所未有的方便，与此同时，工业生产带来的污 染也日渐引起了人们的重视。尤其是工业废气对人体健康，环境都有很大的危 害，废气会通过不同的途径呼吸道进入人的体内，危害人体健康，世界卫生 组织称，2012年空气污染造成约700万人死亡，也就是全球每八位死者中就有 一位。其次，工业废气能减少到达地面的太阳辐射，时间长了会导致人和动植 物因缺乏阳光而生长发育不好，由于工业废气中含有二氧化碳以及其他酸性 气体，会导致大气温度升高，甚至降酸雨，因此，加大对废气处理的力度使其 达到国家排放标准，响应国家绿色生产的口号成为当前化工生产的首要任务。
发明内容
针对上述的不足，本发明提供了一种含铬废气处理装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种含铬废气处理装置，由废气储存 罐、过滤器、PH检测器、酸雾处理装置、碱雾处理装置、控制器、深冷装置、 颗粒收集装置、管道、阀门、废液处理装置、活性炭吸附装置、气体检测器、 空气压缩器、塔顶釜、回流比控制器、电源、导线、冷凝器、废液储存罐、备 用池、沉淀存放池、药剂沉淀池、离子交换膜、药剂还原池、主控制室、动力 泵、报警器组成，其主要特征是：所述废气储存罐通过管道与过滤器相连接， 所述过滤器通过导线与电源相连接，所述过滤器通过管道分别与颗粒收集装置 和PH检测器相连接，所述过滤器与颗粒收集装置之间安装有阀门，所述PH检 测器通过管道分别与酸雾收集装置和碱雾收集装置相连接，所述酸雾收集装置 和碱雾收集装置分别与PH检测器相连接，所述PH检测器通过导线与控制器相 连接，所述控制器与深冷装置通过导线相连接，所述深冷装置与废液处理装置 通过导线相连接，所述废液处理装置通过管道与活性炭吸附装置相连接，所述 活性炭吸附装置通过管道与气体检测器相连接。
深冷装置包括空气压缩器，塔顶釜，回流比控制器，电源，导线，冷凝器， 废液储存罐；在深冷装置中，所述电源通过导线与动力泵相连接，所述动力泵 通过管道与空气压缩器相连接，所述空气压缩器与塔顶釜通过管道相连接，所 述塔顶釜通过管道与冷凝器相连接，所述冷凝器通过管道与回流比控制器相连 接，所述回流比控制器通过管道分别与塔顶釜和废液储存罐相连接。
废液处理装置包括备用池，沉淀存放池，药剂沉淀池，离子交换膜，药剂 还原池，主控制室，PH检测器，颗粒收集装置，导线；在废液处理装置中，所 述离子交换膜通过管道分别与颗粒收集装置和药剂还原池相连接，所述药剂还 原池通过管道与药剂沉淀池相连接，所述药剂沉淀池通过管道分别与沉淀存放 池和备用池相连接，所述药剂沉淀池中安装有PH检测器，所述PH检测器通过 导线与报警器相连接，所述报警器通过无线电链接至主控制室。
该发明的有益之处是：通过废气处理装置将废气去除酸碱性，通过深冷装 置将废气变成废液，从而直接使用药剂还原沉淀法将含铬废水处理，最终废气 经过活性炭吸附装置将最后的废弃残渣吸附使得含铬废气的处理更加自动化和 方便，同时减少成本运行，符合绿色生产的原则。

废液处理装置11包括备用池21，沉淀存放池22，药剂沉淀池23，离子交 换膜24，药剂还原池25，主控制室26，PH检测器3，颗粒收集装置8，导线18； 在废液处理装置11中，所述离子交换膜24通过管道9分别与颗粒收集装置8 和药剂还原池25相连接，所述药剂还原池25通过管道9与药剂沉淀池23相连 接，所述药剂沉淀池23通过管道9分别与沉淀存放池22和备用池21相连接， 所述药剂沉淀池23中安装有PH检测器3，所述PH检测器3通过导线18与报警 器28相连接，所述报警器28通过无线电链接至主控制室26。
工作时：废气储存罐1储存的含铬废气输送至过滤器2将大颗粒物质分离 出来，分离一段时间后，打开阀门10将物质收集在颗粒收集装置8中；过滤后 的废气通过PH检测器3检测酸碱性，选择性进入酸雾或碱雾处理装置处理掉酸 雾或碱雾，处理后的气体再次通过PH检测器3测试，当PH浓度不达标时，再 次打入酸雾或碱雾处理装置中处理，直到PH浓度达标，将电信号传递给控制器 6，控制器6将废气输送至深冷装置7。在深冷装置7中，通过动力泵27将废气 输送至空气压缩器14中将废气压缩至所需要的压力，彻底去除空中的水蒸气与 二氧化碳，然后进入塔顶釜15与返流的废气进行热交换；废气进入冷凝器19 后冷凝成液体，经过回流比控制器16将液体以5：1的比例分别输送至废液储 存罐20和塔顶釜15中，如此循环将所有废气都变成废液。废液从深冷装置7 处理后进入废液处理装置11，经过离子交换膜24将小颗粒物质分离出来并将其 收集进颗粒收集装置8；处理后的废液输送至药剂还原池25中，经过还原剂的 作用将六价铬离子还原成三价铬离子；接下来进入到药剂沉淀池23，在沉淀池 中加入石灰或者氢氧化钠，使其在碱性条件下生成氢氧化铬沉淀，从而去除铬 离子；在药剂沉淀池23中的PH检测器3检测到PH浓度不足以沉淀铬离子时， 将电信号传递给主控制室26，打开阀门10将沉淀池中的液体输送至备用池21， 同时将氢氧化铬沉淀储存至药剂沉淀池23，待药剂配好并且沉淀处理完全后将 其输送回药剂沉淀池23接着工作。处理后的废液解压后变为废气进入活性炭吸 附装置12进行吸附，经气体检测器13合格后便可排放至大气中，若不合格则 进入活性炭吸附装置12循环工作直至合格为止。

Claims (4)

1.一种含铬废气处理方法，其特征在于废气储存罐1储存的含铬废气输送至过滤器2将大颗粒物质分离出来，分离一段时间后，打开阀门10将物质收集在颗粒收集装置8中；过滤后的废气通过PH检测器3检测酸碱性，选择性进入酸雾或碱雾处理装置处理掉酸雾或碱雾，处理后的气体再次通过PH检测器3测试，当PH浓度不达标时，再次打入酸雾或碱雾处理装置中处理，直到PH浓度达标，将电信号传递给控制器 6，控制器6将废气输送至深冷装置7；在深冷装置7中，通过动力泵27将废气输送至空气压缩器14中将废气压缩至所需要的压力，彻底去除空中的水蒸气与二氧化碳，然后进入塔顶釜15与返流的废气进行热交换；废气进入冷凝器19 后冷凝成液体，经过回流比控制器16将液体以5：1的比例分别输送至废液储存罐20和塔顶釜15中，如此循环将所有废气都变成废液；废液从深冷装置7 处理后进入废液处理装置11，经过离子交换膜24将小颗粒物质分离出来并将其收集进颗粒收集装置8；处理后的废液输送至药剂还原池25中，经过还原剂的作用将六价铬离子还原成三价铬离子；接下来进入到药剂沉淀池23，在沉淀池中加入石灰或者氢氧化钠，使其在碱性条件下生成氢氧化铬沉淀，从而去除铬离子；在药剂沉淀池23中的PH检测器3检测到PH浓度不足以沉淀铬离子时，将电信号传递给主控制室26，打开阀门10将沉淀池中的液体输送至备用池21，同时将氢氧化铬沉淀储存至药剂沉淀池23，待药剂配好并且沉淀处理完全后将其输送回药剂沉淀池23接着工作；处理后的废液解压后变为废气进入活性炭吸附装置12进行吸附，经气体检测器13合格后便可排放至大气中，若不合格则进入活性炭吸附装置12循环工作直至合格为止。
