In the embodiment, since the unlocking device 106 can contact with the image forming apparatus main body 108 and receive the acting force of the image forming apparatus main body 108 in the process of mounting the process cartridge to the image forming apparatus main body 108 to drive the locking device 105 to release the locking position of the connecting member 107, so that the developing cartridge 102 and the drum cartridge 101 can be separated, the locking position of the locking device 105 to the connecting member 107 can be automatically released in the process of mounting the process cartridge to the image forming apparatus main body 108, when the developing cartridge 102 needs to be taken out from the image forming apparatus alone, a user can take out the developing cartridge 102 without manually unlocking the locking device 105, the operation is convenient, and the use convenience of the image forming apparatus is improved.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the locking device 105 is capable of restoring the locking position of the coupling member 107 in a state where the unlocking device 106 is separated from the image forming apparatus main body 108 to lock the developing cartridge 102 and the drum cartridge 101 relatively. When it is necessary to take out the process cartridge from the image forming apparatus, the process cartridge can be separated from the image forming apparatus main body 108, and since the locking device 105 can restore the locking positioning of the coupling member 107 in the state where the unlocking device 106 is separated from the image forming apparatus main body 108, the drum cartridge 101 and the developing cartridge 102 can be automatically locked when the process cartridge is separated from the image forming apparatus main body 108, so that the drum cartridge 101 and the developing cartridge 102 can be prevented from being separated and falling off in the process of taking out the process cartridge.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the connecting member 107 is a cylinder with a contact surface 119 at the top, the locking device 105 includes a main body 110 and a holding part 111, the bottom surface of the holding part 111 is provided with a holding surface 118, the contact surface 119 is parallel to the axis of the cylinder, and the holding part 111 is used for engaging with the contact surface 119 through the holding surface 118 and applying force to the contact surface 119 to lock the connecting member 107 in place. Therefore, the contact between the holding part 111 and the connecting piece 107 is more stable, and the force application is more reliable.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the connecting member 107 is provided with a groove 121, and the locking device 105 includes a main body 110 and a catch 111, and the catch 111 is configured to extend into the groove 121 and apply a force to the connecting member 107, so as to lock and position the connecting member 107. Therefore, the contact between the holding part 111 and the connecting piece 107 is more stable, and the force application is more reliable.

Claims (9)

1. A process cartridge detachably mountable to an image forming apparatus main body, characterized by comprising:
the developing box is provided with a connecting piece;
a drum cartridge comprising:
a drum cartridge main body;
the accommodating part is arranged on the drum box main body, and is of a groove structure with an opening on one side and used for accommodating the connecting piece;
the locking device can be matched with the accommodating part to lock and position the connecting piece so as to relatively lock the developing box and the drum box; and
an unlocking device for contacting the image forming apparatus main body and receiving a force of the image forming apparatus main body during mounting of the process cartridge to the image forming apparatus main body to drive the locking device to release the locking positioning of the coupling member, thereby enabling the separation of the developing cartridge and the drum cartridge;
the locking device comprises a main body part and a clamping part, and the clamping part movably covers the accommodating part;
the unlocking device is a slide block which can slide along a guide rail of the image forming device main body;
the sliding block is rotatably connected with the second end of the main body part through a pin shaft;
when the processing box is positioned outside the image forming device main body, the developing box and the drum box are locked relatively, the bottom surface of the accommodating part is positioned and supported with the connecting piece, and the clamping part moves to the position above the opening of the accommodating part to lock the connecting piece in the groove structure; when the process cartridge is mounted to the image forming apparatus main body, the slider slides along the guide rail and drives the main body portion to rotate, so that the chucking portion opens the opening of the accommodating portion.

A process cartridge according to claim 1, wherein said locking means is capable of restoring the locking position of said coupling member to relatively lock said developing cartridge and said drum cartridge in a state where said unlocking means is separated from said image forming apparatus main body.
3. A process cartridge according to claim 2, wherein said main body portion is rotatably connected to said drum cartridge main body through a rotary shaft, said catch portion and said unlocking means are provided on said main body portion, said main body portion is rotatable with respect to said drum cartridge main body about said rotary shaft to bring said catch portion to a locked position or an unlocked position, said catch portion is engageable with said accommodating portion to lock and position said connecting member when said catch portion is brought to said locked position, said catch portion is disengageable from said connecting member when said catch portion is brought to said unlocked position, so that said drum cartridge and said developing cartridge are separable;
an elastic piece is arranged between the main body part and the drum box main body and is used for applying elastic force to the main body part so as to drive the main body part to rotate forwards, so that the clamping part can reach and be kept at the locking position;
the unlocking device is used for contacting with the image forming device body and driving the main body part to rotate reversely under the action of the image forming device body in the process of installing the processing box to the image forming device body, so that the clamping part can reach and be kept at the unlocking position.
4. A process cartridge according to claim 3, wherein said catch is provided at a first end of said main body portion, said unlocking means is provided at a second end of said main body portion, and said rotary shaft is located between the first end and the second end of said main body portion.

A process cartridge according to claim 3, wherein a guide slope is provided on a top surface of said retaining portion, said drum cartridge main body is provided with a retaining portion, said guide slope is opposed to said retaining portion in a state where said retaining portion is located at said locking position and is spaced therefrom to form an opening portion into which said connecting member can be fitted in said accommodating portion, said connecting member is adapted to be brought into contact with said guide slope and slid relatively during fitting in said accommodating portion to drive said main body portion to rotate reversely so that said retaining portion can reach said unlocking position.
6. A process cartridge according to claim 3, wherein a stopper portion for abutting against said main body portion to hold said catch portion in the locked position is provided on said drum cartridge main body.

A process cartridge according to claim 4, wherein said unlocking means is adapted to contact a guide rail of said image forming apparatus main body and to be urged by said guide rail to reverse said main body portion so that said catch portion can reach and be held at said unlocked position during mounting of said process cartridge to said image forming apparatus main body, said process cartridge being adapted to slide along said guide rail to slide into said image forming apparatus main body.
8. A process cartridge according to claim 1, wherein said pin is provided on said slider, and wherein a long hole is further provided at the second end of said main body portion, and said pin is inserted into said long hole and slidably connected to said long hole.
9. An image forming apparatus comprising an image forming apparatus main body and the process cartridge according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the process cartridge is detachably attached to the image forming apparatus main body.
