Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及对车辆中的传动带的劣化的诊断,并且更具体地,涉及一种用于诊断由于传动带的打滑而导致的传动带的劣化的系统和方法。
此外,本发明还涉及用于指示由于皮带(belt)的劣化而替换皮带的请求的系统和方法。
背景技术
通常,在混合动力车辆的情况下,电力不足基本上需要增加交流发电机和电池的容量。因此,需要增加配线/线束的数量和/或车辆的重量。
一般而言,不可避免地限制可以供应至用于向电气负载等供应电力(例如,大约12V的输出电压)的辅助电池的最大功率容量(例如,高达大约2.5KW)。
同时,由于新技术部分的开发和应用由于内部因素而越来越广泛,所以电力消耗不断增加。另外,由于外部因素,需要加强燃料经济性和废气管理,或者需要改善驾驶便利性。
因此,当需要比由辅助电池提供的电力更多的电力时,除了辅助电池以外,使用具有不同电力系统(例如,大约41V、48V等的输出电压)的主电池。
具有这种结构的车辆被称为中度(mild)混合电动车辆(HEV)或Soft-HEV。在电动机应用于这种Mild-HEV的情况下,电动机经由皮带连接至曲轴皮带轮(pulley)以向发动机提供扭矩辅助,或者通过使用发动机的扭矩生成电能。
然而,由于施加至皮带的扭矩大于施加至连接于通常已知的交流发电机的皮带的扭矩,所以需要皮带具有抵抗较大张力的耐久性。
由于车辆行驶期间的频繁的扭矩辅助、再生制动以及怠速停止之后的重新启动,所述皮带的劣化加速。当这种皮带劣化进行时,存在可能出现皮带打滑、噪声等的问题。
此外,当出现皮带打滑时,存在电动机的扭矩的传递效率降低的问题,并且因此不能通过HEV的功能来实现提高动力性能和燃料效率的效果。

发明内容

用于诊断车辆中的传动带的劣化的系统包括:发动机;电动机,经由传动带连接至发动机的曲轴的轴以生成电力;控制器,用于识别传动带的打滑,并且随后根据是否满足诊断到劣化的条件来确定诊断到传动带的劣化(下文中,“劣化诊断”)或者传动带的打滑被诊断为是由于发动机的摩擦而引起的(下文中,“打滑诊断”),然后根据劣化诊断或打滑诊断来生成扭矩调整命令以调整电动机的扭矩;以及主电池,用于响应于扭矩调整命令来向电动机供应电力。

警报信息可以是字符、声音和图形的组合。
用于诊断车辆中的传动带的劣化的系统可以包括连接至主电池的转换器和用于通过转换器从主电池接收充电电力的辅助电池。
主电池可以是超级电容器或锂离子电池。
辅助电池可以是铅酸电池。
此外,电动机可以是逆变器集成型中度混合启动发电机(MHSG)。
此外,调整可以是扭矩辅助或再生制动扭矩的调整。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供一种用于诊断车辆中的传动带的劣化的方法,包括:通过控制器识别传动带的打滑;根据控制器识别到传动带的打滑之后是否满足诊断到劣化的条件,通过控制器确定传动带劣化(下文中,“劣化诊断”)或者传动带的打滑是由于发动机的摩擦而引起的(下文中,“打滑诊断”);根据劣化诊断或打滑诊断,通过控制器生成用于调整电动机的扭矩的扭矩调整命令;根据扭矩调整命令,从主电池向经由传动带连接至发动机的曲轴的轴的电动机供应电力;以及通过电动机生成电力。

本发明的另一个效果在于,可以通过指示由于皮带劣化而替换皮带的请求并因此引起皮带的修理来连续地保持动力性能和/或燃料效率性能的改善。

图1是根据本发明的示例性实施例的用于诊断车辆中的传动带的劣化的系统100的配置的框图。参考图1,用于诊断车辆中的传动带的劣化的系统100可以包括:控制器110,用于交换和控制设置在车辆中的部件之间的信号和数据;发动机120;电动机130,通过传动带121连接至发动机120的曲轴的轴以生成电力;主电池140,用于向电动机130供应电源(即,电力);以及辅助电池150,供应有来自主电池140的用于对电池充电的电力。
控制器110识别传动带121的皮带打滑。在识别到皮带打滑之后,控制器根据是否满足诊断到劣化的条件来确定诊断到传动带的劣化(“劣化诊断”)或者传动带的打滑被诊断为是由于发动机的摩擦而引起的(“打滑诊断”),然后根据劣化诊断或打滑诊断来生成扭矩调整命令以调整电动机的扭矩。
传动带121连接至曲轴皮带轮,该曲轴皮带轮组装至发动机120侧的曲轴的轴。因此,传动带的劣化可能在操作传动带时引起打滑,导致产生噪声和/或每分钟转数(RPM)的波动等。
在这种情况下,电动机130的扭矩传递效率降低,并且因此不能实现作为车辆的主要功能的扭矩辅助和/或燃料效率的效果。
因此,在本发明的示例性实施例中,判断是打滑诊断还是劣化诊断以防止这种缺陷。
发动机120可以是选自以下发动机中的任何一种:由汽油提供燃料的发动机,包括CVVT(连续可变气门正时)发动机、DOHC(双顶置凸轮轴)发动机、CVT(连续气门正时)发动机、GDI(汽油直喷)发动机和MPI(多点喷射)发动机;由柴油提供燃料的发动机,包括CRDI(共轨直喷)发动机、HTI(高速涡轮中冷器)发动机和VGT(可变几何涡轮增压器)发动机;以及由液化气体提供燃料的发动机,包括LPi(液体丙烷喷射)发动机。
电动机130可以是逆变器集成型MHSG(中度混合启动发电机)。换句话说,电动机130可以配置为包含逆变器的功能。因此,能够将在电动机130中生成的三相交流电的电力转换为直流电并输出,或者相反地将直流电转换为三相交流电以驱动电动机130。
与全混合电动车辆(HEV)电动机不同,电动机130为永磁型并且包括电磁体。也就是说,定子为永磁型,并且转子包括电磁体。因此,为了驱动电动机130,可以供应用于对转子的电磁体进行预充磁(prefluxing)的激励电流。
此外,电动机130从主电池140接收种子(seed)电力,并且当其供应有用于初始磁化的电流时可以进行电力生成。自然,电动机130被控制为使得劣化系数根据劣化程度被反映到扭矩辅助或再生制动扭矩,以便不会产生传动带121的连续打滑。
发动机120和电动机130通过包括传动带121的连接设备连接。因此,在一般操作模式下,即使当发动机120驱动时,电动机130也处于不生成电力的状态。也就是说,仅当激励电流施加至电动机130时,磁化电动机130的转子,并且因此电动机开始生成电力。
因此,当主电池140中存在故障时,辅助电池150可以使单独的激励电流流动至电动机130以磁化电动机130的转子,使得电动机可以进行电力生成操作。自然,电动机可以不仅进行当前电力生成操作还可以进行扭矩辅助操作。
主电池140可以是超级电容器或锂离子电池。另外,自然,电池可以是用于电动车辆的高电压电池,包括镍金属电池、锂离子电池、锂聚合物电池、全固体电池等。此外,主电池140可以是单个电池单元,或者可以是包括串联和/或并联连接的电池单元的电池组。
电池单元可以是圆柱形电池、棱柱形电池、袋状电池等。袋状电池可以包括具有薄膜的柔性盖,其中设置有电池单元的电气部件。
特别地,袋状电池用于实施单个电池单元内的最佳空间利用。袋状电池的特点还在于重量轻且容量大。
袋状电池的边缘部分包括密封接头。换句话说,密封接头连接电池单元的两个薄膜,同时薄膜之间形成的空腔包括附加部件。
主电池140可以具有大约48V的输出电压,但是不限于此。
辅助电池150可以是铅酸电池,但不限于此。辅助电池还可以是镍金属电池、锂聚合物电池或锂离子电池。
辅助电池150从主电池140接收充电电力,并且因此被充电。此外,当主电池140出现故障时,可以在控制器110的控制下将种子电力(例如,大约12V)供应至电动机130。
控制器110基于劣化诊断或打滑诊断生成用于调整电动机130的扭矩的扭矩调整命令,并且因此通过控制主电池140来控制电动机130的扭矩。
图1中示出的发动机120和/或电动机130包括控制器,以用于分别控制它们。换句话说,发动机控制器配置为控制发动机120,并且电动机控制器配置为控制电动机130。自然,发动机控制器和电动机控制器与控制器110交换信号、数据等。
此外,可以在电池本身中单独配置用于管理主电池140和辅助电池150的电池管理系统(BMS)。
图2是图1所示的用于诊断车辆中的传动带的劣化的系统中包括转换器和电气负载的配置的框图。参考图2,转换器210设置在主电池140与辅助电池150之间。转换器210是双向转换器,其进行电压的降压或升压。换句话说,当主电池140正常时,进行前馈输出控制。因此,来自主电池140的输出电压被调节并且然后供应至辅助电池150。例如,在前馈输出控制的情况下,转换器210将48V转换为12V并将其供应至辅助电池150。
另一方面,当主电池140不能操作时,进行反馈输出控制。因此,来自辅助电池150的输出电压被调节并且然后供应至电动机130。例如,在反馈输出控制的情况下,转换器210将12V转换为48V,并将其供应至电动机130。
因此,转换器210可以是作为双向转换器的直流-直流转换器(DC-DC转换器)。转换器可以是低压DC-DC(LDC)转换器。当然,转换器210包括升压和降压电路。
另一方面,辅助电池150向负载220供应电力。负载220可以是包括灯221等的电气部件。灯221可以是用于当确定劣化诊断时指示传动带的劣化诊断的警报灯。
图3是图1中示出的用于诊断车辆中的传动带的劣化的系统的详细框图。参考图3,电动机130设置有用于确定电动机的每分钟转数(RPM)的编码器301,而用于确定发动机的水温的检测器302附接至发动机120。
当然,也能够使用速度检测器来代替编码器301。
控制器110可以包括:扭矩确定模块310,用于根据电动机的转数来确定实际扭矩;条件识别模块320,用于通过使用实际扭矩和预定目标扭矩来识别是否出现皮带打滑;诊断模块330,用于根据是否满足诊断到劣化的条件来确定是劣化诊断还是打滑诊断;以及调整模块340,用于生成扭矩调整命令。
扭矩确定模块310基于电动机的实际转数来确定实际扭矩,并且将实际扭矩与目标扭矩进行比较,以确定在传动带121(参见图1)上是否出现打滑现象。也就是说,当实际扭矩小于目标扭矩时,意味着在传动带上出现打滑现象。可以从主控制器接收目标扭矩,或者以其它方式将目标扭矩存储在控制器110本身中。
当确定诊断到传动带121的劣化时,显示模块340显示用于通知替换传动带121的要求的警报信息。当前警报信息可以是字符、声音和图形的组合。此外,为了本目的,显示模块340可以包括声音系统、显示系统等。此外,显示模块340还可以包括车辆的仪表组。
图4是示出根据本发明的示例性实施例的诊断劣化的过程的流程图。参考图4,在步骤S410中,当驾驶员启动车辆时,发动机120根据启动命令运行。
如此,在步骤S420,控制器110(参见图1)识别传动带121(参见图1)的皮带打滑。
随后,在步骤S430中,在识别到皮带打滑之后,控制器110确定是否满足诊断到劣化的条件。此外,诊断到劣化的条件被限制于在发动机120的预热之后出现皮带打滑的时间。将诊断到劣化诊断的条件限制为在发动机的预热之后出现皮带打滑的时间的原因在于:当在冷启动状态下由于电动机扭矩辅助和再生制动扭矩而出现皮带打滑时,不可能区分皮带打滑是由于发动机摩擦而引起的还是由于皮带的劣化而引起的。
因此,需要识别发动机的预热状态的过程。本预热状态可以是由检测器检测到的发动机的水温值大于第一预定参考值A并且在发动机被驱动之后的时间大于第二预定参考值B的情况。
在步骤S430中,当满足诊断到劣化的条件时,确定诊断到皮带的劣化。如此,过程继续至步骤S440和S450,其中,根据劣化程度来调整扭矩辅助和再生制动扭矩。
另外,当确定诊断到皮带的劣化时,这意味着劣化出现在传动带121本身。因此,在步骤S460中,输出替换皮带的请求。
另一方面,当在步骤S430中不满足诊断到劣化的条件时,然后在步骤S431中确定皮带的打滑被诊断为是由于冷启动时发动机的摩擦而引起的。
因此,在步骤S433中,根据打滑的程度来调整扭矩辅助和再生制动扭矩。
调整扭矩辅助和再生制动扭矩中的每个的基本量,以阻止在诊断到劣化和/或打滑之后出现打滑。

1.一种用于诊断车辆中的传动带的劣化的系统,包括:
发动机;
电动机,经由所述传动带连接至所述发动机的曲轴的轴以生成电力;
控制器,配置为用于识别所述传动带的打滑,并且随后根据是否满足诊断到劣化的条件来确定:诊断到所述传动带的劣化,即“劣化诊断”;或者所述传动带的打滑被诊断为是由于所述发动机的摩擦而引起的,即“打滑诊断”,然后根据所述劣化诊断或所述打滑诊断来生成扭矩调整命令以调整所述电动机的扭矩;以及
主电池,响应于所述扭矩调整命令来向所述电动机供应电力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述控制器包括:
扭矩确定模块,用于根据所述电动机的转数来确定所述扭矩;
条件识别模块,用于通过使用所述扭矩和预定目标扭矩来识别是否出现所述传动带的打滑;
诊断模块,用于根据是否满足所述诊断到劣化的条件来确定是所述劣化诊断还是所述打滑诊断;以及
调整模块,用于生成所述扭矩调整命令。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述诊断到劣化的条件被限制为在所述发动机的预热之后出现传动带的打滑的时间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的系统,其中,所述预热是由检测器检测到的发动机的水温值大于第一预定参考值并且所述发动机被驱动之后的时间大于第二预定参考值的情况。
5.根据权利要求1所述的系统,还包括:显示模块,用于当确定所述劣化诊断时输出指示替换所述传动带的要求的警报信息。
6.根据权利要求5所述的系统,其中,所述警报信息包括字符、声音和图形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的系统,还包括连接至所述主电池的转换器和用于通过所述转换器从所述主电池接收充电电力的辅助电池。
8.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中,所述主电池是超级电容器或锂离子电池,并且所述辅助电池是铅酸电池。
9.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述电动机是逆变器集成型中度混合启动发电机。
10.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述调整是扭矩辅助或再生制动扭矩的调整。
11.一种用于诊断车辆中的传动带的劣化的方法,包括以下步骤:
通过控制器识别所述传动带的打滑;
根据在所述控制器识别到所述传动带的打滑之后是否满足诊断到劣化的条件,通过所述控制器诊断以确定:所述传动带劣化,即“劣化诊断”;或者所述传动带的打滑是由于发动机的摩擦而引起的,即“打滑诊断”;
根据所述劣化诊断或所述打滑诊断,通过所述控制器来生成用于调整电动机的扭矩的扭矩调整命令;
根据所述扭矩调整命令,将来自主电池的电力供应至所述电动机,所述电动机经由所述传动带连接至所述发动机的曲轴的轴;以及
通过所述电动机生成电力。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,识别所述传动带的打滑的步骤包括:根据所述电动机的转数,通过扭矩确定模块来确定所述扭矩,以及通过条件识别模块,使用所述扭矩和预定目标扭矩来识别是否出现所述传动带的打滑;
诊断的步骤包括:根据是否满足所述诊断到劣化的条件,通过诊断模块来确定是所述劣化诊断还是所述打滑诊断;并且
生成所述扭矩调整命令的步骤包括:通过调整模块来生成所述扭矩调整命令。
13.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述诊断到劣化的条件被限制为在所述发动机的预热之后出现所述传动带的打滑的时间。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述预热是由检测器检测到的所述发动机的水温值大于第一预定参考值并且所述发动机被驱动之后的时间大于第二预定参考值的情况。
15.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,生成所述扭矩调整命令的步骤还包括:当通过所述控制器确定所述劣化诊断时,将指示替换所述传动带的要求的警报信息输出至显示模块。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述警报信息包括字符、声音和图形。
17.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,生成所述电力的步骤包括:通过连接至所述主电池的转换器将充电电力从所述主电池供应至辅助电池。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述主电池是超级电容器或锂离子电池,并且所述辅助电池是铅酸电池。
19.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述电动机是逆变器集成型中度混合启动发电机。
20.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述调整是扭矩辅助或再生制动扭矩的调整。
