Please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 5 . FIG. 3 is an exploded schematic view of the first pressure detection unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is another exploded schematic diagram of the first pressure detection unit according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is another exploded schematic diagram of the first pressure detection unit according to the embodiment of the present invention.

The structures of the pressure detection units respectively included in the edge pressure detection module 11 and the inner pressure detection module 12 may refer to the structures in FIGS. 3 to 5 .

Here, the first pressure detection unit 111 is taken as an example. In FIG. 3 , the first pressure detection unit 111' includes a conductive elastomer 101', an insulating substrate 102', and an insulating elastomer 103'. The insulating elastic body 103' is provided between the conductive elastic body 101' and the insulating base material 102'. In this embodiment, the insulating elastic body 103' is a foamed material. For example: polyurethane materials, etc. As shown in FIG. 3, the insulating elastic body 103' includes a plurality of through holes 104'. The insulating elastomer 103' can also be made of other soft and elastic insulating non-conductors, and the conductive elastomer 101' is a conductive foam in this embodiment, and in other embodiments, the conductive elastomer 101' is also Can be conductive rubber. The material of the insulating substrate 102' can be the same as that of the insulating elastomer 103'.

In this embodiment, at least one wire 105' is laid on the surface of the insulating substrate 102' on the side facing the conductive elastomer 101'. In this embodiment, a plurality of wires are laid on the insulating substrate 102'. During actual assembly, the conductive elastomer 101', the insulating elastomer 103' and the insulating substrate 102' are in close contact with each other. When the conductive elastomer 101' or the insulating substrate 102' is subjected to an external pressure, the conductive elastomer 101' or the insulating substrate 102' will have a deformation amount, so that the insulating elastomer 103' corresponds to the area under pressure Also has a shape variable. Since the insulating elastic body 103' includes a plurality of through holes 104', the wires 105' on the insulating substrate 102' will contact the conductive elastic body 101' through the through holes 104', and transmit a pressure detection signal. That is, the first pressure detection unit 111' generates a pressure signal because the wire 105' of the insulating substrate 102' contacts the conductive elastomer 101'. However, if the first pressure detection unit 111' is not deformed by external pressure, a pressure signal will be generated because the wire 105' will not contact the conductive elastic body 101'.

In FIG. 4 , the first pressure detection unit 111 ″ includes a conductive elastic body 101 ″ and an insulating elastic body 102 ″. A plurality of recesses are respectively provided on the opposite surfaces of the conductive elastic body 101 ″ and the insulating elastic body 102 ″. (not shown), the concave portion (not shown) of the conductive elastic body 101" and the concave portion (not shown) of the insulating elastic body 102" are arranged oppositely. The first pressure detection unit 111" further includes at least one The wire 103" is arranged on one side of the insulating elastomer 102", that is, the side with a plurality of recesses (not shown). Further, the wire 103" is arranged on the insulating elastomer 102". In the concave part (not shown in the figure). That is, when the conductive elastic body 101" is closely combined with the insulating elastic body 102", and there is no deformation due to external pressure, the wire 103" will not be connected to the conductive elastic body 101". "Contact. When the first pressure detection unit 111" is deformed by external pressure, the wire 103" in the concave portion (not shown) will contact the conductive elastomer 101" to generate a pressure signal. In this embodiment, the wire 105' and the wire 103" can be conductive fibers or metal wires, which can be adjusted according to actual needs, which are not limited in the present invention.

On the conductive elastomer 104'' is laid a plurality of insulating elastomers 103''' with a grid-like groove pattern .

In this embodiment, the conductive elastic body 101"' is electrically connected to a positive electrode V+ and a negative electrode V-, which are respectively disposed on both sides of the conductive elastic body 101"', that is, when the conductive elastic body 101"' is in this embodiment In the embodiment, there are two sets of conductive units (not shown in the figure), which are electrically connected to the positive electrode V+ and the negative electrode V- respectively. When the first pressure detection unit 111"' has not been pressed by external pressure, the positive electrode V+ and the negative electrode V- are electrically connected to each other. The negative electrodes V- do not conduct with each other. When the first pressure detection unit 111''' is pressed by external pressure, the conductive elastic body 101''' will deform, and the grid-shaped insulating elastic body 103''' contacts the conductive elastic body 104''', so that the positive electrodes V+ and The negative electrode V- is turned on to transmit a pressure detection signal. In this embodiment, the positive electrode V+ and the negative electrode V- are electrically connected to the power supply module 16 and the control module 10 . In other embodiments, the positive electrode V+ and the negative electrode V- may be disposed in different conductive elastic layers, which are not limited in the present invention.

In this embodiment, the insulating elastomer 103"' has a lattice-shaped groove pattern. In other embodiments, the insulating elastomer 103"' can have a circular, rhombic or other irregular groove pattern. There is no limitation in the present invention. The size of the groove pattern of the insulating elastic body 103"' can be designed according to the resolution requirement of pressure detection, which is not limited in the present invention.
