本发明涉及印染领域,特别是一种涤纶化纤地垫的无水印花真彩喷墨分散染料墨水。印染上色更快,色感更好,色彩寿命能比较长。成分包括:分散染料墨水含量22~35%,调浆剂含量3~7%,匀染剂含量4~9%,吸湿剂含量2%;润滑剂含量%,软化剂含量1~3%,整理剂含量1~3%,包括增亮理助剂0.7~1.2%、固色助剂1~1.2%、印花助剂1.3~1.6%;去离子水28~40%,螯合剂0.5%;匀染剂主要为酸系匀染剂和阳离子系匀染剂,本发明的有益效果是:克服了在调浆剂、分散染料墨水的分散液、去离子水总含量比较高的情况下,染料的固色度会降低的情况,加入了螯合剂在使用的时候进行调和一旦进入蒸汽印染工序的时候会增加整个染料离子的吸附能力,克服在竭染法染色过程中涤纶色牢度低的缺点,增加色牢度,匀染性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及印染领域,特别是一种涤纶化纤地垫的无水印花真彩喷墨分散染料墨水。
背景技术
在地毯中天然地毯染色、制作都很复杂所以价格昂贵甚至达到数万一平方米的情况,所以工业化生产产生了化纤纺织料的地毯,降低地毯的生产价格,化纤地毯一般采用拉绒或编制,在现有纺织品工业中使用墨水多为活性染料 ( 又称反应性染料 )、酸性染料或分散染料墨水,其中活性染料 pH 值容易升高,在水中易发生水解或醇解,从而降低了纺织品印花的色牢度,着色寿命过低,色牢度下降速度非常快,不然洗涤和泡水易褪色,墨水容易分解,需要大量水进行印染,并且再烘干制作,制作工艺费用大,不能长期保存,另外由于多含有杂质,容易堵塞喷头,对越来越进化的喷墨印染机来说越来越不适合。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的是为了发明一种涤纶化纤地垫的无水印花真彩喷墨分散染料墨水,印染上色更快,色感更好,色彩寿命能比较长。
本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的:一种涤纶化纤地垫的无水印花真彩喷墨分散染料墨水,成分包括:
分散染料墨水含量 22~35%,
调浆剂含量3~7%,
匀染剂含量4~9%,
吸湿剂含量2%;
润滑剂含量%,
软化剂含量1~3%,
整理剂含量1~3%,包括增亮理助剂0.7~1.2%、固色助剂1~1.2%、印花助剂1.3~1.6%;
去离子水 28~40%,
螯合剂0.5%;
分散染料墨水至少包括以下颜色:
C.I.分散黄 7、54、64、70、71、100、242;
C.I.分散橙 25、37、119;
C.I.分散红 50、60、65、146、239;
C.I.分散蓝 26、35、55、56、81:1、91、366;
C.I.分散紫 26、27、57、106;
调浆剂包括硫二甘醇液、乙二醇液、甘二醇液;
匀染剂主要为酸系匀染剂和阳离子系匀染剂,至少包括三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯磺酸铵、丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚油酸酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钠和苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物中的至少一种;
吸湿剂包括聚乙二醇液、乙二醇、氧代二乙二醇、丁内酰胺、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、2-甲基-3-羟基-4-吡喃酮,4-丁二醇1,5-戊二醇中;
润滑剂包括脂肪酸失水山梨醇酯及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;
软化剂包括六偏磷酸钠、异丙醇;
作为优选所述分散液的悬浮颗粒不超过1~1.3μm。
作为优选所述整理剂中还含有%0.3~0.4的抗菌性无机氧化物源溶液,包括甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、氢化可的松丁酸酯。
本发明的有益效果是:克服了在调浆剂、分散染料墨水的分散液、去离子水总含量比较高的情况下,染料的固色度会降低的情况,加入了螯合剂在使用的时候进行调和一旦进入蒸汽印染工序的时候会增加整个染料离子的吸附能力,克服在竭染法染色过程中涤纶色牢度低的缺点,增加色牢度,匀染性能好;增色剂和增亮剂需求少,配合本身就是涤纶光亮度比较高的情况,能达到其他化纤亮化度更高,黯淡褪色时间更长;
在调浆剂不会因为需求粘度和稠度有害物质特别是醛的含量会上升,采用能控制的胶体二氧化硅成分固色剂进行固色和控制粘性;
墨水被喷墨机喷出后织物的表面张力决定了形成的墨点形状较圆,向四周扩散的趋势较小,如果能被织物快速吸收就可以得到较高的印花精细度,固色反应以及染料有较好的固色率
和良好的色泽深度;
色彩有提升,以往分散染料墨水在多种添加剂的添加后,亲水性会越来越差,几乎不溶于水。只能借助于阴离子分散剂大幅度的添加将染料微粒悬浮液包复后,分散在水中,这种控制度调配非常复杂,生产工艺和制作成本非常高,以至于我国高级印染分散染料墨水都是进口,本染料在阳离子系匀染剂和螯合剂以及离子水的多重因素的作用下,尽量的隔绝离子结合,分散剂分子与染料微粒悬浮液之间的“包复能”会降低,不会因为温度会重新聚集成更大的染料颗粒,在蒸汽工序的情况下一般地毯毛胚料温度表面会达到100度的先喷墨印染所包复的染料微粒悬浮液游离出来贴服在印染品上的效果更好,色彩更鲜艳,脱色现象更少;
分散剂用量越多,染料增溶量越大,温度降低时染料析出也就越多,导致染料颗粒增长严重,本产品会重复的采用前述的包复能进行包括降低颗粒可能再聚合的情况,有先期处理的情况,提高涤纶地毯的沾色性能,本墨水和非离子表面活性剂的这个比例用量能够显著提高分散体系的高温稳定性时,会加重分散染料对涤纶织物沾色在60~130℃时对分散染料的增溶和对分散体系的高分散稳定性有良性影响。
不堵喷头,本染料的在喷墨过程中与以往积累的低聚物、油剂不会造成过多的焦油化物,染液的分散均匀性要求很高,所以不会堵塞喷墨印染机的喷头;在升温或降温过程中润滑剂配合印花助剂使染液产生不会造成重聚集现,象其热凝聚性小,进一步的缓解了色花乱码和色渍;
防菌作用更好,地毯的绝大部分菌种是皮炎菌和真菌,分别会产生过敏性皮炎和其他如脚气等皮肤病,这些地毯的毛绒结构还会附带滋生螨虫,染料中含有抗菌性无机氧化物源溶液具有一定的杀菌和抑菌作用抑制过敏和真菌的生长。

下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明:

作为优选所述整理剂中还含有%0.3~0.4的抗菌性无机氧化物源于溶液,包括甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、氢化可的松丁酸酯。
一种涤纶化纤地垫的无水印花真彩喷墨分散染料墨水配制及方法:
实施例 1 :
按照重量百分比包括以下组分制作:
1.染料干粉滤饼进行研磨成0.6μm以下混合颗粒进行预先制作成为染料微粒悬浮液或染料稠剂C.I. 分散黄 144%,制作过程如下,每克0.6μm染料干粉进行加入分散剂为N系和MF系,非离子型表面活性剂9~14.5%;水溶性非离子型表面活性剂0.1~5%;非离子型增稠剂2-11%,其他为水和其他染料添加剂进行预调;
2.步骤1染料微粒悬浮液或染料稠剂C.I. 分散黄 144%完成后,再加入聚乙二醇液、乙二醇、氧代二乙二醇、丁内酰胺、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、2-甲基-3-羟基-4-吡喃酮,4-丁二醇1,5-戊二醇;
3.加入硫二甘醇液、乙二醇液、甘二醇液其中一种或多种;
4.加入匀染剂,根据实际的涤纶型号或混纺类型、色彩要求进行添加;
5.加入六偏磷酸钠、异丙醇;
6.上组分在温度为 45℃,转速为 150 转 /min 条件下充分搅拌 2 小时,得混合溶液;
7.单独加入去离子水、脂肪酸失水山梨醇酯及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,整理剂含量1~3%,包括增亮理助剂0.7~1.2%、固色助剂1~1.2%、印花助剂1.3~1.6%,进行搅拌得到混合悬浮液;
8.将步骤7的混合混合悬浮液导入步骤1-6混合液;
9.加入离子水和螯合剂;
10.导入整理剂,继续进行搅拌混合,最后得到稠度Tack值小于17~5mps,流动度36~70mm,粘度 8-12mPa·s;
11.将以步骤得到的混合溶液通过冷却器冷却至常温,将冷却后的混合溶液依次经过孔径为 0.45μm 和0.20μm 的微孔过滤器过滤,可制得涤纶地毯黄色无水印花真彩喷墨分散染料墨水。
12.使用前加入涤纶化纤地垫原染体先提前浸入预软水中进行预泡处理,预软水包括蒸馏水、硫酸铵1.3~1.5g/L,保险粉1g/L,常温下每2℃/分钟升温到90℃,浸泡10分钟→1℃/分钟升温到130℃,浸泡50分钟→3℃/分钟,降温到60℃→取出进行上架,喷墨机导入真彩喷墨分散染料墨水进行喷墨印染。
制备方法在步骤13后再进行取出残余非标化学物步骤,放入去离子水调节总质量浓度为10±1Wt.%的水中湿润后进行热熨,热烫过程中加入无水乙醇10~14份,冰醋酸或元明粉悬浮液20份,乳化剂3~8份,防尘剂6~8份,渗透剂10份,其他去离子水;渗透剂至少混合有硫酸化蓖麻油、烷基磺酸钠、烷基硫酸酯钠、仲烷基硫酸酯钠、琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸钠;防尘剂为无水硫酸钠和染料防尘剂D系列或德国拜耳BAYER系列。

其他为去离子水 28~40%,
分散染料墨水的分散液至少包括以下颜色:
C.I.分散黄 7、54、64、70、71、100、242;
C.I.分散橙 25、37、119;
C.I.分散红 50、60、65、146、239;

3.根据权利要求1一种涤纶化纤地垫的无水印花真彩喷墨分散染料墨水,其特征是:所述整理剂中还含有%0.3~0.4的抗菌性无机氧化物源于溶液,包括甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、氢化可的松丁酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1一种涤纶化纤地垫的无水印花真彩喷墨分散染料墨水的制备方法:所述分散染料墨水,其他添加剂为有机溶剂、冰醋酸和元明粉,有机溶剂成分包括乙二醇、二乙二醇、三甘醇、 丙二醇、丁二醇、乙二醇单乙醚、乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇单乙醚、二乙二醇单甲醚、甘油、2-吡咯烷酮、N-甲基-吡咯烷酮、1,3- 二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮、及三乙醇胺所组成的群组;其中有机溶剂成份的含量为0.095~33.25重量百分比;冰醋酸含量为0.005~1.75重量百分比;元明粉的含量为5~35重量百分比;以及水;
1)染料干粉滤饼进行研磨成0.6μm以下混合颗粒进行预先制作成为染料微粒悬浮液或染料稠剂C.I. 分散黄 144%,制作过程如下,每克0.6μm染料干粉进行加入分散剂为N系和MF系,非离子型表面活性剂9~14.5%;水溶性非离子型表面活性剂0.1~5%;非离子型增稠剂2-11%,其他为水和其他染料添加剂进行预调;
2)步骤1染料微粒悬浮液或染料稠剂C.I. 分散黄 144%完成后,再加入聚乙二醇液、乙二醇、氧代二乙二醇、丁内酰胺、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、2-甲基-3-羟基-4-吡喃酮,4-丁二醇1,5-戊二醇;
3)加入硫二甘醇液、乙二醇液、甘二醇液其中一种或多种;
4)加入匀染剂,根据实际的涤纶型号或混纺类型、色彩要求进行添加;
5)加入六偏磷酸钠、异丙醇;
6)上组分在温度为 45℃,转速为 150 转 /min 条件下充分搅拌 2 小时,得混合溶液;
7)单独加入去离子水、脂肪酸失水山梨醇酯及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,整理剂含量1~3%,包括增亮理助剂0.7~1.2%、固色助剂1~1.2%、印花助剂1.3~1.6%,进行搅拌得到混合悬浮液;
8)将步骤7的混合混合悬浮液导入步骤1-6混合液;
9)加入离子水和螯合剂;
10)导入整理剂,继续进行搅拌混合,控制温度在35℃以下,加完后继续搅拌10分钟,停止,将反应釜底部料放出150-200kg,重新投入反应釜,再控制温度35℃以下搅拌40分钟,最后得到稠度Tack值小于17~5mps,流动度36~70mm,粘度 8-12mPa·s,印染过程在印染温度70~110℃分散性在A/4以上,常温分散性在A/2以上,130度以上A/3以上,合格导出,未合格再次进行调节;
11)将以步骤得到的混合溶液通过冷却器冷却至常温,将冷却后的混合溶液依次经过孔径为 0.45μm 和0.20μm 的微孔过滤器过滤,可制得涤纶地毯黄色无水印花真彩喷墨分散染料墨水;
12)使用前加入涤纶化纤地垫原染体先提前浸入预软水中进行预泡处理,预软水包括蒸馏水、硫酸铵1.3~1.5g/L,保险粉1g/L,常温下每2℃/分钟升温到90℃,浸泡10分钟→1℃/分钟升温到130℃,浸泡50分钟→3℃/分钟,降温到60℃→取出进行上架,喷墨机导入真彩喷墨分散染料墨水进行喷墨印染。
5.根据权利要求4一种涤纶化纤地垫的无水印花真彩喷墨分散染料墨水的制备方法,其特征是:在步骤13后再进行取出残余非标化学物步骤,放入去离子水调节总质量浓度为10±1Wt.%的水中湿润后进行热熨,热烫过程中加入无水乙醇10~14份, 冰醋酸或元明粉悬浮液20份,乳化剂3~8份,防尘剂6~8份,渗透剂10份,其他去离子水;渗透剂至少混合有硫酸化蓖麻油、烷基磺酸钠、烷基硫酸酯钠、仲烷基硫酸酯钠、琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸钠;防尘剂为无水硫酸钠和染料防尘剂D系列或德国拜耳BAYER系列。
