发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种磷石膏基机喷保温砂浆及其制备方法,以解决磷肥行业固废原料的利用问题;减少水泥的用量,达到节能减排的目的。可以增大磷石膏的利用量,为磷石膏的资源化利用提供一条新的途径。
技术方案:
一种磷石膏基机喷保温砂浆及其制备方法,包括主料、辅料和添加剂,按重量计,主料为磷半水石膏,不少于总量的40%;辅料有:高炉矿渣微粉10~20%,粉煤灰0~10%,硅酸盐水泥5~20%;添加剂有:保水剂0.5~1.0%,缓凝剂0.1~2.0%,木质纤维素0.2~2.0%,高分子聚合物0.2~5.0%。
所述磷半水石膏为40~80%;所述辅料:高炉矿渣微粉,粉煤灰,硅酸盐水泥,在砂浆产品中质量百分的比小于60%;所述添加剂:保水剂、缓凝剂、木质纤维素和高分子聚合物在配料中小于20%。所述添加剂还包括轻集料。
所述的保水剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、甲基纤维素醚、羟乙基纤维素醚、黄原胶、瓜尔胶其中一种或几种混合物。所述的缓凝剂为蛋白类石膏缓凝剂、柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠其中一种或几种混合物。所述的高分子聚合物为醋酸乙烯胶粉、丙烯酸胶粉。
按上述方案配料,采用机喷保温砂浆生产工艺,即能制备得本发明所述以磷半水石膏为主料的机喷保温砂浆。因为以磷肥工业固废磷石膏为主要原料,具有成本低,经济效益高等优点,比同类产品更具有市场竞争力。
