The invention relates to a conveying device for a press, which comprises a conveying belt arranged on a roller, wherein the conveying belt comprises two fixing devices and conveying cloth wound on the fixing devices; the fixing device comprises a fixing block, a clamping device and a U-shaped buckle; the clamping device comprises two connectors, two cylindrical rods, clamping rings and arc clamping plates, wherein the two connectors are fixedly connected to the connectors at two ends of the cylindrical rods, the connectors are rotatably arranged in the mounting holes, the two clamping rings are sleeved on the cylindrical rods, and the arc clamping plates are clamped on the clamping rings; the connector is fixed through a U-shaped buckle. According to the invention, the cloth is clamped by the fixing device to form the conveyer belt, so that the conveyer belt can be detached at any time, and is convenient and reliable compared with the fixing structure of the existing conveyer belt.

Background
In the production process of the artificial board, a layer of surface layer is needed to be pressed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the artificial board, the surface layer is stuck on the inner core layer through glue, and after the surface layer is stuck, the artificial board is needed to be pressed through a pressing machine. The conveying device in the press is responsible for conveying the artificial board material to a proper position.
The conveying device in the existing press is conveyed by a conveying belt, but the existing belt is used as the conveying belt by bonding or other fixed connection modes, and the conveying belt has obvious defects, and the conveying belt is difficult to disassemble because the shape is fixed.
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present inventors have actively studied and innovated to create a conveying device with a novel structure that facilitates the disassembly of the conveying belt, so as to provide the conveying device with industrial utility value.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
Taking a fixing device as an example, two ends of cloth used by the conveyor belt are triangular, the middle of the cloth is rectangular, one end of the cloth is wound on a cylindrical rod until the thickness of the winding reaches the thickness of a clamping ring, at the moment, the cylindrical rod is placed into an arc clamping plate, the arc clamping plate is rotated for a few circles, one end of the other cloth is wound on the other cylindrical rod, the same operation is performed, and two clamping devices are fixed through U-shaped clamping buckles; and the other ends of the two pieces of cloth pass through the other fixing device to realize the same operation and complete the installation of the cloth and the fixing device.
The invention has the following advantages:
(1) According to the invention, the cloth is clamped by the fixing device to form the conveyer belt, so that the conveyer belt can be detached at any time, and is convenient and reliable compared with the fixing structure of the existing conveyer belt;
(2) The clamping ring is arranged on the cylindrical rod, and the cylindrical rod is far smaller than the arc-shaped clamping plate, so that the cylindrical rod can be clamped into the arc-shaped clamping plate under the condition of no cloth through the arrangement of the clamping ring;
(3) The device can prevent the chain from sliding out of the running track through the baffle plate.
