技术领域
本发明涉及贴膜装置技术领域,尤其是一种自动贴膜装置的高硬度排气管。
背景技术
自动贴膜装置在贴膜过程中通常采用负压对保护膜进行吸附,通过排气管对整个装置设备进行抽气操作,从而形成膜内侧的负压,从而对膜进行有效吸附,但是现有的排气管在使用过程中,由于长时间受负压操作,会造成排气管向内收缩,一方面,影响了排气管的使用寿命,另一方面,影响了负压操作的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种使用寿命长、负压效果好的自动贴膜装置的高硬度排气管。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种自动贴膜装置的高硬度排气管,包括本体,所述本体从外到内依次为铠装层、橡胶层、抗氧化层、碳纤维加强层、耐腐蚀层、抗静电层,上述各层之间通过胶粘剂连接,所述橡胶层内有耐摩擦颗粒,所述耐摩擦颗粒的粒径大小为0.01-0.05微米;所述本体外有加强筋。
优选的,所述加强筋采用竖直加强筋或水平加强筋。
优选的,所述加强筋的横截面为三角形、梯形或圆柱形。
优选的,所述加强筋的直径为排气管外直径的五分之一。
优选的,所述加强筋与本体一体成型。
优选的,所述抗静电层的表面有环形条纹。
优选的,所述本体的厚度为0.1-2mm。
采用本发明的技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明的自动贴膜装置的高硬度排气管,包括本体,本体从外到内依次为铠装层、橡胶层、抗氧化层、碳纤维加强层、耐腐蚀层、抗静电层,提高了排气管的硬度,延长了使用寿命,同时,也提高了排气管的抗老化性能,进一步提高了使用寿命,耐腐蚀层的结构设计,扩大了排气管的使用环境范围提高了排气管对于恶劣环境的适应性。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种自动贴膜装置的高硬度排气管,包括本体,本体从外到内依次为铠装层1、橡胶层2、抗氧化层3、碳纤维加强层4、耐腐蚀层5、抗静电层6,上述各层之间通过胶粘剂连接,橡胶层2内有耐摩擦颗粒,耐摩擦颗粒的粒径大小为0.01-0.05微米,优选为0.03微米;本体外有加强筋;本实施例中加强筋采用竖直加强筋或水平加强筋,上述结构设计,提高了排气管的硬度,延长了使用寿命,同时,也提高了排气管的抗老化性能,进一步提高了使用寿命,耐腐蚀层的结构设计,扩大了排气管的使用环境范围提高了排气管对于恶劣环境的适应性。
本实施例中加强筋的横截面为三角形、梯形或圆柱形,本实施例中优选为梯形。
本实施例中加强筋的直径为排气管外直径的五分之一。
本实施例中加强筋与本体一体成型,一体成型,易于加工,大大提高了排气管的硬度,延长了使用寿命。
本实施例中抗静电层6的表面有环形条纹,环形条纹的结构设计,抽气过程中,微小的杂质颗粒可以在抗静电层内残留,不会进入到负压装置内,不会影响负压装置的使用寿命。
本实施例中本体的厚度为0.1-2mm,此厚度,一方面结实,使用寿命长,另一方面,成本低,本实施例中厚度优选为1.5mm,其他诸如0.1mm、0.5mm、1mm、1.2mm、1.8mm。

1.一种自动贴膜装置的高硬度排气管,其特征在于:包括本体,所述本体从外到内依次为铠装层、橡胶层、抗氧化层、碳纤维加强层、耐腐蚀层、抗静电层,上述各层之间通过胶粘剂连接,所述橡胶层内有耐摩擦颗粒,所述耐摩擦颗粒的粒径大小为0.01-0.05微米;所述本体外有加强筋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动贴膜装置的高硬度排气管,其特征在于:所述加强筋采用竖直加强筋或水平加强筋。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动贴膜装置的高硬度排气管,其特征在于:所述加强筋的横截面为三角形、梯形或圆柱形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动贴膜装置的高硬度排气管,其特征在于:所述加强筋的直径为排气管外直径的五分之一。
