One feeding wheel 6 of the pair of feeding wheels 6 is fixed, and the other feeding wheel 6 is connected with the extending end of the air cylinder or the hydraulic oil cylinder through the lever 5, so that the rod material 1 is clamped and loosened.
The short material automatic feeding device 11 can be integrally arranged on a continuous extrusion machine host, or can be used as independent equipment or integrated on a rod material pretreatment system. The feeding of the bar material driving device 12 can be realized automatically by controlling the quantity and time interval of feeding the short material 7 through a PLC, and also can be realized by manually controlling the quantity and time interval of feeding the short material 7 through an electric control button.
