颈椎病是中医痹症，中医所谓痹，即闭塞不通之意，而“不通则痛”。其主要致病原因：一是损伤；二是外邪，主要为风、寒、湿外袭；三是卫阳不固，腠理开泻或血气不足，或相应脏器隐伏性病变(各脏器正气不足)所导致的患病原因。其病理机制为：在损伤、外邪袭入，正气不足的致病因素作用下，导致血瘀气滞，造成经脉气血阻塞不畅，以肌肉、筋骨、关节发生酸痛，麻木、重着、屈伸不利为主要临床症状。其主要病因在肾，因肾主骨，也有外淫浸袭，主要长期饮用食用生冷寒性食物造成的，因肾怕寒。发病人群年龄大的较多，与机体免疫有关。
目前治疗颈椎病的常用药物可以分为西药和中药两大类，其中，西药有镇痛药，如阿司匹林、布洛芬、芬必得等；调节神经系统营养性药有维生素 B1、维生素B12、谷维素、刺五加片、健脑合剂等，这些西药能起到治疗疼痛的作用，但是并没有起到有效的根治效果。常用的中成药有风湿寒痛片、养血荣筋片、骨仙片、骨刺片、颈痛片、颈复康、灵仙颈、颈必复等。常用的中药方剂有独活寄生汤、桃红四物汤、骨刺汤、伸筋活血汤等，这些中成药或方剂对颈椎病都有一定的治疗作用，但是疗效慢，治疗效果不十分令人满意。
综上所述，目前亟需提供一种对治疗颈椎病疗效快、治疗效果佳的中药组合物。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物及其制备方法，使得颈椎病的治疗效果更好，疗效更快。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的实施例提供了一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物，由下述重量份数的原料制成：寻骨风10～20，独活10～20，松节30～40，伸筋草10～20，防风20～30，鸡血藤9～19，川芎30～40，五加皮10～20，威灵仙10～20，三七10～20，红花10～20，透骨草10～20，没药10～20，络石藤 20～30，海桐皮10～20，延胡索20～30，九龙藤30～40。
另外，本发明的实施例还提供了一种治疗颈椎病的制备方法，其包括如下步骤：
S1、按上述重量份称取各个原料药并混合在一起；加原料药物8～9倍重量的水浸泡，得到浸泡后的原料药；
S2、将所述浸泡后的原料药煎煮至沸腾后，改用文火煎煮，过滤，得到第一次滤液和药渣；
S3、将S2中所述的药渣再加原料药6～8倍的水，煎煮至沸腾后，改用文火煎煮，过滤，得到第二次滤液；
S4、将S2中所述的第一次滤液和S3中所述的第二次滤液合并，混匀，即成。
本发明实施例以独活、松节、伸筋草、防风、五加皮、威灵仙、海桐皮、九龙藤除风祛湿、温经散寒、止痛通痹为君，以鸡血藤、川芎、三七、红花、延胡索散结消肿、祛风止痛为臣，佐以寻骨风、透骨草、没药，使以络石藤，以上诸味药分量配伍，科学组合，互相配伍相需而用，无明显毒副作用，具有活血化瘀，行血理气，通窍活络，消肿止痛，使人体关节失血筋骨得以涵养，血脉经络通畅，从而使得颈椎病的治疗效果更好。
另外，治疗颈椎病的中药组合物由下述重量份数的原料制成：寻骨风 15～20，独活15～20，松节25～40，伸筋草5～20，防风15～30，鸡血藤15～19，川芎25～40，五加皮5～20，威灵仙5～20，三七5～20，红花5～20，透骨草5～20，没药5～20，络石藤25～30，海桐皮5～20，延胡索25～30，九龙藤35～40。
另外，治疗颈椎病的中药组合物由下述重量份数的原料制成：寻骨风 10，独活10，松节30，伸筋草10，防风20，鸡血藤9，川芎30，五加皮 10，威灵仙10，三七10，红花10，透骨草10，没药10，络石藤20，海桐皮10，延胡索20，九龙藤30。
另外，所述中药组合物为汤剂、片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂、丸剂、膏剂中的一种。
另外，S2和S3中的煎煮时间为30～50分钟。
另外，S2和S3中的煎煮时间为40分钟。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚，下面将对本发明的各实施例进行详细的阐述。然而，本领域的普通技术人员可以理解，在本发明各实施例中，为了使读者更好地理解本申请而提出了许多技术细节。但是，即使没有这些技术细节和基于以下各实施例的种种变化和修改，也可以实现本申请所要求保护的技术方案。
实施例1
本实施例中的中药组合物由下述重量份数的原料制成：寻骨风10，独活10，松节30，伸筋草10，防风20，鸡血藤9，川芎30，五加皮10，威灵仙10，三七10，红花10，透骨草10，没药10，络石藤20，海桐皮10，延胡索20，九龙藤30。
本实施例中的各个原料药均属于常见中药，并可以通过购买获取。
优选地，本实施例中的中药组合物可以是汤剂，其中，制备该中药组合物的方法包括如下步骤：
S1、按上述重量份称取各个原料药并混合在一起；加原料药物8～9倍重量的水浸泡，得到浸泡后的原料药；
S2、将所述浸泡后的原料药煎煮至沸腾后，改用文火煎煮，过滤，得到第一次滤液和药渣；
S3、将S2中所述的药渣再加原料药6～8倍的水，煎煮至沸腾后，改用文火煎煮，过滤，得到第二次滤液；
S4、将S2中所述的第一次滤液和S3中所述的第二次滤液合并，混匀，即成。
优选地，S2和S3中的煎煮时间可以为40分钟。
与现有技术相比，本发明实施例以独活、松节、伸筋草、防风、五加皮、威灵仙、海桐皮、九龙藤除风祛湿、温经散寒、止痛通痹为君，以鸡血藤、川芎、三七、红花、延胡索散结消肿、祛风止痛为臣，佐以寻骨风、透骨草、没药，使以络石藤，以上诸味药分量配伍，科学组合，互相配伍相需而用，无明显毒副作用，具有活血化瘀，行血理气，通窍活络，消肿止痛，使人体关节失血筋骨得以涵养，血脉经络通畅，从而使得颈椎病的治疗效果更好。

本实施例中的中药组合物由下述重量份数的原料制成：寻骨风20，独活20，松节40，伸筋草20，防风30，鸡血藤19，川芎40，五加皮20，威灵仙20，三七20，红花20，透骨草20，没药20，络石藤30，海桐皮20，延胡索30，九龙藤40。
本实施例中的各个原料药均属于常见中药，并可以通过购买获取。
优选地，本实施例中的中药组合物可以是膏剂，其中，制备该中药组合物的方法包括如下步骤：
S1、按上述重量份称取各个原料药并混合在一起进行煎熬，煎熬后药液进行浓缩，浓缩至比重为1：1.3的浓度，冷却；
S2、向冷却后的混合物中加入2倍的乙醇，混合均匀，静置，使其沉淀；
S3、次日取上清液；沉淀物用少量的60％乙醇洗干净，洗液与滤液合并，减压回收乙醇后，浓缩至一定的浓度时，静置，过滤，滤液低温蒸发至稠膏状，加入其他辅料，调制均匀，即可涂抹于医用胶带上，即得到上述中药组合物的膏药贴剂。
实施例5
本实施例中的中药组合物由下述重量份数的原料制成：寻骨风15，独活15，松节25，伸筋草5，防风15，鸡血藤15，川芎25，五加皮5，威灵仙5，三七5，红花5，透骨草5，没药5，络石藤25，海桐皮5，延胡索25，九龙藤35。
本实施例中的各个原料药均属于常见中药，并可以通过购买获取。
优选地，本实施例中的中药组合物可以是片剂，其中，制备该中药组合物的方法包括如下步骤：
S1、按上述重量份称取各个原料药并混合在一起，加水进行煎熬；
S2、将煎熬后的药液进行浓缩，浓缩至一定浓度(比重为1：1左右)，冷后加入2倍置的乙醇，充分混匀，放置过夜，使其沉淀；
S3、次日取S2的上清液(必要时滤过)，沉淀物用少量60％乙醇洗净，洗液与滤液合并，减压回收乙醇后，待浓缩至一定浓度时加一定量水.混匀静置一定时间，使沉淀完全滤过；
S4、将S3中的滤液低温蒸发至稠膏状，干燥浸膏粉末中加入适宜的辅料，混匀后，加压成逐步整到符合要求的粒度，进行压片，即得片剂。
实施例6：临床实验
1.一般资料
选取200例颈椎病患者，均符合《中药新药治疗颈椎病的临床研究指导原则》关于“颈椎病”的诊断标准。随机分为两组，治疗组100例,对照组 100例，两组患者年龄、性别、病情轻重及症状出现例数、发生率、体征等资料，经统计学处理，无显著性差异(P>0.05)，具有可比性。
2.治疗法则和用药
治疗组服用本发明实施例1的汤剂剂型的中药组合物，一天3次，每次服200-300ml，一周为1个疗程，连续用药2个周，两个疗程后统计疗效。对照组服用颈痛片(山东明仁福瑞达制药有限公司生产)一次4片，一日3 次，两周1疗程，连续用药4个周，两个疗程后统计疗效。
3.疗效标准
参照《中药新药治疗颈椎病的临床研究指导原则》的标准，眩晕、颈痛及其相关症状全部消失，不影响活动及工作，随访3个月无复发，为临床痊愈；眩晕、颈痛及相关症状基本消失，仅在劳累或天气变化时有轻度症状，功能恢复，不影响日常生活或工作，为显效；眩晕、颈痛及其相关症状和体征有所改善，但病情不稳定，停药后有复发，对重劳动有影响，为有效；临床症状和体征无变化或反加重，为无效。
4.两组颈椎病患者的治疗效果比较

另外，通过观察，上述100位治疗组受试者无一例出现不良反应，故本发明实施例1的中药组合物无配伍禁忌，不存在任何副作用。
5.实验结论
本发明实施例中的中药组合物组份科学，原料丰富，价格低廉，合理配伍，互相支持，具有活血祛瘀、补益肝肾、祛风除湿、散瘀止痛的功效，可以有效用于治疗颈椎病，疗效好，且用药安全，有效率高达98％以上，具有实际的临床意义和很强的实用价值。
同样的，对实施例4和5所得治疗颈椎病的中药组合物膏剂以及片剂也做了相应的功效评价试验，试验结果与实施例1的功效评价试验结果无明显差别，故在此不作敷述。
本领域的普通技术人员可以理解，上述各实施例是实现本发明的具体实施例，而在实际应用中，可以在形式上和细节上对其作各种改变，而不偏离本发明的精神和范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下述重量份数的原料制成：寻骨风10～20，独活10～20，松节30～40，伸筋草10～20，防风20～30，鸡血藤9～19，川芎30～40，五加皮10～20，威灵仙10～20，三七10～20，红花10～20，透骨草10～20，没药10～20，络石藤20～30，海桐皮10～20，延胡索20～30，九龙藤30～40。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗颈椎病的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述治疗颈椎病的中药组合物由下述重量份数的原料制成：寻骨风15～20，独活15～20，松节25～40，伸筋草5～20，防风15～30，鸡血藤15～19，川芎25～40，五加皮5～20，威灵仙5～20，三七5～20，红花5～20，透骨草5～20，没药5～20，络石藤25～30，海桐皮5～20，延胡索25～30，九龙藤35～40。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗颈椎病的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述治疗颈椎病的中药组合物由下述重量份数的原料制成：寻骨风10，独活10，松节30，伸筋草10，防风20，鸡血藤9，川芎30，五加皮10，威灵仙10，三七10，红花10，透骨草10，没药10，络石藤20，海桐皮10，延胡索20，九龙藤30。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的治疗颈椎病的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物为汤剂、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂、膏剂中的一种。
5.一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
S1：按上述重量份称取各个原料药并混合在一起；加原料药物8～9倍重量的水浸泡，得到浸泡后的原料药；
S2：将所述浸泡后的原料药煎煮至沸腾后，改用文火煎煮，过滤，得到第一次滤液和药渣；
S3：将S2中所述的药渣再加原料药6～8倍的水，煎煮至沸腾后，改用文火煎煮，过滤，得到第二次滤液；
S4：将S2中所述的第一次滤液和S3中所述的第二次滤液合并，混匀，即成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法，其特征在于，所述S2和S3中的煎煮时间为30～50分钟。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法，其特征在于，所述S2和S3中的煎煮时间为40分钟。
