Abstract

If a preforming process is performed, the curved surface 202 is extruded to be the straight surface 301 of fig. 4 during forming, and the excess material is piled at the position 201, so that the problem of pile cracking during direct forming is avoided. The process effectively solves the problems of cracking and stacking caused by the molding of square closed parts, and ensures that the product is molded smoothly.
