Background
In daily life, workers can often see time-consuming and labor-consuming wiping of mechanical parts in factories, the mode is the common cleaning mode for the mechanical parts to be cleaned at present, the long-term use of the mechanical parts indicates that heavy oil and dirt can be generated, the mechanical parts are very difficult to clean, and meanwhile, the mechanical parts have various shapes and blind cleaning areas, and the workers cannot clean. Therefore, it is very important to provide a device for efficiently cleaning the stained automobile parts.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an automatic mechanical part cleaning device which can clean engine oil and dirt on the surface of a mechanical part.
The invention is realized by the technical proposal that the device comprises a device body and an electric control unit; the device body comprises a storage barrel, a sealing upper cover and a sealing base, wherein an inner thread is arranged on the inner wall of the sealing upper cover, the storage barrel is arranged in the sealing upper cover, an outer thread is arranged at the upper end of the storage barrel, the sealing upper cover is connected with the storage barrel through the inner thread and the outer thread, a ring groove is arranged in the storage barrel, the storage barrel is connected with a partition plate through the ring groove, a liquid storage cavity is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the sealing upper cover, an annular water pump is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the liquid storage cavity, a small hole is formed in the inner wall of the liquid storage cavity, a plurality of nozzles are arranged at the upper end of the annular water pump, an outer thread is arranged at the lower end of the sealing upper cover, the sealing base is; the electric control unit comprises a control chip and a control panel, wherein the instruction output end of the control panel is electrically connected with the control chip, and the instruction output end of the control chip is connected with the instruction receiving end of the water pump.
Furthermore, the electronic control unit also comprises a water sensor fixed on the inner wall of the liquid storage cavity, and the instruction output end of the water sensor is electrically connected with the control chip.
Further, it is equipped with two semi-cylindrical buckets to deposit the bucket, semi-cylindrical bucket one side is equipped with the plug, semi-cylindrical bucket one side is equipped with the slot, it passes through plug and slot connection by two semi-cylindrical buckets to deposit the bucket.
Furthermore, a sealing ring is arranged at the threaded connection part of the sealing upper cover and the sealing base.
Further, the bottom of the annular water pump is provided with filter paper.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages:
the invention adopts an electric control cleaning mode, has the characteristics of high cleaning efficiency and good sealing performance, and in the specific use, the sealing performance of the device body is good and the safety coefficient is high through the sealing ring, the sealing upper cover and the sealing base which use the thread structure, and the annular water pump fountain circular cleaning mode is adopted, so that the parts to be cleaned are continuously and circularly cleaned in the device body, and the rapid and efficient cleaning is realized.

As shown in figures 1-3, an automatic mechanical part cleaning device comprises a device body 1 and an electric control unit, the device body 1 comprises a storage barrel 2, a sealing upper cover 6 and a sealing base 13, the inner wall of the sealing upper cover 6 is provided with an internal thread 7, the storage barrel 2 is arranged in the sealing upper cover 6, the upper end of the storage barrel 2 is provided with an external thread 3, the sealing upper cover 6 is connected with the storage barrel 2 through the internal thread 7 and the external thread 3, the inner part of the storage barrel 2 is provided with an annular groove 4, the storage barrel 2 is connected with a partition plate 5 through the annular groove 4, the lower end of the sealing upper cover 6 is fixedly provided with a liquid storage cavity 9, the lower end of the liquid storage cavity 9 is fixedly provided with an annular water pump 10, the inner wall of the liquid storage cavity 9 is provided with a small hole, the upper end of the annular water pump 10 is provided with a plurality of spray, sealed upper cover 6 passes through internal thread 7 and external screw thread 3 and connects sealing base 13, through sealing washer 12 and the sealed upper cover 6 and the sealing base 13 that use helicitic texture for device body 1 sealing performance is good, and factor of safety is high, and has adopted annular water pump 10 fountain circulation abluent mode, makes that two continuous circulation of water in device body 1 wash the part of treating abluent, accomplishes high efficiency's cleanness. The electric control unit comprises a control chip and a control panel, wherein the instruction output end of the control panel is electrically connected with the control chip, and the instruction output end of the control chip is connected with the instruction receiving end of the water pump. An operator outputs a working instruction through the control panel, and the control chip controls the water pump to work according to the working instruction. The electronic control unit further comprises a water sensor fixed on the inner wall of the liquid storage cavity, and the instruction output end of the water sensor is electrically connected with the control chip. When the water level is higher than the water sensor, the control chip controls the water pump to stop working.
