纵向水密电缆一般由外护套,屏蔽层,绕包带,导体及阻水材料组成。外护套常为氯丁橡胶,绝缘材料为乙丙橡胶,导体一般为铜丝或镀锡铜丝,绝缘线芯绞合后硫化包覆,在外面编制屏蔽层,最后硫化外护套。纵向水米电缆在护套破损后的阻水方法有两种,一种采用涂满阻水胶来延缓水的流动,另外一种为发泡阻水带,其材料特性为遇水膨胀,填满电缆缝隙,从而达到密封效果。
专利201510653201.6公开了一种船用水密电缆及其制备方法,电缆包含缆芯、阻水带绕包层、内衬层、编织层、热熔胶密封层和外护层,所述缆芯、阻水带绕包层、内衬层、编织层、热熔胶密封层和外护层按顺序由内向外依次设置,缆芯包含一根填充芯和若干绝缘线芯,填充芯沿电缆轴心设置,若干绝缘线芯以填充芯为中心同向绞合。该线缆的纵向密封性能不强,不适合在较深水域或较冷水域的使用。
专利201710318070.5公开了一种纵向水密电缆用冷凝型防水胶,其原料按重量份包括:4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯50-60份、聚合物多元醇250-400份、松香树脂20-40份、聚乙烯醇5-10份、戊二醛3-5份、交联剂5-15份、炭黑1-2份、氧化镁5-8份、硅烷偶联剂2-3份、促进剂3-8份、助溶剂5-15份。该防水胶提高了电缆用防水胶与电缆料的粘合力和电缆的密封防水性能,满足了纵向水密电缆对密封胶的性能要求。虽然该防水胶粘合能力强,但是其纵向水密封能力不强。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纵向水密电缆。
一种纵向水密电缆,多根线缆1外设有第一防水密封胶2,第一防水密封胶2和线缆1之间的间隙填充有阻水填料3,所述第一防水密封胶2外设有内护套4,所述内护套4外设有屏蔽层5,所述屏蔽层5外设有第二防水密封胶6,所述第二防水密封胶6外设有外护套7。
所述线缆1内层为镀锡铜导体8,镀锡铜导体8外绞合第三防水密封胶9,第三防水密封胶9外层设有绝缘层10。
所述内护套4和外护套7的材质均为交联聚烯烃。
所述屏蔽层5为镀锡铜丝编织铠装。
所述第一防水密封胶2由如下重量份数的物质混合制成:聚环氧丙烷双酚A树脂60-80份,结晶氯化镁1-3份,二乙二醇单乙酸酯3-9份,棕刚玉1-3份,六甲撑四胺3-10份。
所述第二防水密封胶6由如下重量份数的物质混合制成:酚醛树脂30-50份,羧基丁苯胶乳10-20份,聚乙二醇3-19份,二羟甲基丙酸1-3份,钛白粉1-3份。
所述阻水填料3由如下重量份数的物质混合制成:高吸水性树脂20-30份,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶20-30份,聚α烯烃合成油10-20份,石蜡油1-5份,顺丁烯二酸酐1-5份,硬脂酸1-3份。
所述高吸水性树脂为聚丙烯酸盐,聚乙烯醇,藻酸,壳聚糖,架桥聚氧化乙烯中的一种或一种以上。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的纵向水密电缆密封性能好,能承受高压水沿着电缆纵向流动的能力,电缆阻燃性能高,无卤,低毒,填料的流动性能适中,抗压性能高,适用于舰船及深水域设备的发展要求。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种纵向水密电缆,如图1所示,多根线缆1外设有第一防水密封胶2,第一防水密封胶2和线缆1之间的间隙填充有阻水填料3,所述第一防水密封胶2外设有内护套4,所述内护套4外设有屏蔽层5,所述屏蔽层5外设有第二防水密封胶6,所述第二防水密封胶6外设有外护套7。如图2所示,所述线缆1内层为镀锡铜导体8,镀锡铜导体8外绞合第三防水密封胶9,第三防水密封胶9外层设有绝缘层10。所述内护套4和外护套7的材质均为交联聚烯烃。所述屏蔽层5为镀锡铜丝编织铠装。

实施例2
一种纵向水密电缆,如图1所示,多根线缆1外设有第一防水密封胶2,第一防水密封胶2和线缆1之间的间隙填充有阻水填料3,所述第一防水密封胶2外设有内护套4,所述内护套4外设有屏蔽层5,所述屏蔽层5外设有第二防水密封胶6,所述第二防水密封胶6外设有外护套7。如图2所示,所述线缆1内层为镀锡铜导体8,镀锡铜导体8外绞合第三防水密封胶9,第三防水密封胶9外层设有绝缘层10。所述内护套4和外护套7的材质均为交联聚烯烃。所述屏蔽层5为镀锡铜丝编织铠装。

所述阻水填料3由如下重量份数的物质混合制成:聚丙烯酸钠25份,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶25份,聚α烯烃合成油15份,石蜡油3份,顺丁烯二酸酐3份,硬脂酸2份。
实施例3
一种纵向水密电缆,如图1所示,多根线缆1外设有第一防水密封胶2,第一防水密封胶2和线缆1之间的间隙填充有阻水填料3,所述第一防水密封胶2外设有内护套4,所述内护套4外设有屏蔽层5,所述屏蔽层5外设有第二防水密封胶6,所述第二防水密封胶6外设有外护套7。如图2所示,所述线缆1内层为镀锡铜导体8,镀锡铜导体8外绞合第三防水密封胶9,第三防水密封胶9外层设有绝缘层10。所述内护套4和外护套7的材质均为交联聚烯烃。所述屏蔽层5为镀锡铜丝编织铠装。

实施例4
一种纵向水密电缆,如图1所示,多根线缆1外设有第一防水密封胶2,第一防水密封胶2和线缆1之间的间隙填充有阻水填料3,所述第一防水密封胶2外设有内护套4,所述内护套4外设有屏蔽层5,所述屏蔽层5外设有第二防水密封胶6,所述第二防水密封胶6外设有外护套7。如图2所示,所述线缆1内层为镀锡铜导体8,镀锡铜导体8外绞合第三防水密封胶9,第三防水密封胶9外层设有绝缘层10。所述内护套4和外护套7的材质均为交联聚烯烃。所述屏蔽层5为镀锡铜丝编织铠装。

对比例1
一种纵向水密电缆,如图1所示,多根线缆1外设有第一防水密封胶2,第一防水密封胶2和线缆1之间的间隙填充有阻水填料3,所述第一防水密封胶2外设有内护套4,所述内护套4外设有屏蔽层5,所述屏蔽层5外设有第二防水密封胶6,所述第二防水密封胶6外设有外护套7。如图2所示,所述线缆1内层为镀锡铜导体8,镀锡铜导体8外绞合第三防水密封胶9,第三防水密封胶9外层设有绝缘层10。所述内护套4和外护套7的材质均为交联聚烯烃。所述屏蔽层5为镀锡铜丝编织铠装。
所述第一防水密封胶2由如下重量份数的物质混合制成:聚环氧丙烷双酚A树脂70份,结晶氯化镁2份,二乙二醇单乙酸酯6份,棕刚玉2份,六甲撑四胺6份。

所述阻水填料3由如下重量份数的物质混合制成:聚丙烯酸钠25份,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶25份,石蜡油3份,顺丁烯二酸酐3份,硬脂酸2份。
实验例1
根据GJB 1916-94第4.5.25条的实验方法,电缆在7MPa,6h的耐高压水条件下,实施例1-4及对比例1自由端滴漏水的体积(S为12mm2)及试样承受水压端组成元件相对于护套的位移结果见表1。

由表1可以看出,实施例1自由端滴漏水体积和位移的数值都远小于对比例1,实施例1与对比例1相比,其他条件完全相同,仅仅是对比例1少加入了聚α烯烃合成油,证明聚α烯烃合成油对于纵向水密电缆产品的水密性能起到关键作用。实施例2和实施例3的自由端滴漏水体积和位移的数值显著小于实施例1,与实施例1相比,其他实验条件相同,仅仅是实施例2和实施例3分别多加入了2,3-二溴硫茚和1,2-二正丙氧基苯,证明2,3-二溴硫茚和1,2-二正丙氧基苯对于增强水密电缆产品的水密性能至关重要。
实验例2
根据GJB 1916-94第4.5.23条的实验方法,电缆在温度95℃,48h条件下,测试样的滴落物结果见表2。

由表1可以看出,实施例1滴落物的量小于对比例1,实施例1与对比例1相比,其他条件完全相同,仅仅是对比例1少加入了聚α烯烃合成油,证明聚α烯烃合成油对于纵向水密电缆产品的水密性能起到关键作用。实施例4无滴落物,与实施例1相比,其他实验条件相同,仅仅是实施例4多加入了1-癸烯-3-醇,证明1-癸烯-3-醇对于增强水密电缆产品的水密性能至关重要。
Claims (8)
1.一种纵向水密电缆,其特征在于,多根线缆(1)外设有第一防水密封胶(2),第一防水密封胶(2)和线缆(1)之间的间隙填充有阻水填料(3),所述第一防水密封胶(2)外设有内护套(4),所述内护套(4)外设有屏蔽层(5),所述屏蔽层(5)外设有第二防水密封胶(6),所述第二防水密封胶(6)外设有外护套(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述纵向水密电缆,其特征在于,所述线缆(1)内层为镀锡铜导体(8),镀锡铜导体(8)外绞合第三防水密封胶(9),第三防水密封胶(9)外层设有绝缘层(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述纵向水密电缆,其特征在于,所述内护套(4)和外护套(7)的材质均为交联聚烯烃。
4.根据权利要求1所述纵向水密电缆,其特征在于,所述屏蔽层(5)为镀锡铜丝编织铠装。
5.根据权利要求1所述纵向水密电缆,其特征在于,所述第一防水密封胶(2)由如下重量份数的物质混合制成:聚环氧丙烷双酚A树脂60-80份,结晶氯化镁1-3份,二乙二醇单乙酸酯3-9份,棕刚玉1-3份,六甲撑四胺3-10份。
6.根据权利要求1所述纵向水密电缆,其特征在于,所述第二防水密封胶(6)由如下重量份数的物质混合制成:酚醛树脂30-50份,羧基丁苯胶乳10-20份,聚乙二醇3-19份,二羟甲基丙酸1-3份,钛白粉1-3份。
7.根据权利要求1所述纵向水密电缆,其特征在于,所述阻水填料(3)由如下重量份数的物质混合制成:高吸水性树脂20-30份,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶20-30份,聚α烯烃合成油10-20份,石蜡油1-5份,顺丁烯二酸酐1-5份,硬脂酸1-3份。
8.根据权利要求7所述纵向水密电缆,其特征在于,所述高吸水性树脂为聚丙烯酸盐,聚乙烯醇,藻酸,壳聚糖,架桥聚氧化乙烯中的一种或一种以上。
