Abstract
The waterproof emulsion pump comprises a pressing head, a main column, an auxiliary column, a piston, screw teeth, a lock cover and a body, wherein a liquid inlet channel is arranged on the pressing head, the upper end of the main column is spliced with the liquid inlet channel of the pressing head, and the main column is in sliding fit with a guide channel on the lock cover; the upper end of the body passes through the top plate of the screw thread and extends out and is connected with the lock cover; the guide channel extends out of the lock cover, and the closing-up of the guide channel extending out of the lock cover is called a sealed air inlet sleeve; the main column is provided with an annular bulge, the sealing air inlet sleeve is in sliding fit with the main column, and when the main column moves downwards, a gap between the main column and the sealing air inlet sleeve is an air inlet gap; when the main column is in an upper position, the sealing air inlet sleeve is matched with the annular bulge for liquid sealing, and when the main column is in a lower position, the pressing head covers the lock cover. The problems are: the main column extends out of the lock cover, when the device is in a state of waiting to work, external water enters through the space between the main column and the guide channel, liquid contamination of the emulsion pump.

The waterproof emulsion pump can effectively prevent external water from entering through the gap between the main column and the lock cover due to the adoption of the structure, and can effectively prevent liquid pollution of the emulsion bottle.

As shown in fig. 1, the waterproof emulsion pump comprises a press head 1, a main column 2, an auxiliary column 5, a piston 6, a screw thread 3, a lock cover 4 and a body 7, wherein a liquid inlet channel 11 is arranged on the press head 1, the upper end of the main column 2 is spliced with the liquid inlet channel 11 of the press head 1, and the main column 2 is in sliding fit with a guide channel 41 on the lock cover 4; the upper end of the body 7 extends out through the top plate of the screw thread 3 and is connected with the lock cover 4.
The guide channel 11 extends out of the lock cover 4, and the closing of the guide channel extending out of the lock cover 4 is called a sealed air inlet sleeve 42;
the main column 2 is provided with an annular projection 21,
the sealed air inlet sleeve 42 is in sliding fit with the main column 2, and when the main column 2 moves downwards, the gap between the main column 2 and the sealed air inlet sleeve 42 is an air inlet gap; when the main column 2 is in an upper position, the sealing air inlet sleeve 42 is matched with the annular bulge 21 in a liquid sealing way, and when the main column 2 is in a lower position, the press head 1 covers the lock cover 4.
As a further improvement of the invention: an annular accommodating cavity 12 surrounding the liquid inlet channel 11 is arranged at the lower part of the press head 1;
the lower end of the liquid inlet channel 11 is inserted into the main column 2; the upper end of the main column 2 extends into the annular accommodating cavity 12; when the main column 2 is in the lower position, the upper part of the lock cover 4 stretches into the accommodating cavity 12.
The top plate of the accommodating cavity is provided with a sealed air inlet sleeve cavity 13 surrounding the liquid inlet channel 11, when the main column 2 is in the lower position, a sealed air inlet sleeve 42 on the lock cover 4 stretches into the sealed air inlet sleeve cavity 13, and the lock cover 4 enters into the annular accommodating cavity 12.
The sealed air inlet sleeve 42 is in the shape of a truncated cone.
The part of the sealed air inlet sleeve 42 which is in sliding fit with the main column 2 is cylindrical.
As a further improvement of the invention: the auxiliary lock cover 8 is further included, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the auxiliary lock cover 8 comprises a body 81 with an upper opening and a lower opening, a guide flow channel 82 positioned on the lower opening of the body and a circular cover 83 positioned on the upper opening, a gap between the circular cover 83 and the body 81 forms an annular inserting cavity, an air vent groove 831 is arranged on the circular cover 83 and extends into the body 81, an annular clamping groove 811 is arranged on the upper part in the body 81, and a locking internal thread 812 is arranged at the lower end in the body;
an annular clamping tongue 43 is arranged on the guide channel 41 on the lock cover 4;
the main column 2 comprises an upper body 22 and a lower body 23, wherein a locking external thread 221 is arranged on the upper body 22;
the upper end of the body 7 is inserted into the annular inserting cavity of the auxiliary lock cover 8, and the body 81 of the auxiliary lock cover 8 is inserted into the body 7; the annular clamping tongue 43 of the lock cover 4 is embedded with the annular clamping groove 811; the lower body 23 of the main column 2 is in sliding fit with the guide flow channel, the upper end of the auxiliary column 5 is connected with the lower body 23 of the main column 2, and the lower end is connected with the piston 6; the external thread 211 on the upper body 22 of the main post 2 mates with the internal thread 812 of the body 811 of the secondary lock cover 8. the sealed air inlet sleeve is in a truncated cone shape;
