Abstract

本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种空心髓内钉。一种空心髓内钉,包括钉体,所述钉体内设置有通孔,所述钉体的近端设置有第一锁钉孔,所述通孔由所述钉体的近端延伸至钉体的远端,所述通孔相对于所述第一锁钉孔偏置设置。解决了现有技术中存在的髓内钉的通孔被挡住,不利于远端瞄准的问题。

Description

一种空心髓内钉
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种空心髓内钉。
背景技术
在骨折医治外科手术中,在断骨的远端和近端的髓腔内置入一生物相容性好、强度高的内置物——髓内钉。不仅可以达到骨折端的连接和固定的目的,而且病人可以免除外固定之苦,能够在医疗早期进行功能锻炼,因此髓内钉已广泛应用于临床实践中。
现在普通使用的髓内钉如图1-2所示,包括钉体1’,钉体1’内设置有通孔11’,所述通孔11’沿钉体1’的中心轴线延伸,所述钉体1’的近端设置有第一锁钉孔12’,所述钉体1’的远端设置有第二锁钉孔13’,所述第一锁钉孔12’和第二锁钉孔13’均与通孔11’相同。
上述结构的髓内钉,虽然方便在髓内钉植入前先植入细的长导针(相比髓内钉,细的长导针更容易穿过断裂处,贯通整个髓腔),然后髓内钉通过通孔顺着这个长导针塞入骨内。但是在髓内钉植入后,尤其是在髓内钉用于治疗股骨颈、胫骨平台或者是肱骨头断裂、碎裂等症状时,需要先在髓内钉近端的第一锁钉孔12’内打上锁钉,这样一来,贯通的通孔11’的近端被锁钉挡住,如需在髓内钉内放置带有磁性的长导针或者头部带有发光体的长导针来辅助外部工具进行远端瞄准,就无法实现了。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的髓内钉的通孔被挡住,不利于远端瞄准的问题,本发明提出一种空心髓内针,解决了上述技术问题。本发明的技术方案如下:
一种空心髓内钉,包括钉体,所述钉体内设置有通孔,所述钉体的近端设置有第一锁钉孔,所述通孔由所述钉体的近端延伸至钉体的远端,所述通孔相对于所述第一锁钉孔偏置设置。
进一步地,所述通孔包括沿钉体近端到远端依次连通的偏置段、连接段和延伸段,所述偏置段相对于所述第一锁钉孔偏置设置。
进一步地,所述第一锁钉孔经过所述钉体的轴线,所述偏置段为开设在所述钉体外圆周面上的U型槽。
进一步地,所述偏置段从钉体近端端头延伸至钉体长度的1/3处,所述第一锁钉孔位于钉体的与偏置段相应的位置。
进一步地,所述延伸段沿钉体的轴线方向设置,所述连接段连通所述偏置段和所述延伸段。
进一步地,所述钉体的远端设置有第二锁钉孔。
进一步地,所述第二锁钉孔经过所述钉体的轴线。
进一步地,所述第一锁钉孔和所述第二锁钉孔均至少为两个。
基于上述技术方案,本发明所能实现的技术效果为:本发明的空心髓内钉结构简单,不仅能实现在髓内钉植入前,先植入细的长导针,然后髓内钉通过通孔顺着长导针塞入骨内,而且在髓内钉植入后且近端打上锁钉的情况下,仍然能够在通孔内放置放置带有磁性的长导针或者头部带有发光体的长导针,辅助外部工具进行远端瞄准。此外,本发明的空心髓内钉的延伸段依然沿钉体的中心轴线延伸,这样导针插入后,末端的方向不会有偏差,方便准确高效地进行远端瞄准。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明的内容作进一步地描述。
如图3-5所示,本实施例公开了一种空心髓内钉,包括钉体1,所述钉体1内设置有通孔11,所述钉体1的近端设置有第一锁钉孔12,所述钉体1的远端设置有第二锁钉孔13。
所述第一锁钉孔12和所述第二锁钉孔13均经过所述针体1的轴线,所述第一锁钉孔12和所述第二锁钉孔13均至少为两个,优选为2-5个。所述第一锁钉孔12和所述第二锁钉孔13均用于放置锁钉,起到固定作用。
所述通孔11由钉体1的近端贯通至钉体1的远端,为了避免钉体1近端的第一锁钉孔12内的锁钉挡住所述通孔11,所述通孔11相对于所述第一锁钉孔12偏置设置。具体地,所述通孔包括沿钉体1近端至远端依次连通的偏置段A、连接段B和延伸段C,所述偏置段A相对于所述第一锁钉孔12偏置设置。所述延伸段C沿钉体1的轴线延伸至钉体1的远端,所述连接段B连通偏置段A和延伸段C。
优选地,所述偏置段A为开设在所述钉体外圆周面上的U型槽,且所述偏置段A与所述第一锁钉孔12之间不相通。
优选地,所述偏置段A从钉体1的近端端头延伸至钉体1长度的1/3处,所述第一锁钉孔12位于钉体1的与偏置段A相应的位置。
采用本申请的髓内钉治疗股骨颈、胫骨平台或者是肱骨头断裂、碎裂等症状时,髓内钉植入前,先植入细的长导针,然后髓内钉通过通孔11顺着这个长导针塞入骨内;髓内钉植入后,先在钉体1的近端的第一锁钉孔12内置入锁钉,如需采用外部工具进行髓内钉远端瞄准,则可在通孔11内放置带有磁性的长导针或者头部带有发光体的长导针,贯通的通孔11不会被第一锁钉孔12内的锁钉所挡住。
本发明的一种空心髓内钉结构简单,高效实用,便于多功能操作。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明的宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

Claims (8)

1.一种空心髓内钉,包括钉体(1),所述钉体(1)内设置有通孔(11),所述钉体(1)的近端设置有第一锁钉孔(12),其特征在于,所述通孔(11)由所述钉体(1)的近端延伸至钉体(1)的远端,所述通孔(11)相对于所述第一锁钉孔(12)偏置设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种空心髓内钉,其特征在于,所述通孔(11)包括沿钉体(1)近端到远端依次连通的偏置段(A)、连接段(B)和延伸段(C),所述偏置段(A)相对于所述第一锁钉孔(12)偏置设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种空心髓内钉,其特征在于,所述第一锁钉孔(12)经过所述钉体(1)的轴线,所述偏置段(A)为开设在所述钉体(1)外圆周面上的U型槽。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的一种空心髓内钉,其特征在于,所述偏置段(A)从钉体(1)近端端头延伸至钉体(1)长度的1/3处,所述第一锁钉孔(12)位于钉体(1)的与偏置段(A)相应的位置。
5.如权利要求2或3所述的一种空心髓内钉,其特征在于,所述延伸段(C)沿钉体(1)的轴线方向设置,所述连接段(B)连通所述偏置段(A)和所述延伸段(C)。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种空心髓内钉,其特征在于,所述钉体(1)的远端设置有第二锁钉孔(13)。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种空心髓内钉,其特征在于,所述第二锁钉孔(13)经过所述钉体(1)的轴线。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的一种空心髓内钉,其特征在于,所述第一锁钉孔(12)和所述第二锁钉孔(13)均至少为两个。
