the door body 108 is movably arranged at the opening 104 of the side plate 103, and the door body 108 is controlled to be opened or closed by a driving mechanism; the air inlet system is arranged above the top plate 101 and comprises a fan filter unit 40 and an air inlet pipeline 60 connected with the fan filter unit 40; the air return system is arranged below the bottom plate 102 and comprises an air return device 50 and a return pipeline 70 connected with the air return device 50, and the old air in the clean room 10 flows out of the return pipeline 70;
wherein, an air conditioning system 80 is arranged between the air inlet pipeline 60 and the return pipeline 70 to provide air meeting the requirements for the clean room 10, and a condensate outlet pipe 801 of the air conditioning system 80 is connected with the return pipeline 70, when condensate generated by the air conditioning system enters the return pipeline 70 through the condensate outlet pipe 801, dust in old wind is filtered.
