Abstract
The application provides a partition wall positioning device which is characterized by comprising a positioning pipe system formed by connecting at least one of an elbow, a Y-shaped three-way pipe, a U-shaped pipe and a straight pipe. The application is used for limiting the front-back displacement of the partition wall, the pipe system is in multipoint contact with the partition wall pipe, and the pipe system can be fixed on the partition wall through steel plates in various shapes or can achieve the purpose of fixing the partition wall through penetrating through the partition wall pipe. The piping is supported on stable vertical pipes or serpentine pipes at both front and rear sides of the partition wall to prevent the partition wall from shaking back and forth.

Technical Field
The application relates to a partition wall positioning device.
Background
When the boiler is designed, in order to increase the area and the number of heating surfaces of a hearth or a rear flue, the heat absorption capacity is correspondingly increased, the efficiency of the boiler unit is improved, and a wall body is sometimes added in the boiler unit, so that the flue is separated. One surface of the boiler body is not in direct contact with the flue gas, so that wall body shaking and the like caused by flue gas scouring can be avoided. The partition wall is different from the boiler body and needs a shaking stopping positioning device.
As shown in fig. 1a and 1b, the partition wall 1 is welded with pre-buried plates 2 at intervals on the front and rear sides of a certain elevation in the vertical direction, the pre-buried plates 2 are welded with stay plates 3, the corresponding positions of the pipes 7 for fixing the partition wall are provided with sleeves 6, the sleeves 6 are welded with stay plates 5, and the stay plates 3 and 5 are respectively connected with the supporting and hanging frame 4 in a welding or hinging mode, so that the partition wall is fixed in the middle of the pipes 7 on the two sides, and the purpose of shaking stopping is achieved. The whole device is completely opened in the boiler smoke environment, and the use of materials of related structural members in the device is limited by the smoke temperature of the hearth, so that the traditional supporting and lifting device structure has certain limitation.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a partition wall positioning method with a wider application range, which is applicable to positioning of partition walls under any smoke temperature condition.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the application provides a partition wall positioning device which is characterized by comprising a positioning pipe system formed by connecting at least one of an elbow, a Y-shaped tee pipe, a U-shaped pipe and a straight pipe.
Preferably, the partition wall positioning device further comprises a steel plate, and the positioning pipe system is fixed on the vertical pipes or the coiled pipes on two sides of the partition wall through the steel plate.
Preferably, the positioning pipe system is used for fixing the partition wall in at least one of two-side clamping and interval inserting.
Preferably, the positioning pipe system is connected with a header or a pipeline in the steam-water system, and the medium in the positioning pipe system can absorb heat and cool the positioning pipe system.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the beneficial effects that:
the application is used for limiting the front-back displacement of the partition wall, the pipe system is in multipoint contact with the partition wall pipe, and the pipe system can be fixed on the partition wall through steel plates in various shapes or can achieve the purpose of fixing the partition wall through penetrating through the partition wall pipe. The piping is supported on stable vertical pipes or serpentine pipes at both front and rear sides of the partition wall to prevent the partition wall from shaking back and forth.
The partition wall positioning device provided by the application can adapt to working conditions under various flue gas temperatures, and the specifications or the trend of a pipe system can be adjusted variously as required, for example, the partition wall positioning device is clamped at a coiled pipe or is inserted between partition wall pipe systems, so that the rigidity requirement for preventing the partition wall from shaking is met, and the partition wall positioning device is convenient and flexible.
The application has flexible design, wide application range, various tube system materials, simple processing and assembly, effective reduction of manufacturing cost, convenient installation and easy operation.

Examples
As shown in fig. 3, the partition wall positioning device of the present embodiment includes a positioning piping connected by a bend 11 and a straight pipe 14. The partition wall positioning device also comprises a steel plate 15, and the positioning pipe system is fixed on positioning supporting points 16 on two sides of the partition wall through the steel plate 15. The positioning support points 16 may be any stable vertical tube or serpentine tube on either side of the partition. The partition wall is fixed by the positioning pipe system in a manner of clamping two sides and inserting the two sides at intervals. The locating pipe system is connected with a header or a pipeline in the steam-water system, and medium in the locating pipe system can absorb heat and cool the locating pipe system. The bending radius R and the bending angle alpha of the elbow 1 can be correspondingly changed according to specific requirements.
The original partition wall positioning can be changed from original single-point support to multi-point support, the trend of a positioning pipe system is flexible and changeable, the positioning pipe system can be fixed on a supporting point or a partition wall by using a steel plate embedded clamping sleeve, the purpose of binding can be achieved by using alternate insertion between pipes, and more possibilities are provided for a partition wall positioning method.
The positioning pipe system can also be formed by connecting a Y-shaped three-way pipe 12 shown in fig. 2b and a U-shaped pipe 13 shown in fig. 2c, and the external dimension of the Y-shaped three-way pipe 12 and the distance L between two branch pipes of the U-shaped pipe 3 can be correspondingly changed according to specific requirements.

The partition wall positioning device is characterized by comprising a positioning pipe system formed by connecting a straight pipe (14) through an elbow (11) or connecting a Y-shaped three-way pipe (12) and a U-shaped pipe (13); the partition wall is fixed by the positioning pipe system in at least one of two-side clamping and interval inserting; the positioning pipe system is connected with a header or a pipeline in the steam-water system, and medium in the positioning pipe system can absorb heat and cool the positioning pipe system; the partition wall positioning device also comprises a steel plate (15), and the positioning pipe system is fixed on positioning supporting points (16) on two sides of the partition wall through the steel plate (15); the positioning supporting points (16) are any stable vertical pipes or coiled pipes on two sides of the partition wall; the partition wall is a piping wall surface consisting of a plurality of pipes; the positioning pipe system is in multipoint contact with the partition wall.
