In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the sleeve provided by the invention comprises a binding band 1 and protruding pieces 2, wherein two lateral surfaces of the binding band 1 along the thickness extension direction respectively form an outer lateral surface 101 and an inner lateral surface 102, the binding band 1 forms a first end 111, a main body 112 and a second end 113 which are sequentially connected along the width extension direction, a plurality of protruding pieces 2 are detachably arranged on the inner lateral surface 102 of the binding band 1, and the protruding pieces 2 are distributed on the inner lateral surface 102 of the binding band 1 in a matrix. The strap 1 is capable of performing a deployment and a wrapping operation in which the first end 111 and the second end 113 are separated from each other, and in which the first end 111 and the second end 113 are connected by any one or more of the following: sticking buckles; a primary and secondary buckle; a buckle; the magnet is used for conveniently and rapidly coating the binding band 1 on the hand and the arm of a patient. In a preferred embodiment, the projections 2 may be distributed on the inner side 102 in other ways, such as staggered, randomly distributed, etc. The first end 111 and the second end 113 may be integrally formed in a preferred embodiment, but this structure has a disadvantage of easily rubbing against a wound during the arm insertion process. Preferably, one or both ends in the axial direction of the bandage 1 are provided with elastic ropes 4, the elastic ropes 4 extend along the width extending direction of the bandage 1, the length of each elastic rope 4 in the released state is smaller than the width of the bandage 1, when the bandage 1 is wrapped on an arm, the elastic ropes 4 are in a stretching state, and the axial direction end of the bandage 1 is hooped on the arm under the action of resilience force, so that external pollution is isolated.
As shown in fig. 2, the oversleeve provided by the invention further comprises a bonding unit 3, wherein two side surfaces of the bonding unit 3 along the thickness direction are respectively detachably connected with the binding belt 1 and the protruding piece 2, a plurality of bonding units 3 are arranged on the inner side surface 102 of the binding belt 1, a plurality of protruding pieces 2 are arranged on a single bonding unit 3, and the bonding unit 3 and the binding belt 1 and the bonding unit 3 and the protruding pieces 2 are connected in any one or any multiple of the following modes: sticking buckles; a primary and secondary buckle; a buckle; and (3) a magnet. By such a structure, not only the projection 2 can be individually removed to make a wound accommodating space, but also when the wound surface is large, the plurality of projections 2 can be removed at one time by removing the attaching unit 3, thereby improving the use efficiency. It is of course preferable that the protruding member 2 is also directly mounted on the strap 1, omitting the construction of the attaching unit 3, saving processing costs, but the protruding member 2 can be removed or mounted only individually and easily resulting in the loss of the protruding member 2; preferably, the fitting unit 3 and the protruding member 2 may be fixedly connected, and the protruding member 2 is removed or installed in units of the fitting unit 3, but the adaptability of the structure to the size of a wound is reduced. Preferably, in the longitudinal section, the profile of the conical portion 202 is in the shape of three equilateral triangles with rounded corners, the profile of the contact portion 201 is in the shape of an arc, the profile line of the contact portion 201 and the profile line of the conical portion 202 are in smooth transition, and the circumferential extension angle of the arc profile of the contact portion 201 is greater than 180 degrees. Preferably, the contact portion 201 may also be made of a flexible material, which is more flexible and comfortable in use, but which is detrimental to the stacking connection between the protruding elements 2 and the protruding elements 2. Preferably, the bottom surface of the conical part 202 is connected with the attaching unit 3 through a sticking buckle; further preferably, the laminating unit 3 is provided with through holes along the thickness extending direction, the through holes are in one-to-one correspondence with the connecting holes 210, so that after the laminating unit 3 is detached, all the protruding pieces 2 on the laminating unit 3 can be communicated with the protruding pieces 2 on other laminating units 3 which are directly stacked on the laminating unit 3, and the use is more convenient.
As shown in fig. 4, the strap 1 is further provided with a hanging band 5, in which in the embodiment, the hanging band 5 is connected to the outer side 101 of the strap 1 by means of a sticking buckle, the hanging band 5 can be removed when only the wound needs to be covered, and the hanging band 5 can be stuck to the strap 1 when the arm needs to be fixed in the occasion of, for example, an operation. Preferably, the illustrated suspension band 5 and the strap 1 may be sewn or provided with openings in the width extension of the strap 1, in which openings the suspension band 5 is slidingly fitted, but these arrangements allow the suspension band 5 to be attached to the strap 1 at all times, which is not particularly suitable for a wide variety of use situations.

The elastic balloon 6 is mounted on the strap 1 by means of a structure such as a hook and loop, or the elastic balloon 6 is integrally formed with the strap 1. The protruding member 2 is provided with the vent hole 220, the space inside the vent hole 220 is mutually communicated with the space inside the connecting hole 210, the vent hole 220 extends to penetrate through the contact part 201 along the axial direction, and the vent hole 220 can be opened or closed along with the deformation of the contact part 201 because the contact part 201 is made of elastic materials or flexible materials, in the actual use process, when the contact part 201 of one protruding member 2 is inserted into the connecting hole 210 of the other protruding member 2, the contact part 201 of the protruding member 2 can deform due to extrusion, so that the vent hole 220 is blocked, and the extrusion hemostasis function is better played under the simultaneous action of the elastic air bag 5 and the protruding member 2. Preferably, the male member 2 is connected to the vent table 603 by means of a sealing screw, or the vent table 603 is also made of an elastic material or a flexible material, but does not block the opening in the vent table 603 when being fitted into the connecting hole 210 of the male member 2. Preferably, the ventilation table 603 is a protruding member 3, and the protruding member 3 is integrally formed on the bag 601, so that the contact portion 201 of the protruding member 3 is cut off when the internal space and the external space of the bag 601 need to be kept in communication all the time.
The foregoing describes specific embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described above, and that various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art within the scope of the claims without affecting the spirit of the invention. The embodiments of the present application and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other arbitrarily without conflict.
