本发明公开了一种基于热熔挤出包胶技术的渔网防污方法,包括如下步骤:S100、选择多种防污剂和塑胶粒;S200、将多种防污剂和塑胶粒充分搅拌混合,然后加入热熔挤出机对渔网线进行热熔包胶,得到有防污功效的包胶渔网线;S300、再将此包胶线进行编织成防污渔网,本发明机械化作业,效率高,防污层均匀光滑,对水体阻力小,防污层和网线附着紧,耐候性好,实测达18个月无脱落,且包附防污层后渔网线较同规格未包附的网强度有20%的提高。本发明的生产过程无环境污染,可在室内操作,不受场地和天气的影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及渔网防污技术领域,具体为一种基于热熔挤出包胶技术的渔网防污方法。
背景技术
在实际中,传统的渔网编织方法一般是:先编织渔网再涂刷或浸泡防污剂,然后再进行晾晒,这个过程需要场地和合适的天气,并再晾晒晒的过程中有大量的有机溶剂挥发到大气中,造成环境污染,最后得到的有防污功效的渔网,但防污层不光滑,对水体阻力较大,防污层和渔网线附着不牢,一般不超过六个月,整个过程效率不高,实用性不强,所以一直很少被渔民接受。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术方案的不足, 本发明提供一种基于热熔挤出包胶技术的渔网防污方法,本发明通过挤出机将防污涂料包覆到渔网线上挤出,然后制成渔网,机械化作业,效率高,防污层均匀光滑附着力强,经拉力测试,包胶后的网线强度可提高20%,海水耐候实测达18个月以上,由于不使用溶剂,所以无环境污染,能有效的解决背景技术提出的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种基于热熔挤出包胶技术的渔网防污方法,包括如下步骤:
S100、选择多种防污剂和塑胶粒;;
S200、将多种防污剂和塑胶粒充分搅拌混合,然后加入热熔挤出机对渔网线进行热熔包胶,得到有防污功效的包胶渔网线;
S300、再将此包胶线进行编织成防污渔网。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述塑胶粒包括TPU塑料、TPEE塑料、PVC塑料中的一种或任意几种。。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明机械化作业,效率高,防污层均匀光滑,对水体阻力小,防污层和网线附着紧,耐候性好,实测达18个月无脱落,且包附防污层后渔网线较同规格未包附的网强度有20%的提高;本发明的生产过程无环境污染,可在室内操作,不受场地和天气的影响。

S100、选择多种防污剂和塑胶粒;;
S200、将多种防污剂和塑胶粒充分搅拌混合,然后加入热熔挤出机对渔网线进行热熔包胶,得到有防污功效的包胶渔网线;
S300、再将此包胶线进行编织成防污渔网。
所述塑胶粒包括TPU塑料、TPEE塑料、PVC塑料中的一种或任意几种。。

1.一种基于热熔挤出包胶技术的渔网防污方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S100、选择多种防污剂和塑胶粒;;
S200、将多种防污剂和塑胶粒充分搅拌混合,然后加入热熔挤出机对渔网线进行热熔包胶,得到有防污功效的包胶渔网线;
S300、再将此包胶线进行编织成防污渔网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于热熔挤出包胶技术的渔网防污方法,其特征在于:所述塑胶粒包括TPU塑料、TPEE塑料、PVC塑料中的一种或任意几种。
