Abstract
本发明公开了一种音箱抗水面网及其制作方法。制作方法:步骤1、分别在滤棉和化纤网上面浸涂适量的由含氟聚丙烯酸酯和异氰酸酯交联剂混合而成的液体;步骤2、涂完混合剂晾干5分钟后,以化纤网居中,在化纤网两边各复合一层滤棉,选3~5个点用丝线缝联,形成防尘、抗水的透声网。步骤3、透声网再和铁网叠合在一起形成音箱用面网,通过螺钉固定在音箱箱体上。本发明在持续淋雨中,放音始终与淋雨前无差别,很好地满足了风雨中正常使用的要求。将化纤网和滤棉浸水和漂洗多次,其憎水性能无变化,抗水性持久,音箱防尘和防水等级高,有效解决了现有技术的不足。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及音箱技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗水音箱面网及其制作方法。
背景技术
音箱的正面都有面网,面网一般由一层铁网和一层滤棉组成。铁网的功能是对音箱内的电声器件给予机械防护、声波仍能顺畅传出;滤棉的功能主要为美化面网视觉,阻挡大颗粒灰尘。
当音箱必须露天使用时,箱体部分容易满足抗雨水的要求,而面网却对雨水没有抵御力。雨水会透过面网进入箱内,即使不损坏电声器件,面网的滤棉会含水而显著影响声音传出,对高音损害更为严重,致音色沉闷,语言不清;即使雨停了,滤棉中的水也迟迟不会全干;滤棉能阻挡大颗粒灰尘,不能阻挡风中的小颗粒灰尘。
因此,露天用音箱,就要求面网既要防止水和灰尘侵入,又要在持续的淋雨中也不会影响音量音色,这是行业内至今没有解决的问题。国际著名品牌的室外音箱,也并不能完全防止雨水入侵,不能避免雨中仍不影响声压和音色。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗水音箱面网及其制作方法,以解决现有技术的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种抗水音箱面网,包括两层滤棉、化纤网、含氟聚丙烯酸酯、异氰酸酯交联剂和铁网,所述滤棉和化纤网上面浸涂含氟聚丙烯酸酯和异氰酸酯交联剂,所述化纤网两侧分别复合涂覆含氟聚丙烯酸酯和异氰酸酯交联剂的滤棉。
上述的一种抗水音箱面网,所述化纤网两侧分别通过丝线数点缝合涂覆含氟聚丙烯酸酯和异氰酸酯交联剂的滤棉。
上述的一种抗水音箱面网,所述化纤网选用250目网或者300目网。
一种如权利要求1所述的抗水音箱面网的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、分别在滤棉和化纤网上面浸涂适量的由含氟聚丙烯酸酯和异氰酸酯交联剂混合而成的抗水、防污混合剂;
步骤2、涂完混合剂晾干5分钟后,以化纤网居中,在化纤网两边各复合一层滤棉,选3~5个点用丝线缝联,形成防尘、抗水的透声网。
上述的一种抗水音箱面网的制作方法,所述防尘、抗水透声网和铁网叠合在一起,通过螺钉固定在音箱箱体上。
上述的一种抗水音箱面网的制作方法,所述步骤1在滤棉和化纤网上面浸涂1~2μm由含氟聚丙烯酸酯和异氰酸酯交联剂混合而成的混合剂。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的抗水音箱面网,在持续淋雨中,放音始终与淋雨前无差别,很好地满足了风雨中正常使用的要求。将化纤网和滤棉浸水和漂洗数次,其憎水性能无变化,防水性能持久,音箱防尘和防水等级高,有效解决了现有技术的不足。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种抗水音箱面网,包括两层滤棉、化纤网、含氟聚丙烯酸酯、异氰酸酯交联剂和铁网,所述滤棉和化纤网上面浸涂含氟聚丙烯酸酯和异氰酸酯交联剂,所述化纤网两侧分别复合涂覆含氟聚丙烯酸酯和异氰酸酯交联剂的滤棉。
本实施例中,所述化纤网两侧分别通过丝线数点缝合涂覆含氟聚丙烯酸酯和异氰酸酯交联剂的滤棉。
本实施例中,所述化纤网选用250目网或者300目网。
一种如权利要求1所述的抗水音箱面网的制作方法,包括以下步骤:

本实施例中,所述步骤1在滤棉和化纤网上面浸涂1~2μm由含氟聚丙烯酸酯和异氰酸酯交联剂混合而成的混合剂。
以下具体分析本发明的原理:
根据国家标准《电气设备外壳防护等级》对防尘的规定,“经孔尺寸为0.075mm×0.075mm的筛子筛过的滑石粉(相当于200目细度)应不会被吹入。”这种细度的粉尘,滤棉是阻挡不住的,夹入这层化纤网,首先就要能阻挡这种细度的粉尘。故化纤网在200目、250目、300目中选试,本实施例选用250目网和300目网均能可靠防尘,干态不影响声波传出。
加入的化纤网和原有的滤棉,都是亲水的。遭遇淋水后,均会被润湿,尤其化纤网所有微孔均被水封堵,滤网变成一层水膜。测频响曲线,淋水后比之前声压显著降低10db~15dB,高频段影响更重,声音变小且沉闷不清,不可接受。
对化纤网和滤棉做表面改性,使其由亲水变为憎水,已有一些办法,如涂蜡、涂硅油等等,但涂层薄了效果不足、涂层厚了影响声音,特别是都不能持久有效。经大量寻找、筛选和试用,确定用含氟聚丙烯酸脂涂覆,同时用异氰酸酯交联剂提高附着力,改性层也只有1~2μm,不会影响声音通透。处理过的化纤网和滤棉,沉入水中再提起,均无附着水,也完全不被润湿,憎水效果极好。
选用250目网和300目网分别制作3个样品测试,结果如下表:
防水性试验记录
说明:
①干态声损测试,用同一音箱做声源,直接盖上组合好的被试样品,话筒始终在同一位置,同一信号源幅值。
②湿态声损测试,组合好的样品先均匀淋水,之后竖立至不滴水,用同上方法测试。
③阻水比较测试,距离面网0.15米垂直喷水,样品喷水均不能透过到另一面。即使浸水漂洗后,性能也无变化。
经测试,本发明的抗水音箱面网,在持续淋雨中,放音始终与淋雨前基本无差别,很好地满足了风雨中正常使用的要求。将化纤网和滤棉浸水和漂洗数次,其憎水性能无变化,防水性能持久。至此,音箱防尘和防水等级可达到IP66级(尘密、猛烈喷水)。

1.一种抗水音箱面网,其特征在于:包括两层滤棉(2)、化纤网(1)、含氟聚丙烯酸酯、异氰酸酯交联剂和铁网,所述滤棉(2)和化纤网(1)上面浸涂含氟聚丙烯酸酯和异氰酸酯交联剂,所述化纤网(1)两侧分别复合涂覆含氟聚丙烯酸酯和异氰酸酯交联剂的滤棉(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗水音箱面网,其特征在于:所述化纤网(1)两侧分别通过丝线数点缝合涂覆含氟聚丙烯酸酯和异氰酸酯交联剂的滤棉(2)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种抗水音箱面网,其特征在于:所述化纤网(1)选用250目网或者300目网。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的抗水音箱面网的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、分别在滤棉和化纤网上面浸涂适量的由含氟聚丙烯酸酯和异氰酸酯交联剂混合而成的抗水、防污混合剂;
步骤2、涂完混合剂晾干5分钟后,以化纤网居中,在化纤网两边各复合一层滤棉,选3~5个点用丝线缝联,形成防尘、抗水的透声网。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种抗水音箱面网的制作方法,其特征在于:所述防尘、抗水透声网和铁网叠合在一起,通过螺钉固定在音箱箱体上。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种抗水音箱面网的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1在滤棉和化纤网上面浸涂1~2μm由含氟聚丙烯酸酯和异氰酸酯交联剂混合而成的混合剂。
