Background

The existing conveying vehicle for conveying building materials is structurally general, the steering is adjusted by workers difficultly, particularly, the steering is labor-consuming and time-consuming when the conveying vehicle is full of building materials, and is particularly inconvenient and the working efficiency is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a building material conveying trolley to solve the problems that the steering needs to be adjusted by workers with great effort, the steering is particularly troublesome and time-consuming when the conveying trolley is fully loaded with building materials, the steering is particularly inconvenient, and the working efficiency is reduced.

the rear end of the pushing frame is provided with a pushing handle rod, the pushing frame and the pushing handle rod are of an integrated structure, the front end of the cart frame is provided with a clamping plate, the cart frame is welded with the clamping plate, the cart frame is provided with a clamping strip which forms a sliding groove with the clamping plate, the cart frame is fixedly connected with the clamping strip, a baffle is arranged between the clamping strip and the clamping plate, the baffle is in clearance fit with the cart frame, the lower part of the cart frame is provided with a fixing ring, the cart frame and the fixing ring are welded, the rotating shaft transversely penetrates through the fixing ring, the rotating shaft is movably connected with the fixing ring, tires are arranged at the left end and the right end of the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft and the tires are in interference fit, the upright post is arranged below the cart frame, the cart frame is fixedly connected with the upright post, the bottom surface of the cart frame is provided with a guide mechanism, and the cart frame is matched with the guide mechanism;
the guide mechanism consists of a bearing, a fixed strip, a compression spring, a fixed plate, a roller guide frame, a pull plate, a steel wire rope, a matched gear, a second transmission gear rod, an operating handle, a first transmission gear rod, a third transmission gear rod, a winding and unwinding slot and a bolt, wherein one end of the operating handle is provided with the first transmission gear rod, the operating handle and the first transmission gear rod are of an integrated structure, the second transmission gear rod is arranged below the other end of the first transmission gear rod, the other end of the first transmission gear rod is meshed with the upper end of the second transmission gear rod, the third transmission gear rod is arranged on the inner side of the lower end of the second transmission gear rod, one end of the third transmission gear rod is provided with a matched gear, the third transmission gear rod and the matched gear are of an integrated structure, the lower ends of the third transmission gear rod and the second transmission gear rod are meshed through the matched gear, the other end of the third transmission gear rod is provided with a wire receiving and releasing groove, the middle position of the bottom of the trolley frame is provided with a fixed strip, the trolley frame and the fixed strip are in interference fit, a roller guide frame is arranged below the fixed strip, the fixed strip and the roller guide frame are connected through a bearing, the bottom of the roller guide frame is provided with a roller, the roller guide frame and the roller are movably connected, the left end and the right end of the roller guide frame on the same level are respectively provided with a fixed plate, the roller guide frame and the fixed plate are welded together, the fixed plate and the fixed strip are connected through a compression spring, the fixed plate is provided with a pulling plate, one end of the fixed plate and one end of the pulling plate are in through connection through a bolt, the other end of the pulling plate is provided with a steel wire rope, the pulling plate and the steel wire rope are in clearance fit, and the pulling plate and the third transmission gear rod are, the operating handle is inserted and embedded inside the pushing handle rod, and the second transmission gear rod is arranged inside the stand column.

In order to realize that the building material conveying trolley can save time and labor and turn to travel, the trolley frame can control the steering work of the guide mechanism through the operating handle, the operating handle can drive the roller guide frame to turn left and right through rotation, the roller guide frame drives the whole steering operation work of the trolley frame through the rotation of the rollers, the operating handle is loosened, the compression spring utilizes the spring force to enable the roller guide frame to return to the original position integrally, time and labor are saved, and the working efficiency of workers is improved.

The wire spring of the compression spring 503 according to the present invention is used for all types ranging from home appliances to mobile equipment, motors, etc. because it is a desired type of spring. Compressed by a load acting on them or their ends, the compression springs are forced back by the design of the compressed wire trying to return the springs to their original shape.
The invention solves the problem that the steering needs to be adjusted by labor of workers, particularly, the steering is labor-consuming and time-consuming when a conveying vehicle is fully loaded with building materials, is particularly inconvenient and reduces the working efficiency, through the mutual combination of the components, in order to realize that the building material conveying cart can steer and run in a time-saving and labor-saving manner, the cart frame 1 can control the steering work of the guide mechanism 5 through the operating handle 511, the operating handle 511 can drive the roller guide frame 506 to steer left and right through rotation, so that the roller guide frame 506 drives the whole steering operation work of the cart frame 1 through the rotation of the roller 505, the operating handle 511 is released, the compression spring 503 causes the roller guide frame 506 to return to the original position integrally by the spring force, the time and the labor are saved, and the working efficiency of the workers is improved.
