技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗发水,尤其涉及一种绿色温和的氨基酸洗发水及其制备方法。
技术背景
中国是全球洗发水生产及销售量最高的国家,目前国内的洗发水生产商有 2000多个,市场上的品牌达3000个以上。中国的洗护发品市场是一个趋于成熟的市场,随着近年来经济的发展,洗护市场不仅有了长足的进步,而且还有巨大的潜在市场容量。“分众”引领着市场潮流。但面对市场各种眼花缭乱的洗发水,消费者难以下手,市场上的大部分洗发水普遍存在着发泡性能差,脱脂能力强造成头发干涩,调理性能差和梳理性能差等问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有洗发水技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种绿色温和的氨基酸洗发水,该种洗发水采用温和绿色健康的氨基酸表面活性剂温和清洁头皮和头发,植物提取成分温和呵护头皮,适量的油脂滋养发尾。
为了达到上述目的,本发明主要采用以下技术方案:
一种绿色温和的氨基酸洗发水,包含以下成分:小麦谷蛋白、姜根提取物、野大豆籽提取物、泛醇、酪乳粉、聚季铵盐-10、棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和基质;各组分的重量百分比是:小麦谷蛋白2~5%、姜根提取物2~5%、野大豆籽提取物1~3%、泛醇1~3%、酪乳粉0.5~2%、聚季铵盐-10 0.1~0.4%、棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵1~3%、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐0.03~0.07%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.1~0.4%和基质78.13~92.27%。
进一步地,所述基质包括去离子水、表面活性剂、螯合剂、赋酯剂、PH调节剂、增稠剂、保湿剂、防腐剂、赋香剂。
进一步地,所述一种绿色温和的氨基酸洗发水,按质量百分比计包括以下组分:小麦谷蛋白2~5%、姜根提取物2~5%、野大豆籽提取物1~3%、泛醇1~ 3%、酪乳粉0.5~2%、聚季铵盐-100.1~0.4%、棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵1~ 3%、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐0.03~0.07%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠5~10%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱18~23%、C12-18烷基葡糖苷3~6%、椰油酰胺DEA2~6%、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1~3%、PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯0.5~1.5%,甘油1~ 3%、甜菜碱1~3%、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯1~3%、尿囊素0.2~0.4%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.1~0.4%、柠檬酸0.08~0.2%、柠檬酸钠0.08~0.2%、DMDM乙内酰脲0.2~0.4%、EDTA二钠0.1~0.3%、聚乙二醇-14M 0.05~ 0.15%、香精0.05~0.2%,余量为去离子水。
进一步地,所述一种绿色温和的氨基酸洗发水,按质量百分比计包括以下组分:小麦谷蛋白5%、姜根提取物3%、野大豆籽提取物3%、泛醇1.5%、酪乳粉2%、聚季铵盐-100.2%、棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵1.5%、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐0.05%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠7.5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱21.5%、C12-18 烷基葡糖苷4%、椰油酰胺DEA 3%、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1.5%、PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯0.8%,甘油2%、甜菜碱1%、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯1%、尿囊素0.2%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.2%、柠檬酸0.08%、柠檬酸钠0.08%、 DMDM乙内酰脲0.2%、EDTA二钠0.1%、聚乙二醇-14M 0.08%、香精0.2%,余量为去离子水。
一种绿色温和的氨基酸洗发水的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将去离子水加入到反应釜中,再向反应釜中分别加入瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10、EDTA二钠、聚乙二醇-14M、尿囊素,加入完毕后,边搅拌边加热至75~80℃,保持恒温,待加入物完全溶解,得到第一混合物;
(2)向第一混合物中加入甘油、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、C12-18烷基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺DEA、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯,搅拌均匀,冷却至70~75℃,待加入物完全溶解,得到第二混合物;
(3)用柠檬酸调节第二混合物的pH值至5.8~6.2后,加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、柠檬酸钠,搅拌均匀,冷却至45~50℃,得到第三混合物;
(4)向第三混合物中加入棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、泛醇,搅拌均匀至完全溶解,得到第四混合物;
(5)用水将己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐溶解,得到己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸) 盐水溶液;
(6)向第四混合物中加入小麦谷蛋白、姜根提取物、野大豆籽提取物、酪乳粉和己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐水溶液,搅拌混合均匀,再加入DMDM乙内酰脲、香精,搅拌至完全混合均匀即得绿色温和的氨基酸洗发水。
本发明可直接使用于头部。
本发明使用的月桂酰肌氨酸钠(CAS:137-16-6)是月桂酰肌胺氨酸钠属于氨基酸系的阴离子界面活性剂,采用天然月桂酸和肌氨酸盐制造而成,为无色至微黄色透明液体,发泡性能好,泡沫丰富稳定,具有良好的去污与抗静电能力,对硬水和电解质容忍度较高,可与其它阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂复配。
本发明使用的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAS:86438-79-1)有效含量为35%,具有优良的溶解性和配伍性;具有优良的稳泡性和显著的增稠性;具有低刺激性和杀菌性,配伍使用能显著提高洗涤类产品的柔软、调理和低温稳定性。具有良好的抗硬水性、抗静电性及生物降解性。在特定的pH环境下,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和上述月桂酰肌氨酸钠相互协同增稠起泡、稳泡,pH值在5.8~6.2时效果最佳。
本发明使用的C12-18烷基葡糖苷(CAS:110615-47-9)是一种性能较全面的新型非离子表面活性剂,兼具普通非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的特性,具有高表面活性、良好的生态安全性和相容性,是国际公认的首选“绿色”功能性表面活性剂。
本发明使用的椰油酰胺DEA(CAS:68937-10-0)具有良好的发泡、稳泡、渗透去污、抗硬水等功能。属非离子表面活性剂,在阴离子表面活性剂呈酸性时与之配伍增稠效果特别明显,能与多种表面活性剂配伍。能加强清洁效果、可用作添加剂、泡沫安定剂、助泡剂、主要用于香波及液体洗涤剂的制造。
本发明使用的PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯(CAS:69430-24-6)一种天然葡萄糖的衍生物,对一些较难增稠或低含量的表面活性剂的增稠更为有效。无刺激,用于婴儿香波及沐浴、洁面产品是极其理想,且能降低配方总体的刺激性,且不影响泡沫、透明度、PH值等性能。
本发明使用的小麦谷蛋白,INCI名称:小麦谷蛋白(CAS:100684-25-1),是一种从小麦中提取的天然、无水解、憎水性的中等分子量的植物蛋白,具有优异的成膜性能,结构类似天然胶原蛋白,能明显提高皮肤的水分含量,提高皮肤的弹性,显著降低皮肤的粗糙度,减少皱纹,光滑肌肤,兼具优异的紧肤效果,有即时的抗皱效果;用于表面活性剂体系中,减少表面活性剂对皮肤的刺激,改善泡沫质量;低离子强度、憎水,在洗去型产品中易铺展在头发和头皮上,在头发表面形成蛋白保护膜,保护头发,智能修复由于染发、烫发等造成的受损发质;提高头发光泽、弹性、柔韧度,平滑头发纤维结构。
本发明使用的姜根提取物,INCI名称:姜(ZINGIBER OFFICINALE)根提取物(CAS:8002-60-6),促进胶原蛋白合成,类雌激素,抗菌,促进血液循环,促进毛发生长,增强免疫。
本发明使用的野大豆籽提取物,INCI名称:野大豆(GLYCINE SOJA)籽提取物(暂无CAS号),富含大豆异黄酮,类雌激素活性,帮助延缓皮肤胶原蛋白的流失;控制皮脂分泌,防止头发脱落。
本发明使用的酪乳粉,INCI名称:酪乳粉(暂无CAS号),富含乳清蛋白和乳糖,在个人洗护产品、身体护理产品和皮肤护理产品中赋予个人清洁护理产品更细腻柔软的泡沫,增加皮肤的含水量并滋养头皮,增加头发发量、光泽及柔软性。保持头发卷度、造型及水分,使头发更易梳理,且无残留积累。
本发明使用的聚季铵盐-10,INCI名称:聚季铵盐-10(CAS:81859-24-7),是由羟乙基纤维素与阳离子醚化剂反应而成。阳离子纤维素具有优异的调理性,抗静电,修复受损发质,使头发柔软顺滑,富有弹性。另外,还可减轻洗涤剂对皮肤的刺激。该产品作为一种阳离子调理剂,主要应用于个人护理产品中。一方面,可以修复头发末稍的分叉,提高发质的柔软度、爽滑度和抗静电性。另外一方面,该阳离子兼具良好的复配性,对洗发护发产品还有良好的增稠作用。作为高分子阳离子表面活性剂,能与非离子、阴离子等表面活性剂复配,形成络合离子使之相容,与蛋白质亲合,对头发深度调理,赋予头发光泽、柔软,富有弹性,具有丝绸般的触感。除了能显著改善头发护理品配方的主观质量外,聚季铵盐-10 最大的优点在于其水溶液能够迅速扩散到头发表面形成透气性无过量积聚的修复性保护薄膜,以此对抗空气中的灰尘颗粒。
本发明使用的泛醇,INCI名称:泛醇(CAS:81-13-0),是健康头发的天然成分,可保持头发的湿润,减少头发分叉,长期使用增加头发光泽,防止断裂,对头发有良好的保护作用。
本发明使用的棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵,INCI名称:棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵(CAS:51277-96-4),是一种具有优异抗静电性能的调理剂。可完全溶解于香波配方中,并兼具增稠作用。
本发明使用的己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐,INCI名称:己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐(CAS:659-40-5),是一种水溶性的具有广谱抗菌和杀菌性能的温和的阳离子,对各种革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌以及霉菌和酵母菌都有很高的杀菌和抑菌性能,非常温和。对由卵状糠秕孢子菌引起的头屑、头痒具有明显的去屑、止痒的效果,因而具有非常强的杀菌、防腐作用。
本发明完全符合国家颁布的《化妆品卫生规范》(2015版)中的各项指标,不含任何潜在危害。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明以月桂酰基肌氨酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱两种非常温和的表面活性剂为主表面活性剂,不仅天然、绿色、健康,而且其具有优越的发泡性且细腻、持久的泡沫、温和适中的洗涤能力以及优异的抗硬水能力,同时兼具生物降解性好,对环境无污染的优点。选用瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10和棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵阳离子调理剂改善头发干湿梳理性。精选小麦谷蛋白、姜根提取物、野大豆籽提取物、泛醇和酪乳粉等高级保健性原料,让头发、头皮也可以享受SPA,深层护理受损发质、强韧发尾、防脱、强健发根,使头发如真丝般柔滑、飘逸、展现自然健康光泽。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明不局限于这些实施例。
本发明的实施例1至实施例7的绿色温和的氨基酸洗发水的配方如表1。

以上实施例的制备方法为:
(1)将去离子水加入到反应釜中,再向反应釜中分别加入瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10、EDTA二钠、聚乙二醇-14M、尿囊素,加入完毕后,边搅拌边加热至75~80℃,保持恒温,待加入物完全溶解,得到第一混合物;
(2)向第一混合物中加入甘油、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、C12-18烷基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺DEA、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯,搅拌均匀,冷却至70~75℃,待加入物完全溶解,得到第二混合物;
(3)用柠檬酸调节第二混合物的pH值至5.8~6.2后,加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、柠檬酸钠,搅拌均匀,冷却至45~50℃,得到第三混合物;
(4)向第三混合物中加入棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、泛醇,搅拌均匀至完全溶解,得到第四混合物;
(5)用水将己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐溶解,得到己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸) 盐水溶液;
(6)向第四混合物中加入小麦谷蛋白、姜根提取物、野大豆籽提取物、酪乳粉和己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐水溶液,搅拌混合均匀,再加入DMDM乙内酰脲、香精,搅拌至完全混合均匀即得绿色温和的氨基酸洗发水。
经检测,实施例1至实施7的产品完全符合国家颁布的《化妆品卫生规范》 (2015版)中的各项指标。
使用方法:湿润头发后,倒出适量的洗发水在手心,搓揉数下再敷到头发上,轻揉,再用水冲净即可,重复一次效果更佳。
将实例1至实例7中制得的氨基酸洗发水,与现有的洗发水产品进行临床实验对比,临床实验条件为:志愿者50名女性,年龄18~35岁,每天使用1次,第一个星期每天连续使用,第二周后每隔一天使用一次,持续28天,实验结果取平均值。实验结果如表2所示。

通过表2数据可以看出,本发明能够温和清损发质,去除灰尘油脂,用后头发清爽顺滑,易于梳理,深层呵护并滋养受损发质,持续使用可使发质重现坚韧光泽。综合以上数据,考虑产品的功效以及成本等各方面因素,产品3是最优秀的。

1.一种绿色温和的氨基酸洗发水,其特征在于,包含以下成分:小麦谷蛋白、姜根提取物、野大豆籽提取物、泛醇、酪乳粉、聚季铵盐-10、棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵和基质;各组分的重量百分比是:小麦谷蛋白2~5%、姜根提取物2~5%、野大豆籽提取物1~3%、泛醇1~3%、酪乳粉0.5~2%、聚季铵盐-10 0.1~0.4%、棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵1~3%、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐0.03~0.07%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.1~0.4%和基质78.13~92.27%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色温和的氨基酸洗发水,其特征在于,所述基质包括去离子水、表面活性剂、螯合剂、赋酯剂、PH调节剂、增稠剂、保湿剂、防腐剂、赋香剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色温和的氨基酸洗发水,其特征在于,按质量百分比计包括以下组分:小麦谷蛋白2~5%、姜根提取物2~5%、野大豆籽提取物1~3%、泛醇1~3%、酪乳粉0.5~2%、聚季铵盐-10 0.1~0.4%、棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵1~3%、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐0.03~0.07%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠5~10%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱18~23%、C12-18烷基葡糖苷3~6%、椰油酰胺DEA 2~6%、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1~3%、PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯0.5~1.5%,甘油1~3%、甜菜碱1~3%、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯1~3%、尿囊素0.2~0.4%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.1~0.4%、柠檬酸0.08~0.2%、柠檬酸钠0.08~0.2%、DMDM乙内酰脲0.2~0.4%、EDTA二钠0.1~0.3%、聚乙二醇-14M 0.05~0.15%、香精0.05~0.2%,余量为去离子水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色温和的氨基酸洗发水,其特征在于,按质量百分比计包括以下组分:小麦谷蛋白5%、姜根提取物3%、野大豆籽提取物3%、泛醇1.5%、酪乳粉2%、聚季铵盐-100.2%、棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵1.5%、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐0.05%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠7.5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱21.5%、C12-18烷基葡糖苷4%、椰油酰胺DEA 3%、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1.5%、PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯0.8%,甘油2%、甜菜碱1%、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯1%、尿囊素0.2%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.2%、柠檬酸0.08%、柠檬酸钠0.08%、DMDM乙内酰脲0.2%、EDTA二钠0.1%、聚乙二醇-14M 0.08%、香精0.2%,余量为去离子水。
5.一种如权利要求1~4中在一项所述的一种绿色温和的氨基酸洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将去离子水加入到反应釜中,再向反应釜中分别加入瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10、EDTA二钠、聚乙二醇-14M、尿囊素,加入完毕后,边搅拌边加热至75~80℃,保持恒温,待加入物完全溶解,得到第一混合物;
(2)向第一混合物中加入甘油、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、C12-18烷基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺DEA、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯,搅拌均匀,冷却至70~75℃,待加入物完全溶解,得到第二混合物;
(3)用柠檬酸调节第二混合物的pH值至5.8~6.2后,加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、柠檬酸钠,搅拌均匀,冷却至45~50℃,得到第三混合物;
(4)向第三混合物中加入棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、泛醇,搅拌均匀至完全溶解,得到第四混合物;
(5)用水将己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐溶解,得到己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐水溶液;
(6)向第四混合物中加入小麦谷蛋白、姜根提取物、野大豆籽提取物、酪乳粉和己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐水溶液,搅拌混合均匀,再加入DMDM乙内酰脲、香精,搅拌至完全混合均匀即得绿色温和的氨基酸洗发水。
