The application provides a patella retractor, which aims to solve the problem that the articular surface of a patella is easy to be damaged when a patella retractor is used for pulling and separating a knee extension device from a femoral outside condyle in the unicondylar joint replacement operation in the prior art.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the patellar retractor is used for pulling the knee extension device 2 to the outer side of the femoral outer side condyle 1 in the unicondylar arthroplasty, so that the knee extension device 2 is separated from the femoral outer side condyle 1, the patellar retractor comprises a handle 10 and a pulling part 20, the pulling part 20 is used for supporting the outer side surface of the femoral outer side condyle 1, the pulling part 20 is connected with the handle 10, and an avoidance hole 21 is formed in the pulling part 20, and the avoidance hole 21 is used for avoiding the patella in the knee extension device 2 in the process of pulling the knee extension device 2 so as to avoid the joint surface injury of the patella.
The traction part 20 is inserted from an incision of the unicondylar arthroplasty, the traction part 20 is supported on the outer side surface of the outer side condyle 1 of the femur, and meanwhile, the avoidance hole 21 is positioned at the position of the patella, so that the traction part 20 is prevented from touching the joint surface of the patella, after that, a user pulls the handle 10, the handle 10 drives the traction part 20 to pull the knee extension device 2, and the knee extension device 2 is pulled and separated from the outer side condyle 1 of the femur.
As shown in fig. 1, the pulling portion 20 is in a sheet shape, and the surface of the pulling portion 20 in a sheet shape that contacts the lateral surface of the femoral lateral condyle 1 is adapted to the shape of the lateral surface of the femoral lateral condyle 1. The surface of the traction part 20, which is contacted with the outer side surface of the femur outer side condyle 1, is matched with the shape of the outer side surface of the femur outer side condyle 1, so that the traction part 20 can be better attached to the outer side surface of the femur outer side condyle 1, the traction part 20 is prevented from damaging the outer side surface of the femur outer side condyle 1 in the traction process, and meanwhile, the traction part 20 in a sheet shape is convenient for production and processing.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the traction portion 20 is bent in an S shape, and is adapted to the shape of the lateral side of the femoral lateral condyle 1 of the human body, so that the traction portion 20 is better attached to the lateral side of the femoral lateral condyle 1, scratch on the femoral lateral condyle 1 of the human body is avoided, and the practicability of the patellar retractor is further improved.
In an embodiment of the present application, the pulling portion 20 is sheet-shaped, and an included angle is formed between the sheet-shaped pulling portion 20 and the handle 10. The patella retractor in the embodiment has a simple structure, is convenient to produce and process, and is beneficial to reducing the processing cost of the patella retractor.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the pulling part 20 is connected to the handle 10 in a circular arc transition. Therefore, no edge angle exists in the patella retractor, and when the patella retractor is in contact with the femur external condyle 1 or the knee extension device 2, the patella retractor is effectively prevented from damaging the femur external condyle 1 or the knee extension device 2 due to the sharp edge angle on the surface.
As shown in fig. 1, the end of the pulling portion 20 remote from the handle 10 forms an insertion tip. In this way, insertion of the pulling portion 20 from the incision is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 1, the patella retractor further includes an adjusting portion 30, a first end of the adjusting portion 30 is connected to the pulling portion 20, an adjusting space is formed between the adjusting portion 30 and the pulling portion 20, and a second end of the adjusting portion 30 forms an adjusting operation end. When in use, the pulling part 20 and the adjusting part 30 are inserted together from the incision of the unicondylar arthroplasty, the pulling part 20 is supported on the outer side surface of the outer femoral condyle 1, meanwhile, the avoiding hole 21 is positioned at the patella position, then, a user presses the adjusting operation end of the adjusting part 30, the adjusting space between the adjusting part 30 and the pulling part 20 is increased, the knee extension device 2 is pulled and separated from the outer femoral condyle 1, and the operative field of the unicondylar arthroplasty is increased.
Because the traction part 20 is supported on the outer side surface of the femur outer side condyle 1, a user can pull and separate the knee extension device 2 from the femur outer side condyle 1 by pressing the adjusting part 30, the traction part 20 plays a role similar to a lever, the femur outer side condyle 1 and the knee extension device 2 can be effectively separated, the femur outer side condyle 1 is prevented from being pulled by the adjusting part 30 along with the knee extension device 2, meanwhile, the traction damage to quadriceps around the patella and the patellar tendon is reduced, and the practicability of the patellar drag hook is further improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the two adjusting portions 30 are in a strip shape, the two adjusting portions 30 are arranged at intervals, and the first ends of the two adjusting portions 30 are connected with the insertion tip of the pulling portion 20. The interval between the two strip-shaped adjusting parts 30 is used for avoiding the joint surface of the patella, and meanwhile, the interval between the two strip-shaped adjusting parts 30 can be adjusted according to the sizes of the patella of different patients, so that the patella adjusting device is suitable for different patients. When the patella retractor is used, the traction part 20 is supported on the outer side surface of the femoral outer side condyle 1, the interval between the two adjusting parts 30 is adjusted according to the size of the patella of a patient, after adjustment, the two adjusting parts 30 are pressed simultaneously, the knee extension device 2 is pulled and separated from the femoral outer side condyle 1, the patella is not only pulled outwards, but also lifted upwards in the process of pressing the two adjusting parts 30, the traction damage to the quadriceps around the patella and the patellar tendon is reduced, and the practicability of the patella retractor is further improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the second ends of both adjustment portions 30 have a hand piece 31. Like this, the user is operated through handpiece 31 adjustment portion 30, sets up handpiece 31 and can make things convenient for the long-term gripping of user to the use experience of patella drag hook has been promoted and has been experienced the sense of well.
Optionally, the hand piece 31 is spherical, so that when the user holds the hand piece 31 for a long time, the spherical structure can effectively avoid the user from being scratched or fluctuated by the adjusting part 30, thereby improving the use experience of the patella retractor.
As shown in fig. 1, the adjustment portion 30 extends along a curve. In this way, the adjustment portion 30 does not have an angular edge, thereby avoiding damage to the knee extension device 2 during pulling of the knee extension device 2 using the adjustment portion 30.
Alternatively, the handle 10, the pulling part 20 and the adjusting part 30 are of an integral structure. Thus, the processing and manufacturing of the patella drag hook are facilitated, the assembly process is simplified, and the production efficiency of the patella drag hook is improved.
Optionally, the length of the pull 20 is set according to the size of the femoral lateral condyle 1. The length of the pulling portion 20 must not be too long to extend into the lateral side of the lateral femoral condyle 1, which would otherwise affect the operation of the lateral femoral condyle 1.
Because the bone sizes of children and adults are greatly different, and the bone sizes of different people are also greatly deviated, in order to make the patella retractor more widely suitable for the masses, the length of the pulling part 20 can be set to be a fixed number of sizes according to the statistical result of the size data of the femoral outside condyle 1, thus being convenient for batch production and popularization and use of the patella retractor.
Optionally, the handle 10, the traction portion 20 and the adjustment portion 30 are made of stainless steel materials, and the stainless steel materials can effectively prevent the patella retractor from rusting in the use process, so that the maintenance cost of the patella retractor is reduced.
