背景技术
洗手用品属于皮肤清洁剂的一种，在我国过去很长一段时期，人们多用肥（香）皂、洗衣粉、汽油、洗洁精等洗手，其虽然具有良好的去污能力，但肥（香）皂在使用时易滑落、遇水和高温会软化而自然消耗，对皮肤的刺激性较大，洗后皮肤常出现干燥、裂纹、脱皮等现象，而其他洗手用品对某些特殊工种操作人员手上的污垢去污能力很不理想，尤其是汽油等油类，由于具有毒性，会给人的身体带来危害，尤其是易沾染手上的污垢和细菌，成为二次污染源。大众消费观念的转变使洗手液近年来逐渐成为传统洗手用品的替代品，广泛应用于家庭、宾馆、饭店、机场、车站和医院等公共场合。洗手液具有性能温和、不刺激皮肤、使用方便、抗硬水、易清洗、泡沫丰富和洗后皮肤润滑感好等特点，且清洁卫生，易于存放。尤其采用瓶体泵头挤压式取量，避免了不同人群使用时的交叉感染，因而受到广大消费者的普遍欢迎。随着洗手液生产技术的成熟和市场的普及，消费者对洗手液有了更高的期待，除了清洁手部污垢的基本性能外，还呼唤它具有更多的功能性，就出现了多种洗手液的种类。
随着洗手液种类的不断增多，人们对洗手液性能也不断要求。而目前市场上的洗手液还存在问题如下：1.对油渍去污能力严重不足；2.洗手后，不易冲洗干净，且使得手部皮肤不易干，甚至使得手部皮肤太滑；3.放置一段时间后，极易发生质变，出现气味难闻，质地腐败。故急需一种适合人们的洗手液。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术问题，而提出了一种洗手液及制备方法。使用本洗手液，不仅实现有效去污目的，而且使用本洗手液后，短时间内易冲洗干净，维持手部皮肤处于舒适、清新的状态；同时，采用精油，淘汰香料，洗手后，手留余香，且精油有极好的护肤作用。
为了实现上述技术目的，提出如下的技术方案：
一种洗手液，包括如下质量份数的原料组分：羊毛脂甘油45～50份、表面活性剂8～15份、乙醇5～10份、维生素3～8份、精油5～8份和珍珠粉3～5份，其余为去离子水。
优选的，包括如下质量份数的原料组分：羊毛脂甘油48份、表面活性剂12份、乙醇7份、维生素6份、精油7份和珍珠粉4份，其余为去离子水。
洗手液中还包括柠檬酸、辅助表面活性剂和乳化剂。
所述表面活性剂包括AES、AESA、SAS及AOS中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
所述辅助表面活性剂包括椰油烷基酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、椰油单乙醇酰胺和乙二醇二硬脂酸酯中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
所述维生素包括维生素B、维生素C和维生素E中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
所述精油提取原材料包括玫瑰、柠檬、芦荟、洋甘菊、金银花、奇异果和茶籽中一种或任意两种以上的混合。
一种洗手液制备方法，包括如下步骤：
A．将羊毛脂甘油、表面活性剂、辅助表面活性剂、维生素、珍珠粉分别按计量称取后，置于容器内，然后边加入去离子水与乳化剂边搅拌，并在55～65℃条件下加热25～30min，静置30～60min，备用；
B．向步骤A中所得混合物中加入乙醇和精油，搅拌至混合均匀，备用；
C．向步骤B中所得混合物中加入柠檬酸，并调节产品pH值至弱酸性，密封包装，即得终产物。
所述搅拌速度为350～400 r/min。
所述洗手液pH值为4.3—6.4。
采用本技术方案，带来的有益技术效果为：
在本发明中，本产品通过表面活性剂及辅助表面活性剂的共同作用，能实现有效去污目的，且在短时间内易冲洗干净。乙醇改善去污效果，同时为一种有机溶剂，与乳化剂共同改善洗手液质地。维生素、精油和珍珠粉，促使手部皮肤处于舒适、清新的状态；同时，提供芳香气味，手留余香；并且具有很好的护肤作用，促使皮肤细腻、柔滑及滋润状态；
在本发明中，柠檬酸不仅用作防腐剂，而且可用于调节pH值，同时，柠檬酸属于果酸的一种，加快角质更新，角质的更新有助于皮肤的中黑色素的剥落，毛孔的收细，黑头的溶解等；
在本发明中，洗手液pH值为4.3—6.4，该pH值与人体皮肤pH值相近，以免对人体皮肤造成刺激。

所述维生素为维生素B和维生素E的混合。
所述精油提取原材料为洋甘菊、金银花和奇异果的混合。
一种洗手液制备方法，包括如下步骤：
A．将羊毛脂甘油、表面活性剂、辅助表面活性剂、维生素、珍珠粉分别按计量称取后，置于容器内，然后边加入去离子水与乳化剂边搅拌，并在60℃条件下加热28min，静置50min，备用；
B．向步骤A中所得混合物中加入乙醇和精油，搅拌至混合均匀，备用；
C．向步骤B中所得混合物中加入柠檬酸，并调节产品pH值至弱酸性，密封包装，即得终产物。
所述搅拌速度为380r/min。
所述洗手液pH值为4.5。
实施例6
一种洗手液，包括如下质量份数的原料组分：羊毛脂甘油47份、表面活性剂13份、乙醇9份、维生素6份、精油7份和珍珠粉4份，其余为去离子水。
洗手液中还包括柠檬酸、辅助表面活性剂和乳化剂。
所述表面活性剂为SAS。
所述辅助表面活性剂为椰油单乙醇酰胺和乙二醇二硬脂酸酯中的混合。
所述维生素为维生素C。
所述精油提取原材料为芦荟。
一种洗手液制备方法，包括如下步骤：
A．将羊毛脂甘油、表面活性剂、辅助表面活性剂、维生素、珍珠粉分别按计量称取后，置于容器内，然后边加入去离子水与乳化剂边搅拌，并在56℃条件下加热26min，静置33min，备用；
B．向步骤A中所得混合物中加入乙醇和精油，搅拌至混合均匀，备用；
C．向步骤B中所得混合物中加入柠檬酸，并调节产品pH值至弱酸性，密封包装，即得终产物。
所述搅拌速度为360 r/min。
所述洗手液pH值为4.8。
实施例7
一种洗手液，包括如下质量份数的原料组分：羊毛脂甘油49份、表面活性剂14份、乙醇9份、维生素6份、精油6份和珍珠粉4.5份，其余为去离子水。
洗手液中还包括柠檬酸、辅助表面活性剂和乳化剂。
所述表面活性剂为SAS。
所述辅助表面活性剂为椰油单乙醇酰胺和乙二醇二硬脂酸酯的混合。
所述维生素为维生素C和维生素E的混合。
所述精油提取原材料包括柠檬、洋甘菊和茶籽的混合。
一种洗手液制备方法，包括如下步骤：
A．将羊毛脂甘油、表面活性剂、辅助表面活性剂、维生素、珍珠粉分别按计量称取后，置于容器内，然后边加入去离子水与乳化剂边搅拌，并在62℃条件下加热28min，静置55min，备用；
B．向步骤A中所得混合物中加入乙醇和精油，搅拌至混合均匀，备用；
C．向步骤B中所得混合物中加入柠檬酸，并调节产品pH值至弱酸性，密封包装，即得终产物。
所述搅拌速度为390 r/min。
所述洗手液pH值为5.5。
Claims (10)
1.一种洗手液，其特征在于，包括如下质量份数的原料组分：羊毛脂甘油45～50份、表面活性剂8～15份、乙醇5～10份、维生素3～8份、精油5～8份和珍珠粉3～5份，其余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗手液，其特征在于，包括如下质量份数的原料组分：羊毛脂甘油48份、表面活性剂12份、乙醇7份、维生素6份、精油7份和珍珠粉4份，其余为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗手液，其特征在于，所述洗手液中还包括柠檬酸、辅助表面活性剂和乳化剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的洗手液，其特征在于，所述表面活性剂包括AES、AESA、SAS及AOS中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
5.根据权利要求3所述的洗手液，其特征在于，所述辅助表面活性剂包括椰油烷基酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、椰油单乙醇酰胺和乙二醇二硬脂酸酯中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的洗手液，其特征在于，所述维生素包括维生素B、维生素C和维生素E中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的洗手液，其特征在于，所述精油提取原材料包括玫瑰、柠檬、芦荟、洋甘菊、金银花、奇异果和茶籽中一种或任意两种以上的混合。
8.一种根据权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的洗手液制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
A．将羊毛脂甘油、表面活性剂、辅助表面活性剂、维生素、珍珠粉分别按计量称取后，置于容器内，然后边加入去离子水与乳化剂边搅拌，并在55～65℃条件下加热25～30min，静置30～60min，备用；
B．向步骤A中所得混合物中加入乙醇和精油，搅拌至混合均匀，备用；
C．向步骤B中所得混合物中加入柠檬酸，并调节产品pH值至弱酸性，密封包装，即得终产物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的洗手液制备方法，其特征在于，所述搅拌速度为350～400 r/min。
10.根据权利要求8所述的洗手液制备方法，其特征在于，所述洗手液pH值为4.3—6.4。
