Abstract
本发明公开一种DIY可剥离面膜及其制备方法,所述DIY可剥离面膜包括以下质量份数的组分:凝胶体系模块4~8份、分散体系模块8~16份以及纯化水50~200份;所述DIY可剥离面膜还包括功效体系模块2~11份。本发明提供的DIY可剥离面膜,通过所述凝胶体系模块的添加,使得面膜在涂覆于面部后可以形成一层可剥离的凝胶膜,简化了面膜使用后的清理工作,并且能有效改善面膜剥离时对皮肤造成的损伤;另外,本发明采用多剂型复配的模块化设计,用户可以DIY制备,同时,可以根据个人喜好选择功效体系模块中相应的不同组分进行复配,配制具有不同功效的DIY可剥离面膜,适用范围更广。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,特别涉及一种DIY可剥离面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的DIY(Do It Yourself,DIY)面膜多通过自制或购买面膜原材料(例如黄瓜、牛奶、芦荟等),简单的将各组分混合成糊状并涂抹于面部,或者浸没在面膜纸上再敷于面部使用,虽然有一定功效,但操作复杂,制备的面膜质量因人而异,差异较大,甚至难以成型,所需时间和精力较大,实际效果不尽人意,而且在使用后不易清理剥离,需使用洗面奶等其它产品进一步处理。
可剥离面膜有利于简化使用面膜后的清理工作,但是对于现有的可剥离面膜而言,多采用聚乙烯醇、聚氨酯等化学合成类原料作为面膜的成膜剂,其合成所带的副产物难以完全分离,且所成的面膜凝胶易在剥离时损伤皮肤毛孔,使用过多易造成毛孔粗大、皮肤发炎和红斑等问题,破坏皮肤屏障,不适合各类皮肤使用。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种DIY可剥离面膜及其制备方法,旨在使面膜在使用后可直接从面部剥离而不会对皮肤造成损伤,同时,用户可选择性地DIY制备可剥离面膜。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出一种DIY可剥离面膜,包括以下质量份数的组分:
凝胶体系模块4~8份、分散体系模块8~16份以及纯化水50~200份。
优选地,所述凝胶体系模块包括以下质量份数的组分:
魔芋葡甘露聚糖2.5~3.5份、齿叶乳香树脂提取物1.5~3.5份、荆芥提取物0.03~0.35份、乳化剂0.05~0.1份以及助凝剂0.24~0.25份。
优选地,所述乳化剂包括月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾中的至少一种。
优选地,所述助凝剂包括柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸钙和柠檬酸铝中的至少一种。
优选地,所述DIY可剥离面膜还包括功效体系模块,所述功效体系模块的质量份数为2~11份,所述功效体系模块包括:
粉状功效剂,所述粉状功效剂的质量份数为2~4.2份;和/或,
液体状功效剂,所述液体状功效剂的质量份数为2~6份。
优选地,所述粉状功效剂包括尿囊素、甘草酸二钾、透明质酸钠、脱乙酰壳多糖、牛磺酸、传明质酸、玫瑰粉、绿茶粉、珍珠粉、竹炭粉中的至少一种。
优选地,所述液体状功效剂包括霍霍巴油、白池花籽油、生育酚乙酸酯中的至少一种。
优选地,所述分散体系模块包括甘油、丙二醇以及丁二醇中的至少一种。
本发明还提出一种如上述的DIY可剥离面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将分散体系模块注入凝胶体系模块中,混合后加入纯化水搅拌,搅拌至凝胶霜状,即获得DIY可剥离面膜。
优选地,将分散体系模块注入凝胶体系模块中,混合后加入纯化水搅拌,搅拌至凝胶霜状,即获得DIY可剥离面膜的步骤,包括:
将分散体系模块注入凝胶体系模块中,混合后加入纯化水搅拌,然后加入功效体系模块,搅拌至凝胶霜状,获得DIY可剥离面膜。
本发明提供的DIY可剥离面膜,通过所述凝胶体系模块的添加,使得面膜在涂覆于面部后可以形成一层可剥离的凝胶膜,简化了面膜使用后的清理工作,并且能有效改善面膜剥离时对皮肤造成的损伤;另外,本发明采用多剂型复配的模块化设计,用户可以DIY制备,同时,可以根据个人喜好选择功效体系模块中相应的不同组分进行复配,配制具有不同功效的DIY可剥离面膜,适用范围更广。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
本发明提出一种DIY可剥离面膜及其制备方法,在本发明提供的DIY可剥离面膜的制备方法的一实施例中,所述DIY可剥离面膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:将分散体系模块注入凝胶体系模块中,混合后加入纯化水搅拌,搅拌至凝胶霜状,即获得DIY可剥离面膜。
在本发明提供的DIY可剥离面膜的制备方法的另一实施例中,所述DIY可剥离面膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:将分散体系模块注入凝胶体系模块中,混合后加入纯化水搅拌,然后加入功效体系模块,搅拌至凝胶霜状,获得DIY可剥离面膜。
通过凝胶体系模块的添加,使得制备的面膜不仅具有补水保湿的作用,同时还能消除面膜剥离时对皮肤造成的损伤;另外,用户在配制DIY可剥离面膜时,还能根据个人喜好,选择添加或不添加功效体系模块(添加功效体系模块时还能选择具有不同功效的复配组分),进而制备具有不同功效的DIY可剥离面膜。
在本发明提供的一实施例中,所述DIY可剥离面膜的制备方法可采用如下方法进行:将分散体系模块成分注入凝胶体系模块中,摇匀后放入装有纯化水的定量杯中,搅拌3~10min后,再加入功效体系模块成分,继续搅拌3~10min,至混合物呈凝胶霜状,即获得所述DIY可剥离面膜。制得的所述DIY可剥离面膜在使用时可直接涂覆于面部,15~20min后自然风干形成一层柔软透气的自然凝胶膜,此时只需要从面部揭下面膜即可。
将DIY可剥离面膜的制备工艺模块化,使得面膜的配制工艺简单且功效稳定,让用户可以根据个人喜好选择性地配制具有不同功效的DIY可剥离面膜,适用范围更广。同时,通过所述凝胶体系模块的添加,使得DIY可剥离面膜在涂覆于面部后可以形成一层可剥离的凝胶膜,简化了面膜使用后的清理工作,并且能有效改善面膜剥离时对皮肤造成的损伤。
其中,所述DIY可剥离面膜的各个体系模块的质量份数对应为:凝胶体系模块4~8份、分散体系模块8~16份以及纯化水50~200份。
在本发明提供的DIY可剥离面膜的一实施例中,所述凝胶体系模块、分散体系模块、功效体系模块以及纯化水均为独立包装,为用户提供DIY配制面膜的原料,用户在配制DIY可剥离面膜时,可以根据自己的喜好,进行选择性的配制,如此,能够更好地保存活性成分的活性,而在使用面膜时,自然释放活性物质,进而避免了活性成分的失活。
所述凝胶体系模块的作用是提高面膜的成膜性,使面膜涂覆于面部后可形成凝胶膜而便于剥离,并缓解面膜剥离时对皮肤造成的损伤。在本实施例中,所述凝胶体系模块包括以下质量份数的组分:魔芋葡甘露聚糖2.5~3.5份、齿叶乳香树脂提取物1.5~3.5份、荆芥提取物0.03~0.35份、乳化剂0.05~0.1份以及助凝剂0.24~0.25份。
采用天然植物来源的魔芋葡甘露聚糖作为成膜剂,辅以齿叶乳香树脂提取物和荆芥提取物,提高面膜对皮肤的亲和性,同时利用魔芋葡甘露聚糖天然的补水保湿功效、以及齿叶乳香树脂提取物和荆芥提取物的清热、消肿、止痛功效,达到补水保湿、消除剥离面膜对皮肤的损伤的作用。配制的DIY可剥离面膜涂覆于面部后,自然风干形成一层柔软透气的自然凝胶膜,可完整的从面部剥离,无任何残留,且剥离下来的面膜为凝胶状,是一种天然绿色的环保型凝胶,可完全生物降解。同时,荆芥提取物中还具有天然抗菌成分,能有效抑制微生物生长,实现天然防腐。
所述乳化剂包括月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾中的至少一种。通过所述乳化剂的添加,使得所述凝胶体系模块与水混合后能形成均匀稳定的凝胶体系,还能提高所述DIY可剥离面膜的稳定性,从而延长所述DIY可剥离面膜的保质期。
所述助凝剂包括柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸钙和柠檬酸铝中的至少一种。在所述DIY可剥离面膜涂覆于面部后的成型过程中,所述助凝剂有助于所述DIY可剥离面膜的凝胶化,避免配制的DIY可剥离面膜在涂覆于面部后无法顺利形成凝胶膜,而导致使用完毕后不能直接剥离,影响用户的正常使用。
所述DIY可剥离面膜还包括功效体系模块,所述功效体系模块的作用是使面膜相应具有补水保湿、消炎祛痘、美白祛皱等护肤功效。在本实施例中,所述功效体系模块的质量份数为2~11份,所述功效体系模块包括粉状功效剂,所述粉状功效剂的质量份数为2~4.2份;和/或,液体状功效剂,所述液体状功效剂的质量份数为2~6份。用户在配制DIY可剥离面膜时,可以根据实际需求选用功效体系模块中不同组分进行复配,既可以选择粉状功效剂或液体状功效剂中的任意一种,也可以同时选用粉状功效剂和液体状功效剂。
所述粉状功效剂包括尿囊素、甘草酸二钾、透明质酸钠、脱乙酰壳多糖、牛磺酸、传明质酸、玫瑰粉、绿茶粉、珍珠粉、竹炭粉中的至少一种。
其中,尿囊素是一种两性化合物,能结合多种物质形成复盐,具有避光、杀菌防腐、止痛、抗氧化作用,能使皮肤保持水份、滋润柔软;甘草酸二钾在化妆品中有广泛的配伍性,常与其它活性剂共用,可加速皮肤对它们的吸收而增效;透明质酸钠具有保持皮肤水分、滋润皮肤、增加光泽、并防止皮肤皲裂及皱纹的产生的功效;脱乙酰壳多糖可以促进组织再生;牛磺酸具有赋活肌肤细胞的能力,可源源不断地提供年轻肌肤快速与持久的能量补充与多重保护,同时还能提高肌肤免疫力,抵抗外界环境对肌肤的侵袭的功效;玫瑰粉、绿茶粉、珍珠粉、竹炭粉作为常用的美白护肤成分,具有美白、保湿、养颜,清洁皮肤,补水控油,淡化痘印以及促进皮肤损伤恢复的功效。上述粉状功效剂对应具有不同的护肤功效,用户在配制DIY可剥离面膜时,可根据实际需求选取相应的原料进行DIY复配。
所述液体状功效剂包括霍霍巴油、白池花籽油、生育酚乙酸酯中的至少一种。
其中,霍霍巴油的渗透性及耐高温性极佳,分子排列和人的皮脂非常类似,对肌肤有十分显著的美容功效,可用来畅通毛孔,调节油性或混合性肌肤的油脂分泌,改善肌肤发炎和敏感、湿疹、干癣、面疱等,而且滋润和保湿效果非常好,可增加皮肤水分,预防皱纹和老化;白池花籽油是一种优良的润肤剂,加入化妆品中可以使化妆品具有轻柔和干爽的肤感;生育酚乙酸酯具有抗氧化的功能,能防止皮肤衰老。上述液体状功效剂对应具有不同的护肤功效,用户在配制DIY可剥离面膜时,可根据实际需求选取相应的原料进行DIY复配。
所述分散体系模块的作用是使粉末状原料在与水进行混合搅拌时,提高粉末状原料的分散性而形成均匀的凝胶溶液。在本实施例中,所述分散体系模块包括甘油、丙二醇以及丁二醇中的至少一种。由于所述DIY可剥离面膜的组分中大部分为粉状原料,在与纯化水混合配制面膜时,有可能会出现粉末沉降或者分散不均匀的情况,导致制得的DIY可剥离面膜体系不均匀而影响用户的正常使用。通过甘油、丙二醇以及丁二醇等常用分散剂的添加,可以改善粉末状成分的分散性,从而形成均匀的凝胶体系。
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说明,应当理解,以下实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
(1)原料准备
a、凝胶体系模块:分别称取魔芋葡甘露聚糖2.5g,齿叶乳香树脂提取物1.5g,荆芥提取物0.03g,月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠0.01g,月桂醇磷酸酯钾0.04g,柠檬酸0.09g,柠檬酸钠0.03g,柠檬酸钙0.12g,混合形成凝胶体系模块,备用。
b、分散体系模块:分别称取甘油1g,丙二醇1g,丁二醇6g,备用。
c、功效体系模块:分别称取尿囊素0.1g,甘草酸二钾0.2g,透明质酸钠0.2g,脱乙酰可多糖0.5g,牛磺酸0.01g,玫瑰粉1g,霍霍巴油0.5g,白池花籽油0.5g,生育酚乙酸酯1g,备用。
d、纯化水:称取50g置于定量杯中,备用。
(2)DIY可剥离面膜制备
将分散体系模块中的所有组分注入凝胶体系模块中,摇匀后放入装有50g纯化水的定量杯中,手动搅拌10min;再加入功效体系模块中的所有组分,搅拌10min,至混合物呈凝胶霜状,即获得DIY可剥离面膜。
实施例2
(1)原料准备
a、凝胶体系模块:分别称取魔芋葡甘露聚糖2.5g,齿叶乳香树脂提取物2.5g,荆芥提取物0.25g,月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠0.03g,鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾0.05g,柠檬酸0.1g,柠檬酸钠0.03g,柠檬酸钙0.12g,混合形成凝胶体系模块,备用。
b、分散体系模块:分别称取甘油2g,丙二醇4g,丁二醇4g,备用。
c、功效体系模块:分别称取尿囊素0.2g,甘草酸二钾0.4g,透明质酸钠0.3g,脱乙酰可多糖0.5g,牛磺酸0.1g,竹炭粉1g,霍霍巴油2g,白池花籽油1g,生育酚乙酸酯1g,备用。
d、纯化水:称取120g置于定量杯中,备用。
(2)DIY可剥离面膜制备
将分散体系模块中的所有组分注入凝胶体系模块中,摇匀后放入装有50g纯化水的定量杯中,手动搅拌5min;再加入功效体系模块中的所有组分,搅拌5min,至混合物呈凝胶霜状,即获得DIY可剥离面膜。
实施例3
(1)原料准备
a、凝胶体系模块:分别称取魔芋葡甘露聚糖3g,齿叶乳香树脂提取物3g,荆芥提取物0.35g,月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠0.04g,月桂醇磷酸酯钾0.03g,鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾0.03g,柠檬酸0.1g,柠檬酸钠0.03g,柠檬酸钙0.12g,混合形成凝胶体系模块,备用。
b、分散体系模块:分别称取甘油2g,丙二醇6g,丁二醇6g。
c、功效体系模块:分别称取尿囊素0.2g,甘草酸二钾0.6g,透明质酸钠0.5g,脱乙酰可多糖1g,牛磺酸0.2g,绿茶粉1g,珍珠粉0.5g,霍霍巴油3g,白池花籽油2g,生育酚乙酸酯1g,备用。
d、纯化水:称取150g置于定量杯中,备用。
(2)DIY可剥离面膜制备
将分散体系模块中的所有组分注入凝胶体系模块中,摇匀后放入装有50g纯化水的定量杯中,手动搅拌3min;再加入功效体系模块中的所有组分,搅拌4min,至混合物呈凝胶霜状,即获得DIY可剥离面膜。
实施例4
(1)原料准备
a、凝胶体系模块:分别称取魔芋葡甘露聚糖3.5g,齿叶乳香树脂提取物3.5g,荆芥提取物0.25g,月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠0.04g,月桂醇磷酸酯钾0.03g,鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾0.03g,柠檬酸0.1g,柠檬酸铝0.03g,柠檬酸钙0.12g,混合形成凝胶体系模块,备用。
b、分散体系模块:分别称取甘油2g,丙二醇8g,丁二醇6g。
c、功效体系模块:分别称取尿囊素0.3g,甘草酸二钾0.8g,透明质酸钠0.5g,脱乙酰可多糖0.5g,牛磺酸0.01g,玫瑰粉0.5g,绿茶粉1g,备用。
d、纯化水:称取200g置于定量杯中,备用。
(2)DIY可剥离面膜制备
将分散体系模块中的所有组分注入凝胶体系模块中,摇匀后放入装有50g纯化水的定量杯中,手动搅拌5min;再加入功效体系模块中的所有组分,搅拌5min,至混合物呈凝胶霜状,即获得DIY可剥离面膜。
对上述各实施例制得的DIY可剥离面膜进行使用效果评测,具体评测方法及效果如下:
评测方法:随机选取女性志愿者40名,年龄在20~50岁,每10人为一组,分别盲测上述实施例1至实施例4制备的DIY可剥离面膜。评测指标如下:
①成膜性:将面膜涂抹于面部,20min面膜胶凝后,轻轻揭下,观察面膜是否成凝胶状揭下,有无破裂。采取打分评价,1分最差,5分最好。
②铺展性:将面膜涂抹于面部,观察可否形成连续胶膜,有无分布不均匀。采取打分评价,1分最差,5分最好。
③剥离刺激性:将面膜涂抹于面部,20min面膜胶凝后,轻轻揭下,面部皮肤有无泛红,不适感,刺痛感。采取打分评价,1分最差,5分最好。
④即时保湿性、3h持久保湿性、12h持久保湿性:在使用面膜前,测试试用者脸颊皮肤的初始水份值A,使用上述实施例1至4制备的DIY可剥离面膜后,立刻测试脸颊皮肤的水分值B(测试后揭下面膜),3h后测试脸颊皮肤的水分值C,12h后测试脸颊皮肤的水分值D。
其中,脸颊皮肤的水分值由专人测试,每人测试脸颊部位同一位置3次后取平均值。测试环境条件为:室内温度25℃,相对湿度65%,测试仪器为SK-1502高精度皮肤水份测试笔。计算方式为:即时保湿性=(A-B)/10;3h持久保湿性=(C-A)/10,12h持久保湿性=(D-A)/10。
上述各实施例制得的DIY可剥离面膜进行使用效果评测结果如表1所示。

由表1中的评测结果表明,本发明实施例制备的DIY可剥离面膜在使用时可以均匀涂抹于肌肤,且剥离时,无任何不适感,无残留,可完整剥离,同时表现出优秀的即时保湿性和持久保湿性。
综上所述,本发明提供的DIY可剥离面膜,至少具有以下优点:(1)采用多剂型复配的模块化设计,用户可以DIY制备,同时,可以根据个人喜好选择功效体系模块中相应的不同组分进行复配,配制具有不同功效的DIY可剥离面膜,适用范围更广;(2)配制的DIY可剥离面膜涂覆于面部后,自然风干形成一层柔软透气的自然凝胶膜,可完整的从面部剥离,无任何残留,且剥离下来的面膜为凝胶状,是一种天然绿色的环保型凝胶,可完全生物降解;(3)采用天然植物来源的魔芋葡甘露聚糖作为成膜剂,辅以齿叶乳香树脂提取物和荆芥提取物,提高面膜对皮肤的亲和性,同时利用魔芋葡甘露聚糖天然的补水保湿功效、以及齿叶乳香树脂提取物和荆芥提取物的清热、消肿、止痛功效,达到补水保湿、消除剥离面膜对皮肤的损伤的作用。

1.一种DIY可剥离面膜,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的组分组成:
凝胶体系模块4~8份、分散体系模块8~16份、功效体系模块2~11份以及纯化水50~200份;
其中,所述凝胶体系模块、分散体系模块、功效体系模块以及纯化水均为独立包装;所述凝胶体系模块包括以下质量份数的组分:魔芋葡甘露聚糖2.5~3.5份、齿叶乳香树脂提取物1.5~3.5份、荆芥提取物0.03~0.35份、乳化剂0.05~0.1份以及助凝剂0.24~0.25份;
所述DIY可剥离面膜呈凝胶霜状,所述DIY可剥离面膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:

2.如权利要求1所述的DIY可剥离面膜,其特征在于,所述乳化剂包括月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的DIY可剥离面膜,其特征在于,所述助凝剂包括柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸钙和柠檬酸铝中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的DIY可剥离面膜,其特征在于,所述功效体系模块包括:
粉状功效剂,所述粉状功效剂的质量份数为2~4.2份;和/或,
液体状功效剂,所述液体状功效剂的质量份数为2~6份。
5.如权利要求4所述的DIY可剥离面膜,其特征在于,所述粉状功效剂包括尿囊素、甘草酸二钾、透明质酸钠、脱乙酰壳多糖、牛磺酸、传明质酸、玫瑰粉、绿茶粉、珍珠粉、竹炭粉中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求4所述的DIY可剥离面膜,其特征在于,所述液体状功效剂包括霍霍巴油、白池花籽油、生育酚乙酸酯中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的DIY可剥离面膜,其特征在于,所述分散体系模块包括甘油、丙二醇以及丁二醇中的至少一种。
