As shown in fig. 1, in a system 1 to which the emergency help broadcasting method of the present disclosure is applied, mobile devices 5 and 7 are located within a communication network range 2 without base stations, a mobile device 9 is located within a communication network range of a base station 3, a Broadcast range 4 of the mobile device 5 includes other mobile devices 7, and a Broadcast range 6 of the other mobile devices 7 includes other mobile devices 9, wherein a Logical Cell Broadcast Channel (Logical CBCH)12 is used for broadcasting emergency help information, and a Control Channel and Traffic Channel (CCH & TCH)16 is used for sending the emergency help information to the base station 3. When the mobile device 5 is located within the coverage 2 of the communication network without base stations and needs to ask for help at the same time, an emergency help-seeking message can be broadcast by the emergency help-seeking broadcasting method of the present disclosure. To facilitate the description of the emergency help broadcasting method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, please refer to fig. 2, which is a method for an emergency help broadcasting method for a mobile device 5 located in a range of a communication network without a base station, and the method includes: s101: initiating an emergency help-seeking program; s103: collecting mobile device information and help seeking information to form emergency help seeking information; s105: detecting whether the mobile terminal is located within the communication network range of a base station, if so, entering S107, and if not, entering S109; s107: sending emergency help-seeking information to a base station; s109: searching whether other mobile devices 7 are included in the broadcast range 4 of the mobile device 5, if yes, entering step S111, and if not, repeating step S109; and S111: the emergency help information is broadcast to other mobile devices 7.
In step S101: an emergency help program is initiated. When the owner needs to call for emergency help, the emergency help program can be initiated by the mobile device 5 pressing an emergency help key (e.g. a physical keyboard) of the mobile device 5 or touching an emergency help virtual key (e.g. a virtual keyboard) of the mobile device 5.
In step S103: collecting mobile device information and help information to form emergency help information. The mobile device 5 collects a mobile device information and a help information to form an emergency help information. Mobile device information such as a satellite positioning information, a telephone number, and a mobile device identifier, etc. may be used to identify the location of the emergency call, the owner of the mobile device 5, etc. The help information may be simple text information, such as SOS (distress signal), Emergency, or a code such as Item 1: shangchun, Item 2: fire and Item 3: tsunami, and the like.
In step S105: whether the mobile station is located within the communication network of a base station is detected, and if yes, the process proceeds to S107, and if not, the process proceeds to S109. The mobile device 5 will detect whether it is covered in the communication network of the base station, and go to step S107 when the mobile device 5 is covered in the communication network of the base station, and go to step S109 when the mobile device 5 is not covered in the communication network of the base station.
In step S107: and sending the emergency help-seeking information to the base station. If the mobile device is located within the communication network of the base station, the mobile device can directly send the emergency help-seeking message to the base station.
In step S109: searching whether other mobile devices 7 are included in a broadcast range 4 of the mobile device 5, if yes, proceeding to step S111, otherwise, repeating step S109. As shown in fig. 1, the mobile device 5 is located in the coverage 2 of the communication network without base station and cannot directly send the emergency help message to the base station, so the mobile device 5 needs to search whether other mobile devices 7 are included in a broadcast coverage 4 of the mobile device 5.
In step S111: the emergency help information is broadcast to other mobile devices 7. The mobile device 5 broadcasts emergency help information to other mobile devices 7 on a logical cell broadcast channel 12.
After the other mobile apparatuses 7 receive the emergency help information, the other mobile apparatuses 7 repeat steps S105 and S109 until the other mobile apparatuses are within the communication network of the base station. Since other mobile devices 7 are also located within the coverage 2 of the cellular communication network and the broadcast coverage 6 of other mobile devices 7 includes other mobile devices 9, other mobile devices 7 broadcast the emergency help information to other mobile devices 9 on the logical cell broadcast channel 12. Since the other mobile devices 9 are located within the communication network of the base station 3, the other mobile devices 9 directly transmit the emergency help information to the base station 3 over the control and transmission channel 16.
Further, referring to fig. 3, step S109: searching for other mobile devices 7 within a broadcast range 4 of the mobile device 5, further comprising: s301: broadcasting a search request message; s303: receiving an exploration response message; and S305: and sending a search confirmation message.
In step S301: a probe request message is broadcast. The mobile device 5 broadcasts the probe request message using a broadcast channel to await responses from other mobile devices. The mobile device 5 broadcasts the probe request information on a broadcast channel and within the broadcast range 4 of the mobile device 5 to await responses from other mobile devices. Where other mobile devices 7 are located within the broadcast range 4 of the mobile device 5, the other mobile devices 7 receive probe request information for the mobile device 5 on the broadcast channel.
In step S303: an exploration response message is received. After receiving the probe request message from the mobile apparatus 5, the other mobile apparatuses 7 transmit probe response messages on the transport channel (traffic channel) to wait for the mobile apparatus 5 to receive the probe response message and transmit probe acknowledgement messages.
In step S305: and sending a search confirmation message. Mobile device 5 receives the probe response message on the transport channel (traffic channel) and sends probe acknowledgement information to confirm that other mobile devices 7 are within the broadcast range 4 of mobile device 5. Wherein the step S303: receiving an explore response message and step S305: sending an exploration confirmation message may depend on different internet of things platforms and technologies.
Fig. 4 is a system architecture diagram of an emergency help broadcasting method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 4 shows a system 10 applied to the emergency help broadcasting method of the present disclosure, wherein the difference from fig. 1 is that the mobile device 5 broadcasts emergency help information on the logical cell broadcast channel 12, after the other mobile devices 7, 11, 13 receive the emergency help information, the other mobile devices 7, 13 also broadcast the emergency help information on the logical cell broadcast channel 12, and after the other mobile devices 9, 11 receive the emergency help information, the other mobile devices 9, 11 directly send the emergency help information to the base station 3 on the control and transmission channels 16, 18 because they are within the communication network range of the base station 3. It should be noted that the other mobile devices 11 repeatedly receive the emergency help information from the mobile device 5 and the other mobile devices 13, so that the base station 3 receives the emergency help information transmitted by the other mobile devices 9 and 11 a plurality of times, and only the first received emergency help information needs to be processed because the emergency help information has the mobile device identifier.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating an improvement of a communication protocol of the emergency help broadcasting method according to the present disclosure, which simply shows that a mobile device and other mobile devices have a Cell Broadcast application level (CB application level, CB application.1), a Cell Broadcast application level (CB application.2), a transport layer (TCP/IP), a network layer (IP), a data link layer (L2), and a physical layer (L1). In the range of the communication network without the base station, a logic cell broadcast channel can be established between the mobile device and other mobile devices so as to broadcast for help in emergency, and the broadcast in the range of the communication network with the base station is not influenced.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a communication protocol of a conventional mobile communication system, in which a Cell Broadcast application layer (CB appl.1) of a Cell Broadcast center (Cell Broadcast center. cbc) directly corresponds to a Cell Broadcast application layer (CB appl.1) of a mobile device, or a Cell Broadcast application layer (CB appl.2) of the Cell Broadcast center first corresponds to a Cell Broadcast application layer (CB appl.2/3) of a Radio Network Controller (RNC) and then corresponds to a Cell Broadcast application layer (CB appl.2) of the mobile device. It should be noted that the communication protocol of the conventional mobile communication system is to perform unidirectional broadcasting on the logical cell broadcast channel, i.e. the cell broadcast center broadcasts towards the mobile device, and the mobile device cannot perform the broadcasting.
In summary, the emergency help-seeking broadcasting method provided by the present disclosure enables the mobile device to perform one-to-one or one-to-many emergency broadcasting, so that the emergency help-seeking information can be transmitted as soon as possible within the communication range without the base station, and as long as the number of surrounding mobile devices is increased and the distribution is increased, the emergency help-seeking information is more easily transmitted.
The above-described embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, and all equivalent changes and modifications made in the claims of the present disclosure should be covered by the present disclosure.
