Background
At present, in overhead transmission lines in China, single-wire, double-split wires, four-split wires, six-split wires and eight-split wires are correspondingly adopted according to different voltage levels, different wire galloping is correspondingly developed according to construction requirements to meet the requirement of unfolding operation on different wires, and a mode of walking on the wires by an operator in comparison with the original mode is adopted on part of multi-split wires, so that the overhead transmission lines are not safe and have high labor intensity.
Some overhead transmission lines, such as 400kV overhead transmission lines, need to adopt a three-split conductor structure, and the three-split conductor overhead transmission lines have different conductor pitches at different gear distances or different conductor sections.
Therefore, how to develop a working tool on a three-split wire to overcome the above problems is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide the three-split conductor galloping vehicle which is simple in structure, light in size, convenient to adjust, safe and reliable.
The three-split wire galloping machine is characterized in that two sides of the upper frame are provided with adjusting plates, a plurality of groups of transverse connecting holes which are arranged transversely are formed in the adjusting plates, the lower frame is selectively and fixedly arranged in one group of corresponding transverse connecting holes, an adjustable frame is further arranged on the lower frame, the adjustable frame is provided with a pulley assembly which is used for being hung on a wire in the middle, an adjusting rod is arranged below the adjustable frame, a plurality of longitudinal connecting holes which are arranged longitudinally are formed in the adjusting rod, and the adjustable frame is selectively and fixedly arranged on the lower frame through one of the longitudinal connecting holes.
The parking brake comprises two parking fixing plates, two guide shafts, clamping plates, a screw rod and a brake handle, wherein the two parking fixing plates are fixed on the upper rack or the adjustable rack, the two guide shafts transversely penetrate through and are fixedly connected with the parking fixing plates, the two clamping plates are respectively positioned on two sides of a wire, the guide shafts transversely penetrate through and are in sliding connection with the clamping plates, the screw rod transversely penetrates through and is in rotating connection with the parking fixing plates, screw thread sections with opposite screw directions are respectively arranged at two ends of the screw rod, the screw rod transversely penetrates through and is in threaded connection with the clamping plates, threads of the screw thread sections matched with the clamping plates at two sides are opposite in rotation direction, the brake handle is fixedly connected with the screw rod, and the screw rod is driven to rotate by the brake handle so as to control the clamping plates to clamp or release the wire. In this kind of structure, two splint are located the both sides of wire, and the axial slip of guiding axle can be followed to two splint, and brake handle drive lead screw rotates, and the rotation of lead screw can drive two splint and remove, makes the direction of movement of two splint opposite through the screw thread setting that the rotation is opposite, therefore the accessible is operated brake handle and is controlled two states of clamp or lax of two splint.
The improved traveling brake comprises two brake fixing plates, two brake frame and a brake seat, wherein the two brake fixing plates are fixed on the upper frame or the adjustable frame, the brake fixing plates are positioned on two sides of the pulley assembly, the brake frame is hinged between the brake fixing plates on two sides, the brake seat is hinged on the brake frame, and the brake frame is provided with a limit screw, so that the brake seat keeps a certain inclination angle and is not completely inclined, and the brake frame is turned up and down to drive the brake seat to be close to or far away from the lead. When an operator needs emergency braking, the braking frame is pulled to enable the braking seat and the pulley assembly to be in contact with each other for pressing, so that a braking function is achieved, and wire galloping can be controlled rapidly in the shortest time.
Further improved, the upper frame is also provided with a protection chain, two ends of the protection chain are respectively arranged at two sides of the upper frame, and the direction of the protection chain is perpendicular to the wires, so that a closed loop is formed. Can play a double-insurance role, and avoid accidental falling of the wire galloping.
Preferably, the lower frame comprises a connector, a towing ring, a vertical rod, a cross rod, a protection net and a fixed square tube, wherein the vertical rod, the cross rod and the protection net form a rectangular frame, the towing ring is used for connecting a towing rope, the connector is used for being fixedly connected with the adjusting plate, and the fixed square tube is used for being fixedly connected with the adjusting rod. When the wire flying cart is hung on the aerial wire, the ground staff can control the wire flying cart to move along the front and back directions of the wire and the movement distance through the traction rope connected with the traction ring.
Preferably, the upper frame and the adjustable frame are both of a U-shaped frame structure, the pulley assemblies are arranged on the inner sides of the U-shaped frames, four groups of pulley assemblies are arranged on the upper frame and are respectively hung on the wires on two sides in pairs, the pulley assemblies comprise pulley shafts, pulley fixing plates and pulleys, the pulley shafts are fixed on the upper frame or the adjustable frame through the pulley fixing plates, and the pulleys are rotatably connected to the pulley shafts. The wire galloping machine is simple and reliable in structure and suitable for the wire galloping machine.
As an improvement, the lower frame and one of the adjusting plates are fixedly connected through bolts and bolts, and when the bolts are pulled out, the upper frame on one side can be opened to the outer side, so that the wire galloping enters to hang the wire or is separated from the wire.
As improvement, the inner side of the clamping plate is welded with a thread sleeve, the thread sleeve is positioned on the peripheral side of the screw rod, and the inner side of the clamping plate is also provided with a parking antiskid sheet which is contacted with the lead. Because the clamping plate is a thin plate, certain radial force is required to be born when the lead is clamped, so that the clamping strength of the clamping plate can be ensured when the lead is clamped, a thread bush is welded on the clamping plate, the guidance of the clamping plate on the screw rod can be improved, and the strength of the clamping plate when the lead is clamped can be improved. The anti-skid parking sheet can increase friction force between the anti-skid parking sheet and the wires, so that the parking device is more reliable, slipping is avoided, and the wires can be protected from being damaged.
According to further improvement, the anti-sagging chain is connected to the brake frame, the other end of the anti-sagging chain is connected to the upper frame or the adjustable frame, the anti-sagging chain limits the brake frame to overturn downwards, and a brake anti-skidding sheet is further arranged on the upper side of the brake seat and is in contact with the lead. The anti-sagging chain can prevent the brake frame from sagging due to the action of gravity, and the brake frame can keep proper working travel distance when the walking brake does not work. The friction force between the brake anti-slip sheet and the lead can be increased, so that the brake device is more reliable, slipping is avoided, and the lead can be protected from being damaged.
As an additional extension, the upper frame is further provided with a length measuring instrument for measuring the travelling distance of the wire galloping. When the wire trolley is driven to walk on the line by manual traction on the ground, a worker on the ground cannot accurately determine the walking distance of the wire trolley and can be in a traction state all the time, and the worker on the wire trolley is required to know the accurate walking distance of the wire trolley through the length measuring instrument so as to determine whether the designated position is reached. When the number displayed by the length measuring instrument is the distance to be walked by the wire galloping, the walking brake is immediately used for braking, and then the parking brake is used, so that the wire galloping is fixed at the position where the wire galloping needs to be operated, the walking distance of the wire galloping can be more accurately determined, and misoperation caused by deviation of the walking distance is prevented.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the transverse and longitudinal adjustment can be carried out according to different intervals of the three split conductors through the arrangement of the adjusting plate and the adjusting rod, so that the three split conductors are suitable for the intervals of the conductors, the machine is multipurpose, the economic benefit and the working efficiency are improved, and in addition, the safety of equipment can be greatly improved through the arrangement of the parking brake, the walking brake and the protection chain. Therefore, the three-split conductor galloping machine can realize the installation and maintenance of accessories such as a spacer and a damper of the overhead transmission line, the inspection of a conductor crimping pipe and the like according to the three-split conductor overhead transmission lines with different intervals, and has the characteristics of simple structure, light volume, convenience in adjustment, safety and reliability.

Detailed Description
The following description is presented to enable one of ordinary skill in the art to make and use the invention. The preferred embodiments in the following description are by way of example only and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes an upper frame 1 and a lower frame 2, both sides of the upper frame 1 are provided with pulley assemblies 3 for hanging on wires 100 at both sides, the lower frame 2 is fixedly installed below the upper frame 1, and the lower frame 2 is in a frame structure for accommodating operators and equipment, which is characterized in that both sides of the upper frame 1 are provided with adjusting plates 11, the adjusting plates 11 are provided with a plurality of groups of transverse connection holes 111 arranged along the transverse direction, the lower frame 2 is selectively and fixedly installed in one group of corresponding transverse connection holes 111, the lower frame 2 is also provided with an adjustable frame 4, the adjustable frame 4 is provided with pulley assemblies 3 for hanging on the wires 100 in the middle, an adjusting rod 41 is provided below the adjustable frame 4, and the adjusting rod 41 is provided with a plurality of longitudinal connection holes 411 arranged along the longitudinal direction, and the adjustable frame 4 is selectively and fixedly installed on the lower frame 2 through one of the longitudinal connection holes 411.
As a safety configuration, a parking brake 5 is arranged behind at least one group of pulley assemblies 3, the parking brake 5 comprises two parking fixing plates 51, two guide shafts 52, clamping plates 53, a screw rod 54 and a brake handle 55, the two parking fixing plates 51 are fixed on the upper rack 1 or the adjustable rack 4, the two guide shafts 52 transversely penetrate through and are fixedly connected with the parking fixing plates 51, the two clamping plates 53 are respectively positioned at two sides of a wire 100, the guide shafts 52 transversely penetrate through and are connected with the clamping plates 53 in a sliding mode, the screw rod 54 transversely penetrates through and is rotationally connected with the parking fixing plates 51, screw rod 54 is respectively provided with screw thread sections with opposite screw directions, the screw rod 54 transversely penetrates through and is in threaded connection with the clamping plates 53, the screw threads of the screw thread sections matched with the two clamping plates 53 are opposite in direction, the brake handle 55 is fixedly connected with the screw rod 54, and the brake handle 55 drives the screw rod 54 to rotate, so that the clamping plates 53 are controlled to clamp or loosen the wire. The walking brake 6 is arranged below the pulley assembly 3, the walking brake 6 comprises two brake fixing plates 61, two brake frames 62 and two brake seats 63, the two brake fixing plates 61 are fixed on the upper frame 1 or the adjustable frame 4, the brake fixing plates 61 are positioned on two sides of the pulley assembly 3, the brake frames 62 are hinged between the brake fixing plates 61 on two sides, the brake seats 63 are hinged on the brake frames 62, and the brake frames 62 are provided with limit screws 621, so that the brake seats 63 keep a certain inclination angle and cannot fall completely, and the brake frames 62 are turned up and down to drive the brake seats 63 to be close to or far away from the wires 100. The upper frame 1 is also provided with a protection chain 7, two ends of the protection chain 7 are respectively arranged at two sides of the upper frame 1, and the direction of the protection chain is perpendicular to the wire 100 to form a closed loop.
In this embodiment, the lower frame 2 includes a connector 21, a drag ring 22, a vertical rod 23, a cross rod 24, a protection net 25 and a fixed square tube 26, where the vertical rod 23, the cross rod 24 and the protection net 25 form a rectangular frame, the drag ring 22 is used for connecting a drag rope, the connector 21 is used for fixedly connecting the adjusting plate 11, and the fixed square tube 26 is used for fixedly connecting the adjusting rod 41. The upper frame 1 and the adjustable frame 4 are both of U-shaped frame structures, pulley assemblies 3 are arranged on the inner sides of the U-shaped frames, four groups of pulley assemblies are arranged on the upper frame 1 and are hung on leads 100 on two sides in pairs, each pulley assembly 3 comprises a pulley shaft 31, a pulley fixing plate 32 and a pulley 33, the pulley shaft 31 is fixed on the upper frame 1 or the adjustable frame 4 through the pulley fixing plate 32, and the pulley 33 is rotatably connected to the pulley shaft 31.
As a further concrete example, the lower frame 2 and one of the adjusting plates 11 are fixedly connected with the bolt 13 through the bolt 12, and when the bolt is pulled out 13, the upper frame 1 on one side can be opened to the outside, so that the wire galloping enters to hang the wire or separate from the wire. The inner side of the clamping plate 53 is welded with a thread sleeve 56, the thread sleeve 56 is positioned on the periphery of the screw rod 54, and the inner side of the clamping plate 53 is also provided with a parking antiskid sheet 57, and the parking antiskid sheet 57 is contacted with the lead 100. The brake frame 62 is connected with an anti-sagging chain 64, the other end of the anti-sagging chain 64 is connected with the upper frame 1 or the adjustable frame 4, the anti-sagging chain 64 limits the brake frame 62 to overturn downwards, and a brake anti-skid sheet 65 is further arranged on the upper side of the brake seat 63 and is contacted with the lead 100.
As an additional configuration, the upper frame 1 is further provided with a length measuring instrument 8 for measuring the traveling distance of the wire galloping.
The overhead transmission line is generally provided with high and low fluctuation, when the manual traction driving wire galloping on the ground walks on the line, the condition of ascending and descending can be met, the speed of the wire galloping needs to be controlled when the wire galloping descends so as to prevent the wire galloping from missing a place needing to be constructed due to the fact that the speed of the wire galloping is too high, and after the wire galloping reaches a designated position, braking and positioning are needed so as to keep the position of the wire galloping at the moment, so that construction operation is convenient. The three-split conductor galloping can be completed only by the aid of an auxiliary hoisting tool when entering the conductor or being separated from the conductor.
