Abstract
本发明公开了一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂,包括以下质量分数的原料:混合溶剂55‑82%、表面活性剂3‑15%、助剂10‑20%、增稠剂0.5‑3%、消泡剂0.3‑1%、防锈缓蚀剂3‑5%以及天然芬芳剂0.5‑0.8%,本发明还提供了一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂的制备方法。本发明提供的环卫专用清洗剂是一款专用于清除环卫收集、清运容器上较难去除污垢的一款专用产品,它填补了以往环卫收集、清运容器没有专用清洗液的空白,同时该产品解决了以往任何一种清洗剂产品都无法全面、有效的清除环卫容器上复杂且顽固污垢的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,具体为一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
清洗就是采用一种或多种化学药剂或其水溶液,清除污垢的方法。它是借助清洗剂对物体表面污染物或覆盖层进行渗透、润湿、乳化、增溶、助悬、剥离以达到除油、除垢、去污、缓蚀、防锈的作用。
清洗剂是一种针对性很强的化学物质。因被洗物的污垢形成的机理不同,所形成污垢的产物不同,故清洗剂的品种也不同,就目前而言没有一款通用清洗剂能清洗因不同机理而形成的各种难以去除的污物,而环卫容器所收集的则是一切不被需要的固体或是液体废弃物,其污垢的构成随机性强且包罗万象这就要求专用于环卫容器清理的清洗剂具有比一般的清洗剂更广的去污覆盖性和兼顾性,因此需要开发一种通用的环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂解决现有普通清洗剂不能清除环卫容器顽固污渍的问题。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂及其制备方法,解决了目前的普通清洗剂不能清除环卫容器顽固污渍的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂,包括以下质量分数的原料:混合溶剂55-82%、表面活性剂3-15%、助剂10-20%、增稠剂0.5-3%、消泡剂0.3-1%、防锈缓蚀剂3-5%以及天然芬芳剂0.5-0.8%。
优选的,所述混合溶剂由去离子水和乙醇两部分组成,其中去离子水质量分数为75%,乙醇质量分数为25%。
优选的,所述表面活性剂具体为二乙醇酰胺、椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇月桂酸脂、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇与环氧乙烯聚合物SPO-10、辛基苯基聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲脂聚氧乙烯醚、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸脂钠盐、脂肪醇与环乙烷聚合物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的三种,且每种表面活性剂配料的质量占清洗剂原料总质量的2%-3%。
优选的,所述助剂由氢氧化钠、碳酸钠以及两种有机助剂组成,且其中两种有机助剂为三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、高碳脂肪醇和环氧乙烷的高聚物、烷基酚和环氧乙烷的高聚物中的两种。
优选的,所述助剂中氢氧化钠质量占清洗剂原料总质量的0.5%—1%,碳酸钠质量占清洗剂原料总质量的4.5%—5%,两种有机助剂质量均占清洗剂原料总质量的3%。
优选的,所述增稠剂中为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯、羧甲基纤维素钠中的一种。
优选的,所述消泡剂为丙二醇聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、聚醚烷基硅油、改性二甲基硅氧烷、硬脂基高碳醇聚醚脂化物中的一种。
优选的,所述防锈缓蚀剂为苯骈三氮唑、喹啉、EDTA、硅酸钠中的一种。
优选的,所述天然芬芳剂为天然柠檬芬芳剂和天然茉莉芬芳剂中的一种。
本发明还提供了一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤,
S1、在带加温装置的搅拌反应釜中,将无水乙醇加入到去离子水中,并搅拌均匀,并将反应釜温度控制在25-35℃;
S2、然后在搅拌状态下依次加入表面活性剂、助剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、防锈缓蚀剂以及天然芬芳剂;
S3、待形成均一、稳定溶液后,引至沉淀池静置6-12h,然后经过滤即可制得该环卫专用清洗剂。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂及其制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
本发明提供的环卫专用清洗剂是一款专用于清除环卫收集、清运容器上较难去除污垢的一款专用产品,它填补了以往环卫收集、清运容器没有专用清洗液的空白,同时该产品解决了以往任何一种清洗剂产品都无法全面、有效的清除环卫容器上复杂且顽固污垢的问题。

下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂,包括以下质量分数的原料:混合溶剂(无水乙醇25%、去离子水75%)74.3%、二乙醇酰胺3%、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、脂肪醇与环氧乙烯聚合物SPO-10 2%、碳酸钠5%、氢氧化钠0.6%、十二烷基硫酸钠3%、焦磷酸钠3%、羧甲基纤维素钠1%、聚醚烷基硅油0.3%、硅酸钠5%、天然柠檬芬芳剂0.8%。
上述配方的清洗剂的制备方法:包括如下步骤,
S1、在带加温装置的搅拌反应釜中,将无水乙醇加入到去离子水中,并搅拌均匀,并将反应釜温度控制在25-35℃;
S2、然后在搅拌状态下依次加入加入二乙醇酰胺、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇与环氧乙烯聚合物SPO-10、碳酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、焦磷酸钠、氢氧化钠、硅酸钠、聚醚烷基硅油、羧甲基纤维素钠、天然柠檬芬芳剂;
S3、待形成均一、稳定溶液后,引至沉淀池静置6-12h,然后经过滤即可制得该环卫专用清洗剂。
实施例2
一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂,包括以下质量分数的原料:混合溶剂(无水乙醇25%、去离子水75%)74.3%、二乙醇酰胺(6501)3%、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚2%、碳酸钠4.8%、氢氧化钠0.8%、十二烷基硫酸钠3%、焦磷酸钠3%、羧甲基纤维素钠1%、聚醚烷基硅油0.3%、硅酸钠5%、天然柠檬芬芳剂0.8%。
上述配方的清洗剂的制备方法:包括如下步骤,
S1、在带加温装置的搅拌反应釜中,将无水乙醇加入到去离子水中,并搅拌均匀,并将反应釜温度控制在25-35℃;
S2、然后在搅拌状态下依次加入加入二乙醇酰胺、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、焦磷酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚醚烷基硅油、硅酸钠、天然柠檬芬芳剂;
S3、待形成均一、稳定溶液后,引至沉淀池静置6-12h,然后经过滤即可制得该环卫专用清洗剂。
实施例3
一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂,包括以下质量分数的原料:混合溶剂(无水乙醇25%、去离子水75%)74.3%、脂肪酸甲脂聚氧乙烯醚3%、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、脂肪醇与环氧乙烯聚合物SPO-10 2%、碳酸钠5%、氢氧化钠0.6%、十二烷基硫酸钠3%、三聚磷酸钠3%、羧甲基纤维素钠1%、聚醚烷基硅油0.3%、硅酸钠5%、天然柠檬芬芳剂0.8%。
上述配方的清洗剂的制备方法:包括如下步骤,
S1、在带加温装置的搅拌反应釜中,将无水乙醇加入到去离子水中,并搅拌均匀,并将反应釜温度控制在25-35℃;
S2、然后在搅拌状态下依次加入加入脂肪酸甲脂聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇与环氧乙烯聚合物SPO-10、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚醚烷基硅油、硅酸钠、天然柠檬芬芳剂;
S3、待形成均一、稳定溶液后,引至沉淀池静置6-12h,然后经过滤即可制得该环卫专用清洗剂。
实施例4
一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂,包括以下质量分数的原料:混合溶剂(无水乙醇25%、去离子水75%)74.3%、二乙醇酰胺3%、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、脂肪醇与环氧乙烯聚合物SPO-10 2%、碳酸钠5%、氢氧化钠0.6%、十二烷基硫酸钠3%、焦磷酸钠3%、羧甲基纤维素钠1%、聚醚烷基硅油0.3%、硅酸钠5%、天然柠檬芬芳剂0.8%。
上述配方的清洗剂的制备方法:包括如下步骤,
S1、在带加温装置的搅拌反应釜中,将无水乙醇加入到去离子水中,并搅拌均匀,并将反应釜温度控制在25-35℃;
S2、然后在搅拌状态下依次加入加入二乙醇酰胺、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇与环氧乙烯聚合物SPO-10、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、焦磷酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚醚烷基硅油、硅酸钠、天然柠檬芬芳剂;
S3、待形成均一、稳定溶液后,引至沉淀池静置6-12h,然后经过滤即可制得该环卫专用清洗剂。
将由实施例1-4中配方制得的清洗剂进行性能测试分析:
表面张力试验:检测方法参照GB/T1323-1991中规定进行,这里不再赘述。
测试结果如下表:

由于清洗剂表面张力越小,其洗洁性能越好,因此将实施例1-4中配方制得的清洗剂进行表面张力测试得出的结果表明,四种清洗剂表面张力值均符合行业标准,其中实施例1得出的清洗剂表面张力值最小,洁净性能最优。
乳化稳定性试验:检测方法参照GB/T7305-87中规定进行,这里不再赘述。
分散力试验:检测方法参照BG/T5550-2016中规定进行,这里不再赘述。
洗净率试验收:检测方法参照QB/T4348-2012中规定进行,这里不再赘述。
人工污物1:(以重量计)牛油15%、猪油20%、植物油25%、矿物油15%、果汁5%、牛奶牛5%、咖啡2%、有机染料3%、粒径5-10um硅酸盐粉尘(不溶于清洗剂)5%、粒径3-5um无定形碳粉5%,加热、搅拌、均匀混合后老化168(h),涂布于硬表面塑料片上。
将1-4实施例中制得的清洗剂应用于上述人工污物1,测试结果如下表所示:
上述人工污物1用于模仿常用环卫工具上的主要污渍原料,因此能够得出1-4实施例中的清洗剂对环卫工具的清洁效果,而从上表能够看出该清洗剂对环卫容器的清洗效果明显,能够快速充分清除环卫容器的顽固污渍,其中由实施例1中的配方得出的清洗剂的综合洁净性能最优,且目前市面上的普通清洗剂还不能达到清除环卫容器顽固污渍的目的。
增溶性试验:滴入萃取法;
人工污物2:(以重量计)牛油20%、猪油25%、植物油35%、矿物油20%。加热、搅拌、均匀混合后老化168(h),涂布于硬表面塑料片上。
将1-4实施例中制得的清洗剂应用于上述人工污物1,测试结果如下表所示:

上述人工污物2用于模仿常用环卫工具上的其他污渍原料,因此能够得出1-4实施例中的清洗剂对环卫工具的持久顽固油渍的清洁效果,而从上表能够看出该清洗剂具有较强的增溶力,其中由实施例2中的配方得出的清洗剂的增溶力最优。
将上述实施例所制备的环卫专用清洗剂进行表张力、乳化稳定性、分散度、增溶力和洗净率进行测试,上述实施例制得的环卫专用清洗剂各方面性能均优于普通清洗剂,因此,结果表明实施例1的综合指标最符合环卫清洗剂的要求,其清洗效果最强,且目前市面上的普通清洗剂还不能达到清除环卫容器顽固污渍的目的。

Claims (10)
1.一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂,其特征在于,包括以下质量分数的原料:混合溶剂55-82%、表面活性剂3-15%、助剂10-20%、增稠剂0.5-3%、消泡剂0.3-1%、防锈缓蚀剂3-5%以及天然芬芳剂0.5-0.8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述混合溶剂由去离子水和乙醇两部分组成,其中去离子水质量分数为75%,乙醇质量分数为25%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂具体为二乙醇酰胺、椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇月桂酸脂、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇与环氧乙烯聚合物SPO-10、辛基苯基聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲脂聚氧乙烯醚、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸脂钠盐、脂肪醇与环乙烷聚合物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的三种,且每种表面活性剂配料的质量占清洗剂原料总质量的2%-3%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述助剂由氢氧化钠、碳酸钠以及两种有机助剂组成,且其中两种有机助剂为三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、高碳脂肪醇和环氧乙烷的高聚物、烷基酚和环氧乙烷的高聚物中的两种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述助剂中氢氧化钠质量占清洗剂原料总质量的0.5%—1%,碳酸钠质量占清洗剂原料总质量的4.5%—5%,两种有机助剂质量均占清洗剂原料总质量的3%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述增稠剂中为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯、羧甲基纤维素钠中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为丙二醇聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、聚醚烷基硅油、改性二甲基硅氧烷、硬脂基高碳醇聚醚脂化物中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述防锈缓蚀剂为苯骈三氮唑、喹啉、EDTA、硅酸钠中的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂,其特征在于:所述天然芬芳剂为天然柠檬芬芳剂和天然茉莉芬芳剂中的一种。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的一种专用于环卫硬表面容器的清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,
S1、在带加温装置的搅拌反应釜中,将无水乙醇加入到去离子水中,并搅拌均匀,并将反应釜温度控制在25-35℃;
S2、然后在搅拌状态下依次加入表面活性剂、助剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、防锈缓蚀剂以及天然芬芳剂;
S3、待形成均一、稳定溶液后,引至沉淀池静置6-12h,然后经过滤即可制得该环卫专用清洗剂。
