Abstract
The invention provides a loudspeaker box, which comprises a rear cover, a front cover, a sound generating monomer and a sound guide channel, wherein the front cover and the rear cover jointly form an accommodating space, the sound generating monomer is accommodated in the accommodating space, the sound guide channel is formed in the accommodating space, the sound generating monomer and the front cover are arranged at intervals and jointly enclose a front sound cavity, the sound guide channel is used for communicating the front sound cavity with the outside, the sound guide channel and the front sound cavity jointly form the front cavity, the front cover comprises a body part, a through hole penetrating through the body part and communicated with the front cavity, and a steel sheet completely covering the through hole and fixed on the body part, the steel sheet comprises a protruding part protruding from one side of the steel sheet close to the rear cover to the direction far away from the rear cover, and a fixing part extending from the periphery of the protruding part and fixed on the body part. Compared with the related art, the front cavity of the loudspeaker box is larger in volume and better in acoustic performance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electroacoustic conversion, in particular to a loudspeaker box applied to a portable electronic product.
Background
In the process of rapid development of portable devices such as mobile phones, people have increasingly strong requirements on functionality of products, and particularly have more requirements on sound production performance, so that speaker boxes applied to the portable devices are developed more and more rapidly.
The loudspeaker box of the related art comprises a front cover, a rear cover assembled with the front cover to form an accommodating space, a sounding monomer accommodated in the accommodating space and a sounding channel formed in the accommodating space, wherein the sounding monomer and the front cover form a front sound cavity at intervals, the sounding monomer and the rear cover and the front cover jointly enclose a rear cavity, the sounding channel and the front sound cavity form a front cavity, and the sounding channel is communicated with the front sound cavity and the outside. In order to improve the volume of the front cavity, a through hole penetrating through the front cover and communicated with the front cavity is formed in the front cover, and a steel sheet is covered at the through hole, so that the outer surface of the steel sheet is flush with the outer surface of the front cover, and the thickness of the steel sheet is smaller than that of the front cover, so that the volume of the front cavity is increased equivalently.
However, the transition of the front sound cavity to the sound outlet channel is made to be the narrowest width of the sound outlet channel due to the structure of supporting the sound generating unit, and the performance of the front cavity of the loudspeaker box is directly limited by the insufficient width of the sound outlet channel inlet and the insufficient height of the front sound cavity.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new speaker box to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the technical problems and provide a loudspeaker box with good acoustic performance.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a speaker box, including a rear cover, a front cover enclosing an accommodating space together with the rear cover, a sound generating unit accommodated in the accommodating space, and a sound guiding channel formed in the accommodating space, wherein the sound generating unit and the front cover are arranged at an interval and enclose a front sound cavity together, the sound guiding channel communicates the front sound cavity with the outside, the sound guiding channel and the front sound cavity together form a front cavity, the front cover includes a body portion, a through hole penetrating through the body portion and communicating with the front cavity, and a steel sheet completely covering the through hole and fixed to the body portion, the steel sheet includes a protruding portion protruding from a side of the steel sheet close to the rear cover to a direction away from the rear cover, and a fixing portion extending from a peripheral edge of the protruding portion and fixed to the body portion.
Preferably, the boss includes first boss and by first boss is along being close to the second boss that the sound guide channel direction extends, first boss to the orthographic projection of back lid direction is located completely the sound production monomer within range, the second boss to the orthographic projection of back lid direction is located completely the sound guide channel within range.
Preferably, an orthographic projection of the first protruding portion to the rear cover direction completely coincides with the sounding unit.
Preferably, the steel sheet further includes a plurality of reinforcing walls formed by bending and extending the fixing portion, and the plurality of reinforcing walls are disposed at intervals and fixed to the body portion in an embedded manner.
Preferably, the steel sheet and the body part are integrally injection molded.
Compared with the prior art, the loudspeaker box provided by the invention has the advantages that the through hole penetrating through the front cover and communicated with the front cavity is formed in the front cover, the through hole is covered by the steel sheet, the steel sheet comprises the bulge part formed by protruding from one side of the steel sheet close to the rear cover to the direction far away from the rear cover, the volume of the front cavity is increased by the structure, and the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker box is effectively improved.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings and the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides a speaker box 100, which includes a front cover 1, a rear cover 2, a sound generating unit 3 and a sound guiding channel 4.
The rear cover 2 covers the front cover 1 and jointly forms an accommodating space 10. The front cover 1 and the rear cover 2 can be of an integral structure or a split structure.
Specifically, the front cover 1 includes a main body 11, a through hole 12 penetrating the main body 11, and a steel sheet 13 completely covering the through hole 12 and fixed to the main body 11. For example, the steel sheet 13 and the body 11 are integrally injection molded, but the fixing method is not limited thereto.
The sound generating unit 3 is accommodated and fixed in the accommodating space 10. The sound generating unit 3 divides the accommodating space 10 into a front sound cavity 5 and a rear cavity 101.
That is, the sound generating unit 3 and the front cover 1 are arranged at intervals and jointly enclose the front sound cavity 5; the sounding monomer 3, the front cover 1 and the rear cover 2 jointly enclose the rear cavity 101.
The sound guiding channel 4 is formed in the receiving space 10. Specifically, the sound guide channel 4 is formed in the front cover 1, and may be an integrally formed structure with the front cover 1.
The sound guide channel 4 and the front sound cavity 5 together form a front cavity 102, and the front sound cavity 5 is communicated with the outside.
The through hole 12 communicates with the front chamber 102. That is, in the present embodiment, the steel sheet 13 is at least partially disposed facing the front cavity 102.
Specifically, the steel sheet 13 includes a protruding portion 131 formed by protruding from a side thereof close to the rear cover 2 in a direction away from the rear cover 2, a fixing portion 132 fixed to the front cover 1 and extending from a periphery of the protruding portion 131, and a plurality of reinforcing walls 133 formed by bending and extending the fixing portion 132.
The projection 131 is at least partially disposed opposite to the front cavity 102, for example, at least partially disposed opposite to the front sound cavity 5. The protruding part 131 structure increases the distance between the steel sheet 13 and the sound generating unit 3, that is, the volume of the front cavity 102 and the vibration distance of the sound generating unit 3 are increased, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the audio performance of the front cavity 102.
In the present embodiment, the projection 131 includes a first projection 131a and a second projection 131b extending from the first projection 131a in a direction approaching the sound guide channel 4.
The orthographic projection of the first convex part 131a to the direction of the rear cover 2 is completely positioned in the range of the sound generating single body 3. Namely, the first protruding part 131a is arranged opposite to the sounding unit 3, so that the cavity volume of the front sound cavity 5 and the vibration distance of the sounding unit 3 are increased. Preferably, an orthographic projection of the first protruding portion 131a toward the rear cover 2 completely overlaps with the sound generating unit 3.
The orthographic projection of the second convex part 131b to the direction of the rear cover 2 is completely positioned in the range of the sound guide channel 4. That is, the second protrusions 131b are at least partially disposed opposite to the sound guide channel 4, thereby increasing the cavity volume of the sound guide channel 4.
The second protrusion 131b is formed by extending the first protrusion 131a, so that the sound guide channel 4 communicates with the front sound cavity 5, and a position where the sound guide channel 4 is connected to the front sound cavity 5 is a transition portion, and the transition portion makes the width of the sound guide channel 4 narrowest. Therefore, the second projection 131b substantially functions as a part of the wall structure of the sound guide channel 4. That is, the second protrusion 131b increases the height and width of the sound guide channel 4 at the transition portion, so as to increase the cavity volume of the sound guide channel 4, and further improve the acoustic performance of the speaker box 100.
The fixing portion 132 is fixed to the body portion 11 of the front cover 1, and forms a sealing structure.
The reinforcing walls 133 are formed by bending and extending the fixing portions 132, the reinforcing walls 133 are arranged at intervals and fixed to the front cover 1 in an embedded manner, and the structure improves the fixing strength of the steel sheet 13, so that the reliability of the loudspeaker box 100 is improved.
Compared with the prior art, the loudspeaker box provided by the invention has the advantages that the through hole penetrating through the front cover and communicated with the front cavity is formed in the front cover, the through hole is covered by the steel sheet, the steel sheet comprises the bulge part formed by protruding from one side of the steel sheet close to the rear cover to the direction far away from the rear cover, the volume of the front cavity is increased by the structure, and the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker box is effectively improved.

Claims (5)
1. A loudspeaker box comprises a rear cover, a front cover, a sound production single body and a sound guide channel, wherein the front cover and the rear cover jointly enclose an accommodating space, the sound production single body is accommodated in the accommodating space, the sound guide channel is formed in the accommodating space, the sound generating unit and the front cover are arranged at intervals and jointly enclose a front sound cavity, the sound guide channel is used for communicating the front sound cavity with the outside, the sound guide channel and the front sound cavity jointly form a front cavity, the front cover comprises a body part, a through hole penetrating through the body part and communicated with the front cavity, and a steel sheet completely covering the through hole and fixed on the body part, the steel sheet is characterized by comprising a bulge part formed by bulging from one side of the steel sheet close to the rear cover to the direction far away from the rear cover and a fixing part which extends from the periphery of the bulge part and is fixed on the body part, wherein the bulge part bulges out of the outer surface of the front cover.
2. A loudspeaker enclosure according to claim 1, wherein the projection includes a first projection and a second projection extending from the first projection in a direction close to the sound guide channel, an orthographic projection of the first projection to the rear cover direction is entirely within the sound-generating unit range, and an orthographic projection of the second projection to the rear cover direction is entirely within the sound guide channel range.
3. A loudspeaker enclosure according to claim 2, wherein an orthographic projection of the first boss portion in the direction of the rear cover completely coincides with the sound-emitting unit.
4. The speaker cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the steel sheet further includes a plurality of reinforcing walls formed by bending and extending the fixing portion, and the plurality of reinforcing walls are spaced apart from each other and embedded and fixed to the body portion.
5. A loudspeaker enclosure according to claim 1, wherein the steel sheet is injection moulded integrally with the body portion.
