本发明涉及一种环保型抗磨防锈链条润滑脂,原料的重配比如下:基础油:20‑85%;增粘剂:5‑20%;稠化剂:5‑35%;抗氧剂:0.1‑5%;防锈剂:5‑30%;金属钝化剂:0.1‑1%;极压抗磨剂:0.1‑5%。本发明具有极强的抗盐雾能力、防锈性能和抗磨极压性能,满足链条的防锈、海运及润滑要求。同时,本发明产品不含钡和磷元素,对人体健康和环境无害,使用安全环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂领域,具体地涉及一种环保型抗磨防锈链条润滑脂。
背景技术
含金属钡元素的防锈剂,由于具有优秀的抗盐雾性能和防锈性能优秀,在国内外已经使用数十年,如目前广泛使用的石油磺酸钡(T701)、二壬基萘磺酸钡T705、中性二壬基萘磺酸钡T705A、烷基苯磺酸钡等等。含磷有机化合物作为优秀的润滑油脂抗磨极压添加剂也是目前大量使用的产品,如:三甲酚磷酸酯(T306)、二烷基二类硫代磷酸酯胺盐(T305、T307)、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(T202、T203、T205等)、亚磷酸二丁酯(T304)等等。
目前国内使用的抗磨防锈链条润滑脂,所使用的防锈剂基本都有含钡元素的防锈剂(T701、T705、T705等),所使用的抗磨剂大多为含磷的添加剂(如:T202、T203、T306、T305、T307等)。CN201210427354.5,公开了一种高速链条润滑脂及其制备方法,使用了二壬基萘磺酸钡防锈剂以及含磷化合物抗磨剂。CN201510522363.6公开了一种链条防锈润滑脂及其制备方法,使用了石油磺酸钡及二壬基萘磺酸钡防锈剂。CN201210455736.9,公开了一种高温链条润滑脂,使用了含磷类极压抗磨添加剂。
然而在国外,因为含钡、含磷添加剂对人体健康以及环境的影响,已经受到限制或禁止,为此我们研发了环保型抗磨防锈链条润滑脂,以满足健康与环境的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保型抗磨防锈链条润滑脂,具有极强的抗盐雾能力、防锈性能和抗磨极压性能,满足链条的防锈、海运及润滑要求。同时,本发明产品不含钡和磷元素,对人体健康和环境无害,使用安全环保。
环保型抗磨防锈链条润滑脂,原料的重配比如下:
基础油:20-85%
增粘剂:5-20%
稠化剂:5-35%
抗氧剂:0.1-5%
防锈剂:5-30%
金属钝化剂:0.1-1%
极压抗磨剂:0.1-5%。
基础油的100℃运动粘度为:3-50mm2/s。
基础油为高粘度指数、中粘度指数或低粘度指数矿物基础油中的一种或多种。
优选150SN、150N、500SN、650SN、500N或150BS。
所述的增粘剂为乙丙共聚物或聚异丁烯中的一种或两种。
乙丙共聚物为T614;聚异丁烯为PB2400。
所述的稠化剂为微晶蜡。熔点在80℃以上。
所述的抗氧剂为T501。
所述的防锈剂为胺盐或磺酸钙盐中的一种或两种。
胺盐为长链不饱和脂肪酸N-油酰肌氨酸与烷基伯胺、芳香胺或环烷基胺的反应物;磺酸钙盐为合成磺酸钙盐或二壬基萘磺酸的钙盐。
十二烯基丁二酸蒸馏氢化牛脂基伯胺与油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸反应后的环己胺盐、N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐、N-油酰肌氨酸对甲苯胺盐;磺酸钙盐为髙碱值合成苯磺酸钙、中总碱值合成苯磺酸钙、低碱脂合成苯磺酸钙或二壬基苯磺酸钙。
所述的金属钝化剂为苯三唑,苯三唑优选T706;所述的极压抗磨剂为环状偏硼酸酯、噻二唑衍生物中的一种或两种。
T706T501、T614的生产厂家为锦州新兴石油添加剂有限责任公司。
环状偏硼酸酯为偏硼酸异辛酯。
偏硼酸酯具有如下结构:

噻二唑衍生物具有如下结构:

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益的效果:
本发明具有极强的抗盐雾能力、防锈性能和抗磨极压性能,满足链条的防锈、海运及润滑要求。同时,本发明产品不含钡和磷元素,对人体健康和环境无害,使用安全环保。

由表1、和表2可见本发明的产品与对比例产品相比,在高温性能(滴点)、抗盐雾性能及抗磨性能方面优势明显,且不含有害元素钡和磷。

1.一种环保型抗磨防锈链条润滑脂,其特征在于,原料的重量配比如下:
基础油:20-85%
增粘剂:5-20%
稠化剂:5-35%
抗氧剂:0.1-5%
防锈剂:5-30%
金属钝化剂:0.1-1%
极压抗磨剂:0.1-5%;
所述的防锈剂为胺盐或磺酸钙盐中的一种或两种,胺盐为长链不饱和脂肪酸、N-油酰肌氨酸与烷基伯胺、芳香胺或环烷基胺的反应物;磺酸钙盐为合成磺酸钙盐或二壬基萘磺酸的钙盐;
所述的极压抗磨剂为环状偏硼酸酯或噻二唑衍生物中的一种或两种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型抗磨防锈链条润滑脂,其特征在于:基础油的100℃运动粘度为:3-50mm2/s。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型抗磨防锈链条润滑脂,其特征在于:基础油为高粘度指数、中粘度指数或低粘度指数矿物基础油中的一种或多种;所述的增粘剂为乙丙共聚物或聚异丁烯中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型抗磨防锈链条润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的稠化剂为微晶蜡。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型抗磨防锈链条润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为T501。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保型抗磨防锈链条润滑脂,其特征在于:胺盐为十二烯基丁二酸蒸馏氢化牛脂基伯胺、与油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸反应后的环己胺盐、N-油酰肌氨酸十八胺盐、N-油酰肌氨酸对甲苯胺盐;磺酸钙盐为高碱值合成苯磺酸钙、中总碱值合成苯磺酸钙、低碱值合成苯磺酸钙或二壬基萘磺酸钙。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保型抗磨防锈链条润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的金属钝化剂为苯三唑。
8.根据权利要求1所述的环保型抗磨防锈链条润滑脂,其特征在于:环状偏硼酸酯为偏硼酸异辛酯。
