Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于点火线圈的固化流水线,其特征在于,包括若干个固化单元和传送系统:每个固化单元包括腔体、加热盘和鼓风机;所有固化单元以成列成行的方式整齐堆叠并列分布并拼合为一体;所述传送系统包括横向传送带和曲向传送带,两者配合把装载点火线圈的托盘沿上下往复路径通过所有固化单元的腔体内腔进行固化。满足点火线圈固化时不断升温的需要;缩短了流水线长度,大幅提高了场地利用率;减少了设备用材和固化的加热能耗;有效提高了固化质量,杜绝产品内部开裂现象的发生。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于点火线圈固化的流水线作业设备。
背景技术
点火线圈属于汽车零部件,它的生产工艺包括:初次级绕线、组装、灌胶、固化、后装、检测、包装。其中,现有技术中固化工序的水平固化炉(又称隧道炉)是由多个温区水平直线串联组成,点火线圈在传送带的输送下依次通过各温区,进行温度由低到高的加热,使得点火线圈内的封装绝缘胶水固化。通常一条固化炉的长度约在22米左右,是点火线圈生产厂家最占生产场地的一道工序,它基本上要占用整个工厂生产场地的30%以上,导致场地成本大幅提高;同时现有固化设备还存在设备造价高、耗能大的弊端。
发明内容
为了解决上述弊端,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种适用于点火线圈固化的流水线作业设备,在满足生产要求的基础上大幅提高生产场地的利用率,同时有效减少固化能耗。为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种用于点火线圈的固化流水线,其特征在于,包括若干个固化单元和传送系统:每个固化单元包括设有隔热保温外壁的腔体,腔体一端外壁上设有加热盘和鼓风机,鼓风机固装于加热盘上向所述腔体内送入热风;所有固化单元以成列成行的方式整齐堆叠并列分布并拼合为一体;最底层两端的两个固化单元的腔体分别设有进料口和出料口;
所述传送系统包括横向传送带和曲向传送带,横向传送带沿水平路径通过最底层的各固化单元的腔体内腔以及所述的进料口和出料口,曲向传送带沿上下往复路径通过所有固化单元的腔体内腔;对应横向传送带和曲向传送带的通过路径,相应的固化单元的腔体上下连通或左右连通;
曲向传送带在靠近进料口和出料口的位置分别与横向传动带交汇,分别称之为进料交汇点和出料交汇点;
横向传动带把装载点火线圈的托盘输送到进料交汇点,曲向传送带经过进料交汇点时通过挂钩带动托盘上升带走,曲向传送带沿上下往复路径把托盘送至出料交汇点,横向传送带经过出料交汇点时水平推动托盘脱离挂钩并带走送出出料口。
优选地,所述传送系统包括两条并列的横向传送带和两条并列的曲向传送带,所述横向传送带由链条M和固接于链条M上的链板构成,所述曲向传送带由链条N和铰接于链条N上的挂钩构成;两条并列的横向传送带都位于托盘的底部,减速机M通过驱动链条M带动链板运动,链板推动底部卡在其间的托盘运动;两条并列的曲向传送带分别位于托盘的两侧,减速机N通过驱动链条N带动挂钩运动,两条曲向传送带对应的两个挂钩钩挂住托盘的两侧盘边沿带动托盘运动。
优选地,十二个固化单元以4列×3行的方式整齐堆叠并列分布并拼合为一体,曲向传送带以55~65公分/800秒的速度匀速运动。
本发明的有益效果在于:1.具有独立调温能力的固化单元可对应需要形成不同的温区,以满足点火线圈固化时不断升温的需要;立体式分布的多个固化单元缩短了流水线长度,大幅提高了场地利用率;
2.立体式分布的多个固化单元之间存在大量共用腔壁或部件,减少了设备用材,降低了资源损耗和设备造价;堆叠并列在一起的固化单元降低了热量损失,有效减少了固化的加热能耗;
3.沿上下往复路径分布的各个固化单元中,基于内腔连通的热风交汇影响和基于腔壁贴合的辐射传导影响,使得沿点火线圈通过路径形成的温升曲线平和光滑,这种温度渐变模式可以让点火线圈更好的固化,组成点火线圈的硅钢片、铜线、骨架和树脂之间不会因为热膨胀系数不同而导致产品内部开裂,有效提高了固化质量,彻底杜绝产品内部开裂现象的发生,使得产品的可靠性提高、绝缘性能加强、温度特性提升。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。

具体实施方式
参见附图,反映本发明的一种具体结构,所述用于点火线圈的固化流水线包括十二个固化单元和传送系统。
每个固化单元包括呈长方体的腔体13,腔体13外壁设有隔热保温层14。腔体13一端的外壁上设有加热盘10和鼓风机1,鼓风机1固装于加热盘13上向所述腔体13内送入热风;调节每个固化单元的加热盘10和鼓风机1,可对应需要形成不同的温区,对单一的固化单元进行由低到高的不同温度设定,使其形成十二个不同的温区,以满足点火线圈固化时不断升温的需要。
十二个固化单元以4列×3行的方式整齐堆叠并列分布并拼合为一体,最底层两端的两个固化单元的腔体13的侧面分别设有进料口15和出料口16。通过拼装固定,减短固化炉的长度的同时又能对生产场地1.5米上面的空间利用起来。
所述传送系统包括两条并列的横向传送带和两条并列的曲向传送带,所述横向传送带由链条M4和固接于链条M4上的链板5构成,所述曲向传送带由链条N7和铰接于链条N7上的挂钩12构成。两条并列的横向传送带都位于托盘3的底部,减速机M9通过驱动链条M4带动链板5运动,链板5推动底部卡在其间的托盘3运动。两条并列的曲向传送带分别位于托盘3的两侧,减速机N8通过驱动链条N7带动挂钩12以60公分/800秒的速度匀速运动,直角转弯的地方通过大齿轮6和小齿轮11来传动。两条曲向传送带对应的两个挂钩12钩挂住托盘3的两侧盘边沿301带动托盘3运动。铰接于链条N7上的挂钩12在通过直角转弯位置时可以转动,确保托盘3一直保持水平姿态避免点火线圈2掉落。
横向传送带沿水平路径通过最底层的各固化单元的腔体13的内腔以及所述的进料口15和出料口16。如图2所示,在4列×3行的固化单元中,横向传送带沿水平路径通过最底层一行的四个腔体13的内腔以及所述的进料口15和出料口16。对应横向传送带的通过路径,最底层一行的四个腔体13左右连通。
曲向传送带沿上下往复路径通过十二个固化单元的腔体13的内腔。如图2所示,在4列×3行的固化单元中,曲向传送带在左侧第一列各腔体13的内腔中上行,然后横移至第二列各腔体13的内腔中下行,然后横移至第三列各腔体13的内腔中上行,然后横移至第四列各腔体13的内腔中下行。对应曲向传送带的通过路径,每列中的腔体13上下连通,所述横移处的腔体13左右连通。
曲向传送带在靠近进料口15的A位置、靠近出料口16的B位置分别与横向传动带交汇,分别称之为进料交汇点和出料交汇点;
横向传动带把装载点火线圈2的托盘3输送到进料交汇点(A位置),然后曲向传送带经过进料交汇点时通过挂钩12带动托盘3上升带走,然后曲向传送带沿上下往复路径把托盘3送至出料交汇点(B位置),横向传送带经过出料交汇点时链板5水平推动托盘3使之脱离挂钩12并带走送出出料口16。就完成了点火线圈2的固化。
上述方法固化的产品抽样进行高低温循环实验,现有技术中的两种固化方式得到的产品同样抽样实验以作对照,实验数据见下表:
上述的实现方式仅是为了清楚的说明本发明的技术方案,而不能理解为对本发明做出任何限制。本发明在本技术领域具有公知的多种替代或者变形,在不脱离本发明实质意义的前提下,均落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于点火线圈的固化流水线,其特征在于,包括若干个固化单元和传送系统:每个固化单元包括设有隔热保温外壁的腔体,腔体一端外壁上设有加热盘和鼓风机,鼓风机固装于加热盘上向所述腔体内送入热风;所有固化单元以成列成行的方式整齐堆叠并列分布并拼合为一体;最底层两端的两个固化单元的腔体分别设有进料口和出料口;
所述传送系统包括横向传送带和曲向传送带,横向传送带沿水平路径通过最底层的各固化单元的腔体内腔以及所述的进料口和出料口,曲向传送带沿上下往复路径通过所有固化单元的腔体内腔;对应横向传送带和曲向传送带的通过路径,相应的固化单元的腔体上下连通或左右连通;
曲向传送带在靠近进料口和出料口的位置分别与横向传动带交汇,分别称之为进料交汇点和出料交汇点;
横向传动带把装载点火线圈的托盘输送到进料交汇点,曲向传送带经过进料交汇点时通过挂钩带动托盘上升带走,曲向传送带沿上下往复路径把托盘送至出料交汇点,横向传送带经过出料交汇点时水平推动托盘脱离挂钩并带走送出出料口。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于点火线圈的固化流水线,其特征在于,所述传送系统包括两条并列的横向传送带和两条并列的曲向传送带,所述横向传送带由链条M和固接于链条M上的链板构成,所述曲向传送带由链条N和铰接于链条N上的挂钩构成;两条并列的横向传送带都位于托盘的底部,减速机M通过驱动链条M带动链板运动,链板推动底部卡在其间的托盘运动;两条并列的曲向传送带分别位于托盘的两侧,减速机N通过驱动链条N带动挂钩运动,两条曲向传送带对应的两个挂钩钩挂住托盘的两侧盘边沿带动托盘运动。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种用于点火线圈的固化流水线,其特征在于,十二个固化单元以4列×3行的方式整齐堆叠并列分布并拼合为一体,曲向传送带以55~65公分/800秒的速度匀速运动。
