The net body of the air outlet net 103 protrudes out of the annular support along the direction opposite to the wind direction.
In order to achieve the purpose of reducing wind resistance for the air inlet net 102 and the air outlet net 103, the middle parts of the net-shaped bodies of the air inlet net 102 and the air outlet net 103 can be provided with annular center connection points.
In order to make the wind blown out by the electric hair dryer blow out along a specific direction, in the embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, a wind nozzle 104 is further provided at the wind outlet of the electric hair dryer main body. Wherein, air-out net 103, tuyere 104 set gradually along the wind direction.
For the structure of the tuyere 104, it may include a connector and a mouthpiece connected in sequence, where the connector is installed at the air outlet, the mouthpiece may be configured to a specific shape to obtain a specific wind direction, and an inner cavity structure of the connector is configured to enable the air to be smoothly guided to the mouthpiece. For example, the mouth body may be provided in a flat cavity shape.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, an air guiding structure 105 may be further disposed at the air outlet, as shown in fig. 4, where the air guiding structure 105 includes: a support 1051 installed at an air outlet of the main body of the hair dryer; and a tapered baffle 1052 provided in the middle of the support 1051, the outer diameter of the tapered baffle 1052 gradually increasing in the wind direction.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the wind guide structure is arranged at the air outlet of the hair dryer main body to reduce wind resistance, and specifically, the support body 1051 is arranged at the air outlet to provide support for the wind guide structure; by arranging the conical guide body 1052 in the middle of the support body 1051 and gradually increasing the outer diameter of the conical guide body 1052 along the wind direction, the friction force between the conical guide body 1052 and the air outlet is obviously reduced, and the air outlet is gradually diverged under the guide action of the conical guide body 1052, so that the aim of reducing the resistance of the air outlet is fulfilled.
In addition, the conical deflector 1052 also serves as a central connection point, but by defining the structure thereof, the conical deflector 1052 is beneficial to reducing resistance to the air outlet compared with a planar central connection point, and achieves the purpose of uniformly guiding the air outlet.
The "wind direction" according to the embodiments of the present disclosure refers to: the wind flows from the air inlet to the air outlet. As shown in fig. 3, the wind guiding structure 105 and the wind outlet net 103 are disposed in this order along the wind direction.
In order to improve the flow guiding effect of the conical flow guiding body 1052 and achieve the purpose of further reducing wind resistance, a plurality of flow guiding grooves are arranged on the outer wall of the conical flow guiding body 1052 along the axial direction in the embodiment of the disclosure. That is, each of the guide grooves extends from one end thereof facing the air inlet to one end thereof facing the air outlet on the outer wall of the tapered guide body 1052, and simultaneously, the plurality of guide grooves are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the tapered guide body 1052.
Further, the diversion trench is arranged into a bent trench so as to enlarge the area of the diversion trench and achieve the purpose of optimizing the resistance reducing effect. For each diversion trench, the bending direction of the diversion trench is the same as the rotation direction of a fan in the electric hair drier, so that the air outlet passes through the diversion trench along the original rotation direction of the diversion trench, and the wind resistance is further reduced.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the cone top of the conical flow guiding body 1052 is set to be in a spherical structure, and since the air outlet firstly contacts with the cone top of the conical flow guiding body 1052, the uniform distribution of the air outlet is facilitated and the uniformity of the air outlet during flow guiding is improved by setting the cone top to be in a spherical structure.
In order to make the air-out flow directly flow through the diversion trench on the outer wall after being evenly distributed by the cone top of the cone-shaped diversion body 1052, the sphere structure on the cone top can be a hemisphere. In order to uniformly guide the air outlet, in the embodiment of the disclosure, the conical guide body 1052 coincides with the central axis of the air inlet.
In view of the purpose of making the electric hair dryer lightweight, the embodiment of the present disclosure may provide the tapered baffle 1052 as a hollow structure with its cavity facing the air outlet. Further, the tapered flow body 1052 may be made of a high-strength and light-weight material, such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, modified polystyrene plastic, and the like.
The structure of the support 1051 for supporting the conical deflector 1052 is exemplified below:
as shown in fig. 4, the support 1051 includes: annular support 10511, and air guide support 10512 disposed inside annular support 10511. Wherein, the annular support 10511 is installed at the air outlet; a tapered baffle 1052 is mounted in the middle of the baffle support 10512.
Considering that the air outlets of the electric hair drier are all designed to be annular structures, the embodiment of the disclosure installs the support 1051 at the air outlet through the annular support 10511. It is appreciated that the annular support 10511 is adapted to the configuration of the air outlet.
In order to ensure smooth discharge of the air-out through the tapered baffle 1052, an air guide support 10512 is provided inside the annular support 10511 to ensure ventilation of the air-out. At the same time, by mounting the conical shaped baffle 1052 on the air guiding support 10512, stable support is provided for the conical shaped baffle 1052.
In order to facilitate maintenance and cleaning of the interior of the hair dryer, the annular support 10511 is detachably mounted at the air outlet of the hair dryer, for example, by screwing, clamping, fastening, or the like.
Considering that the wind guiding support 10512 needs to provide support for the tapered baffle 1052 on the one hand, and needs to provide good baffle function on the other hand, and cannot increase wind resistance, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the wind guiding support 10512 includes: and a plurality of spiral wind guide plates, wherein one end of each spiral wind guide plate is connected with the inner side wall of the annular support 10511, and the other end of each spiral wind guide plate is connected with the end side wall of the conical deflector 1052.
It can be understood that the spiral direction of the plurality of spiral wind guide plates is the same as the rotation direction of the fan inside the electric hair drier.
For a plurality of spiral wind guide plates, one end of each spiral wind guide plate is collected on the side wall of the end part of the conical wind guide body 1052, and the other end of each spiral wind guide plate is dispersed on the inner side wall of the annular support 10511, so that the distance between two adjacent spiral wind guide plates is gradually increased, the dispersibility of the air outlet is improved, and the wind resistance is reduced and the flow guide effect is improved.
Further, the wind guiding support 10512 protrudes outside the annular support 10511 along the wind direction, that is, one end of the wind guiding support 10512 connected with the tapered flow guiding body 1052 is located outside the annular support 10511, and one end of the wind guiding support 10511 connected with the annular support 10511 is located inside the annular support 10511, so that the wind can be quickly guided to the outside, and the resistance of the wind can be further reduced.
In summary, the electric hair drier provided by the embodiment of the disclosure not only has good touch feeling, sealing performance and aesthetic property, but also is beneficial to reducing wind resistance at the air outlet.

Claims (9)

1. An electric hair dryer housing structure, characterized in that, the housing structure includes: an integrally formed body shell (1), an integrally formed handle shell (2) and an inner support piece (3);
the body shell (1) is used for accommodating the electric hair drier body (M), and an operation hole (101) is formed in the side wall of the body shell (1);
the front end of the inner support piece (3) is used for being detachably connected with the electric hair dryer body (M) exposed in the working hole (101);
the handle shell (2) is sleeved outside the inner supporting piece (3), and the front end of the handle shell is clamped with the operation hole (101);
the inner support (3) comprises: an inner support body (301), a connector (302) arranged at the front end of the inner support body (301);
the connector (302) is detachably connected with the hair dryer body (M) through a detachable fastener.
2. A hair dryer housing structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear end of the inner support (3) is detachably connected to the rear end of the handle housing (2).
3. A hair dryer housing structure according to claim 2, characterized in that the rear end of the handle housing (2) is connected to the rear end of the inner support (3) by means of a detachable fastener;
the housing structure further includes: and the cover plate (4) is covered at the rear end of the handle shell (2).
4. A hair dryer housing structure according to claim 3, characterized in that the fastening means are screws (5).
5. A hair dryer housing structure according to claim 2, characterized in that the rear end of the handle housing (2) is clamped with the rear end of the inner support (3).
6. A hair dryer housing structure according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that the handle housing (2) comprises: a handle housing body (201) and a clamping body (202) formed at the front end of the handle housing body (201);
the clamping body (202) is clamped with the working hole (101).
7. A hair dryer, characterized in that it comprises a hair dryer housing structure according to any one of claims 1-6.
8. The hair dryer of claim 7, further comprising: the hair dryer comprises a hair dryer body (M) arranged in a body shell (1), a main control element (N) arranged on an inner supporting piece (3), a switching element (P) arranged on a handle shell (2) and a power line (F);
the electric hair drier body (M) is provided with a connecting area (M1) exposed in the working hole (101), and the connecting area (M1) is detachably connected with the front end of the inner support piece (3);
the electric hair drier body (M) is electrically connected with the main control element (N);
the switch element (P) is electrically connected with the main control element (N);
the power line (F) is electrically connected with the main control element (N) and penetrates out of the rear end of the handle shell (2).
9. A hair dryer according to claim 8, characterized in that said connection zone (M1) is connected to the front end of said inner support (3) by means of screws (5);
the rear end of the handle shell (2) is connected with the rear end of the inner support (3) through a screw (5).
