Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical articles, and particularly relates to an anti-contamination washing gel bead and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The water-soluble film is a film obtained by contacting water (H)2O) can be quickly decomposed, belonging to a novel packaging material. The water-soluble film is generally prepared from low-molecular compounds which can be decomposed, denatured and even degraded after contacting water, can replace the original inner and outer packages due to excellent physical and chemical properties and has wide application range, thereby achieving the purposes of greenness, environmental protection, high efficiency and safety, and having the application fields of pesticides, chemicals, daily chemical products and the like.
At present, the PVA water-soluble film is most widely applied, and the PVA water-soluble film replaces the prior internal and external packages, and has the advantages that: 1. the inner film can reduce the chemical residue on the outer package, reduce the probability of the contact person and the user being damaged by the chemical, and reduce the harm to the environment caused by the harmful pollutant residue on the outer package; 2. as an outer package, the use of plastic and glass products is reduced, and the plastic and glass composite material has the advantages of pollution reduction, environmental protection, easy degradation and the like. The PVA water-soluble film is widely applied to daily chemical articles, is mainly used for products which are relatively light in weight and suitable for small-volume packaging, and can meet the washing requirement by single input if high-concentration detergents are packaged to form washing condensation beads, so that the products not only can arouse the interest of consumers, but also have the advantages of convenience, rapidness and the like.
The PVA water-soluble film is used as the outer package of the washing condensation bead, the effects of quickly dissolving in water and releasing detergent during washing can be achieved, but due to the difference of physical and chemical properties of the water-soluble film, stains are easily formed on clothes, a washing machine filter screen, the inner wall of the washing machine and the like, dirty spots are formed, and the problems of blockage, bacterial breeding and the like are caused. Therefore, how to solve the problem of the water-soluble film of the washing condensation beads in the using process becomes a difficult point to be overcome.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved is as follows: the invention aims to solve the technical problem that stains are easily generated in the using process of the existing washing gel bead so as to form dirty spots, and provides an anti-stain washing gel bead and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme is as follows:
an anti-contamination laundry bead is prepared from a detergent and a water-soluble film encapsulating the detergent, wherein the water-soluble film comprises an inner layer directly contacted with the detergent, a middle solubilizing layer and an outer disintegrating layer, and the layers are compounded through hot pressing;
the inner layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of lubricant, 10-25 parts of plasticizer and 50-80 parts of modified PVA resin;
the solubilizing layer comprises, in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of lubricant, 1-2 parts of solubilizer, 10-25 parts of plasticizer and 50-80 parts of modified PVA resin;
the disintegrating layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of disintegrating agent, 1-5 parts of anti-adhesion agent, 10-25 parts of plasticizer and 50-80 parts of modified PVA resin.
Further, the disintegrating agent is one or a mixture of more of sodium bicarbonate and citric acid composition, potato modified starch, sodium carboxymethyl starch and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
Further, the anti-blocking agent is one or a mixture of several of organic silicone resin, oleylamine and erucamide.
Further, the solubilizer is a mixture of glycerol polyoxypropylene ether and castor oil polyoxyethylene ether.
Further, the lubricant is one or a mixture of two of alkyl modified silicone oil and polyether modified silicone oil.
Further, the plasticizer is one or a mixture of more of triglycerate, polyglycerol and polyethylene glycol.
Further, the thickness of the water-soluble film is 0.05-0.08 mm.
Further, the water content of the detergent is less than 60%.
The preparation method of the anti-contamination laundry gel bead comprises the following steps:
step 1, mixing a disintegrating agent, an anti-adhesion agent, a plasticizer and modified PVA resin in a hot melting way, and blowing a film to prepare a disintegrating layer of the water-soluble film;
step 2, mixing the lubricant, the solubilizer, the plasticizer and the modified PVA resin in a hot melting way, and blowing the film to prepare a solubilizing layer of the water-soluble film;
step 3, mixing the lubricant, the plasticizer and the modified PVA resin in a hot melting way, and blowing the film to prepare the inner layer of the water-soluble film;
step 4, spraying modified PVA sol on the disintegration layer, the solubilization layer and the inner layer, and performing hot-pressing compounding to prepare a water-soluble film;
and 5, encapsulating the detergent liquid drops by adopting a water-soluble film to prepare the anti-contamination washing condensation bead.
The anti-contamination laundry gel bead is prepared from a detergent and a water-soluble film carrying the detergent, wherein the water-soluble film comprises an inner layer directly contacted with the detergent, an intermediate solubilizing layer and an outer disintegrating layer, and the layers are compounded through hot pressing, as shown in figure 1. The disintegrating agent can swell and disintegrate when meeting water, and has the effect of accelerating dissolution; the anti-blocking agent is incompatible with the modified PVA resin, the melting point of the anti-blocking agent is high, and the anti-blocking agent and the modified PVA resin are compatible with water-soluble film raw materials, and after the water-soluble film is prepared, a certain amount of air can be reserved between film layers, so that the effect of preventing the mutual adhesion between the layers is achieved. The plasticizer plays a role in improving the flexibility of the water-soluble film in the film forming process of the water-soluble film; the lubricant can reduce the surface friction coefficient of the water-soluble film and effectively reduce the fracture phenomenon in the processing process; the solubilizer is a surfactant with low surface energy, and can quickly reduce the surface tension of nearby solution after being dispersed in the aqueous solution, so that the homogeneous solubility of the nearby aqueous solution is better.
Has the advantages that: the invention is characterized in that the water-soluble film is different from the existing water-soluble film, the disintegration layer is compounded on the outer surface of the water-soluble film, and the effect of the water-soluble film cracking can be accelerated after the water-soluble film is in contact with water. The solubilization layer is compounded in the middle, so that the effect of improving the solubility of the water-soluble film can be achieved, the water-soluble film is uniformly dispersed in water, and the aggregation and flocculation on textiles or a washing machine are prevented.

And (5) adding the mixture obtained in the step (I) into a film blowing machine, controlling the film laying thickness to be 0.05mm, and rolling for later use.
(III) preparation method of common laundry beads
And (3) packaging the prepared water-soluble film into a high-concentration detergent composition by using a mechanical wet sealing method, and processing the washing gel bead, wherein the volume of the washing gel bead is 55 cubic centimeters.
The laundry beads from examples 1 to 3 were subjected to performance tests and the results were as follows:
from the above results, it can be seen that the laundry beads of the present invention have rapid water solubility, disintegration, and dispersion properties, and can prevent the occurrence of staining during use.
