电子材料除锈清洗剂,各组分及相应的质量份数如下:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚11‑14份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠12‑15份、聚乙二醇5‑8份、苯甲酸钠4‑6份,去离子水35‑45份。本发明提出的电子材料除锈清洗剂以水基为溶剂,以非离子表面活性剂为主要成分,对环境的污染降低,更环保,并且清洗效力更佳,清洗后的电子材料不会锈蚀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗剂,具体涉及一种电子材料除锈清洗剂。
背景技术
在电子产品的生产加工制备过程中,由于电子产品精度及技术要求,需要对其产品进行加工清洗,比如对ULSI衬底、电子玻璃及LCD等表面上的金属离子、有机、无机杂志和固体粒子等进行清洗,均需要使用大量的清洗剂,传统的电子行业使用的清洗剂含有大量破坏臭氧层物质,如三氟三氯乙烷和1、1、1-三氯乙烷等,随着《中国清洗行业ODS整体淘汰计划》的实施,这类清洗剂将被淘汰,取而代之的是环保型的清洗剂。现有电子材料清洗剂生产成本相对较高,且含有的硅酸钠、碳酸钠盐类会对环境造成一定污染,同时清洗效力一般,采用该类清洗剂清洗后的部件会出现锈蚀现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种清洗效力佳、清洗后的材料不锈蚀且直接排液无污染的电子材料除锈清洗剂。
本发明的目的是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的电子材料除锈清洗剂,各组分及相应的质量份数如下:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚11-14份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠12-15份、聚乙二醇5-8份、苯甲酸钠4-6份,去离子水35-45份。
本发明的目的还采用以下技术措施来进一步实现。
