An endoscope hose assembly with a disposable sleeve, comprising an insertion tube and a tip portion mounted at one end of the insertion tube, characterized in that: the tip part comprises a fixed head and a movable head, the movable head is detachably connected with the fixed head, the movable head is fixedly connected with a sheath, and the sheath is sleeved on the insertion tube; the inserting tube comprises a camera line, a lamp light, a water and gas pipeline and a biopsy pipeline, the camera line and the lamp light are fixedly arranged on the fixed head, the outer part of the inserting tube is sleeved with the sheath, the movable head is fixedly connected with the sheath, the water and gas pipeline comprises a water and gas pipe and a water and gas catheter, the biopsy pipeline comprises a biopsy pipe and a biopsy catheter, the water and gas pipe and the biopsy pipe are both fixed on the movable head, the water and gas catheter and the biopsy catheter are both fixed on the fixed head, and the water and gas pipe and the biopsy pipe are respectively arranged in the water and gas catheter and the biopsy catheter in; the fixing head is provided with a first camera hole, a first water air hole, a first biopsy hole and a first light hole, the camera is arranged in the first camera hole, the first water air hole is connected with a water-air sleeve, the first biopsy hole is connected with a biopsy sleeve, the first light hole is provided with light rays, and the light rays are formed by connecting light source lines and fixedly arranging light source lifters in the holes of the light rays; a second camera hole corresponding to the first camera hole, a second water air hole corresponding to the first water air hole, a second biopsy hole corresponding to the first biopsy hole and a second light hole corresponding to the first light hole are respectively arranged on the movable head; the second water-gas hole is connected with a water-gas pipe, the water-gas pipe is arranged in the water-gas guide pipe in a penetrating way, one end of the water-gas guide pipe is connected with the fixed head, the other end of the water-gas guide pipe is connected with an operating handle, a water-gas outlet is arranged on the operating handle, the water-gas outlet comprises an outer opening and an inner opening, the diameter of the outer opening is larger than that of the inner opening, a water delivery sleeve is sleeved on the outer opening, and the water-gas guide pipe is arranged along the water delivery sleeve in a penetrating way and sleeved; an inclined guide surface can be arranged between the inner opening and the outer opening, so that an inclined guide part is formed on the outer surface of the inner opening, and a water-gas guide pipe is conveniently connected with the inclined guide part; one end of the fixed head, which is far away from the movable head, is connected with a fixed sleeve, the fixed sleeve is fixedly connected with the fixed head, a plurality of threaded holes are formed in the fixed sleeve, the bent part is sleeved with the fixed sleeve, and a bolt is screwed in the threaded hole to fix the fixed sleeve and the bent part; in order to facilitate the fixation of each pipeline circuit and the fixing head, threaded holes are also formed in the positions, corresponding to the holes, of the fixing head, bolts are screwed in the threaded holes for fixation, the bolts are all composed of single screws, one end of each bolt is fixed, and the end face of the other end of each bolt is provided with a groove.
