Abstract
The invention discloses a thawing device and refrigeration equipment, wherein the thawing device comprises: the thawing box is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet; the inner container is arranged in the unfreezing box and is provided with a storage cavity for containing food, and the unfreezing cavity communicated with the water inlet and the water outlet is defined between the outer wall surface of the inner container and the inner wall surface of the unfreezing box. Background

In some optional examples, the cover 12 is hermetically connected to the outer periphery of the opening of the box 11, so that the gap between the inner container 20 and the box 11 can be closed, and the water in the thawing chamber 103 is prevented from flowing out from the gap between the cover 12 and the box 11.
As shown in fig. 2, in some examples, an open port is formed at a front side of the case body 11, a water inlet 101 and a water outlet 102 are formed at a top wall and a bottom wall of the thawing box 10, respectively, and at least a portion of the thawing chamber 103 may be formed at a rear side of the inner container 20, thereby allowing water to flow from the top wall to the bottom wall of the thawing box 10, and achieving rapid heat exchange with food in the inner container 20 through the thawing chamber 103.
In some specific examples, one side of the inner container 20 has a food access opening, which is open in the same direction as the opening, and the cover 12 is used to open and close the food access opening of the inner container 20.
In a further example, the cover 12 is further provided with a handle 121 for a user to hold, so that the cover 12 can be opened and closed by holding the handle 121, and the structure is simple and the use is convenient.
In some alternative examples, the outer periphery of the food access opening is provided with an outwardly extending flange 21, the flange 21 may form a ring shape extending along the circumferential direction of the food access opening, and the flange 21 is hermetically connected with the outer periphery of the open opening of the box body 11, so that the gap between the inner container 20 and the box body 11 can be sealed. That is, the outer dimension of the flange 21 is larger than the size of the opening of the case 11 so as to support the flange 21 at the outer periphery of the opening.
As shown in fig. 2, according to an example of the present invention, the case 11 includes: a peripheral wall 111, a top wall 112 and a bottom wall 113. The box 11 may be an integral part, or may be assembled by the peripheral wall 111, the top wall 112 and the bottom wall 113.
In some examples, the peripheral wall 111 extends along the length direction of the liner 20, the cross section of the peripheral wall 111 forms a U shape, the top wall 112 is connected to the top side of the peripheral wall 111, the bottom wall 113 is connected to the bottom side of the peripheral wall 111, i.e., the peripheral wall 111 wraps the outer side of the liner 20, the top wall 112 is arranged on the upper side of the liner 20, and the bottom wall 113 is arranged on the lower side of the liner 20. At least one of the peripheral wall 111, the top wall 112 and the bottom wall 113 is provided with a water guide channel, and the water guide channel is communicated with the defrosting cavity 103, so that water can flow through the defrosting cavity 103.
In some examples, the water inlet 101 is formed on the top wall 112 of the box body 11, the top wall 112 has a plurality of water inlet channels 1121, the plurality of water inlet channels 1121 is in a radiating shape with the water inlet 101 as a center, the water inlet channels 1121 form a part of a water guide channel, and water entering from the water inlet 101 is dispersed around through the plurality of water inlet channels 1121, so that the defrosting efficiency can be improved. Wherein the top wall 112 is a plastic molding.
In some examples, the water outlet 102 is formed on the bottom wall 113 of the box body 11, the bottom wall 113 has a plurality of water outlet channels 1131, the plurality of water outlet channels 1131 are in a radiation shape with the water outlet 102 as a center, the water outlet channels 1131 form a part of the water guide channel, and water in the defrosting cavity 103 flows to the water outlet 102 through the plurality of water outlet channels 1131 in a concentrated manner, so that the water after heat exchange quickly flows out of the defrosting cavity 103, thereby increasing the heat exchange rate and further increasing the defrosting efficiency. The bottom wall 113 is a plastic molding.
In some examples, the inner wall surface of the peripheral wall 111 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 1111 arranged at intervals, each protrusion 1111 extends along the length direction (e.g., the up-down direction in fig. 2) of the peripheral wall 111, a water guiding groove 1112 is defined between two adjacent protrusions 1111, the water guiding groove 1112 forms a part of a water guiding channel, and water entering the defrosting chamber 103 from the water inlet 101 flows from the top to the bottom through the water guiding groove 1112.
As shown in fig. 2, in some specific examples, the water guiding channel includes a water inlet channel 1121, a water outlet channel 1131 and a water guiding groove 1112, and the water entering from the water inlet 101 enters the defrosting cavity 103 through the plurality of water inlet channels 1121, flows to the plurality of water outlet channels 1131 through the water guiding groove 1112, and is discharged through the water outlet 102.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the thawing apparatus 100 further includes: a water inlet connector 30, the water inlet connector 30 being connected at the water inlet 101, the water inlet connector 30 being adapted to be connected to a water source (e.g., a water tap) so as to allow water to flow into the defrosting chamber 103 through the water inlet 101. Wherein the water inlet connector 30 may be a universal connector adapted to connect to different types of water sources.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the inner container 20 is a heat conductor, so that heat exchange is performed through the inner container 20 to improve thawing efficiency. In some specific examples, the inner container 20 is an aluminum material, and the aluminum material has good thermal conductivity, low cost, convenient processing and suitability for popularization.
According to the refrigeration equipment 200 of the second aspect embodiment of the invention, including the thawing device 100 of the first aspect embodiment of the invention, by adopting the thawing device 100, the thawing effect is realized, meanwhile, the loss of food juice is avoided, the taste of food is ensured, and the utilization rate of water resources is also improved.
An embodiment of the thawing apparatus 100 and the refrigerating apparatus 200 according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3. The refrigeration device 200 here may be a refrigerator, a freezer or the like.

2. The thawing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the open opening is formed at a front side of the box body, and the water inlet and the water outlet are formed at a top wall and a bottom wall of the thawing box, respectively.
3. The thawing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the inner container has a food access opening opened in the same direction as the opening, and the cover is configured to open and close the food access opening of the inner container.
4. Thawing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein said food access opening is provided with an outwardly extending flange at its outer periphery, said flange extending circumferentially around said food access opening,
the flanging or the cover body is connected with the outer periphery of the open opening in a sealing manner so as to seal the gap between the inner container and the box body.
5. The thawing apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: and the water inlet joint is connected to the water inlet and is suitable for being connected with a water source.
6. Thawing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said inner container is a thermal conductor.
7. The thawing apparatus of claim 6, wherein the inner container is an aluminum piece.
8. Refrigeration device, characterized in that it comprises a thawing apparatus according to any of the claims 1 to 7.
