The invention relates to the technical field of screw drilling tools, in particular to a hydraulic impact system, which comprises an impact pup joint assembly and a hydraulic pulser assembly connected with the impact pup joint assembly; the impact pup joint assembly comprises a transmission mandrel, an upper joint, a sealing plug, a transmission shell, a discharge nut, a disc spring, a middle sleeve, a mandrel joint, a balance piston, a balance pressure cap, a guniting shell, an adapter, a dust ring, a guide belt and a BA sealing ring; the hydraulic pulser assembly comprises an upper joint, a limiting overflow valve, a metal motor, an integrated movable valve, an integrated static valve, a lower joint and an O-shaped sealing ring, wherein the O-shaped sealing ring is respectively arranged on the upper joint, the integrated static valve and the lower joint. The invention has the remarkable characteristics of safety in use, high working efficiency, stability, long overall service life and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of screw drilling tools, in particular to a hydraulic impact system.
Background
The hydraulic impact system improves the effectiveness of weight on bit transfer during drilling and reduces friction between the lower tool assembly and the borehole by self-generated longitudinal vibrations, which means that the hydraulic impact system can improve weight on bit transfer during all drilling modes, particularly directional drilling with a screw drill, reducing torsional vibrations. With the increasing number of large displacement wells and the continuous extension of horizontal displacement, the drilling mode thereof faces greater challenges:
1. cone bit and PDC bit directional drilling: the footage is less, and the mechanical drilling speed is low;
2. cone bit and PDC bit directional drilling: the downhole friction is large, the tool face is difficult to control, and the drilling efficiency is low;
3. the sliding drilling mechanical drilling speed is obviously lower than that of the composite drilling;
4. the pressure supporting of the directional section and the horizontal section is obvious, and the well path control difficulty is high;
5. the mechanical drilling speed is low and the comprehensive cost is high.

working principle:
the power part of the hydraulic impact system is composed of a 2:1 metal motor, a disc valve is fixed at the lower end of a motor rotor, so that fluid drives the rotor to rotate when passing through the power part, and the characteristic tail end of the motor reciprocates on a plane, so that the hydraulic impact system is called a dynamic valve.
The main component is an integral movable valve and an integral static valve which are tightly matched, and the two valve plates are staggered and overlapped due to the rotation of the rotor, so that the upstream pressure is changed due to the staggered and overlapped, and the periodical relative movement causes the periodical change of the sectional area (maximum value and minimum value) of fluid flowing through the tool.
As shown in fig. 3, when the two disc valves are at a minimum overlap, a maximum pressure drop occurs after passing through the tool because the cross-sectional area of the fluid passing through the tool is at a minimum.
As shown in fig. 4, the two disc valves are maximally (fully) coincident, where the fluid passage cross-sectional area is maximized, so that the resulting pressure drop is minimized. The periodic variation in cross-sectional area results in a synchronous periodic variation in upstream pressure.
Mechanism of action
The power part makes the periodical pressure change of the upstream pressure act on the impact pup joint, so that the impact pup joint continuously presses the internal disc spring to form vibration. The pressure of the fluid of the impact nipple is periodically changed, and the pressure of the disc spring acting in the nipple is large and small, so that the balance pressure cap of the impact nipple axially reciprocates under the dual actions of the pressure and the spring, and thus other drilling tools connected with the tools reciprocate in the axial direction. The compression of the disc spring is energy consuming; the force is directed downwards, i.e. in the direction of the drill bit, when the energy is released.
The hydraulic impact system enables the drilling tools on the upper and lower sides of the hydraulic impact system to longitudinally reciprocate in the well bore, so that temporary static friction of the drilling tools at the well bottom is changed into dynamic friction, and the friction resistance is greatly reduced, so that the tool can effectively reduce the drilling tool dragging phenomenon caused by the well bore track, and ensure effective weight on bit.
The frequency of the vibration of the hydraulic impact system and the flow passing through the tool are in a linear relationship, and the frequency ranges are 8-28 HZ. The acceleration range of the instantaneous impact of the tool is 1/3 times the acceleration of gravity.

A hydraulic impact system, characterized by: the hydraulic pulse device comprises an impact pup joint assembly and a hydraulic pulse device assembly connected with the impact pup joint assembly; the impact pup joint assembly comprises a transmission mandrel, an upper joint, a sealing plug, a transmission shell, a discharge nut, a disc spring, a middle sleeve, a mandrel joint, a balance piston, a balance pressure cap, a guniting shell, an adapter, a dust ring, a guide belt and a BA sealing ring; the dustproof device is characterized in that the dustproof ring, the BA sealing ring and the guide belt are sequentially arranged in an upper joint, a transmission mandrel is connected with one end of the upper joint, the other end of the upper joint is connected with the transmission shell, the middle part of the transmission mandrel is connected with an anti-drop nut, a disc spring is sleeved on the transmission mandrel, the tail end of the transmission mandrel is connected with one end of the mandrel joint, the transmission shell is connected with a middle sleeve, a balance piston is arranged between the mandrel joint and the middle sleeve, the tail end of the middle sleeve is connected with one end of the guniting shell, the other end of the guniting shell is connected with a conversion joint, and the tail end of the mandrel joint is connected with a balance press cap through threads;
