Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. Examples of these preferred embodiments are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, the embodiments of the invention shown in the drawings and described in accordance with the drawings are merely exemplary, and the invention is not limited to these embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the handle assembly 100 of the present invention includes a push rod 10, a housing 20 mounted on the push rod 10, a pull rod 30 mounted on the housing 20, a start switch 40 accommodated in the housing 20, a trigger assembly 50 and an indicator lamp 60, wherein the indicator lamp 60 is used for reminding a user of the current state.
The push rod 10 includes a handle 11 and a mounting arm 12 bent and extended from one end of the handle 11. The housing 20 is mounted on the mounting arm 12, and includes a plurality of side walls 21, and the side walls 21 define a housing cavity 22. Referring to fig. 2, the pull rod 30 is pivotally mounted on the housing 20, and includes a handle 31 located outside the accommodating cavity 22 and a holding arm 32 located inside the accommodating cavity 22. When the handle 31 is pulled up, the holding arm 32 is not in contact with the start switch 40.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5 in combination with fig. 1, the start switch 40 is located in the accommodating cavity 22 for starting the motor. The trigger assembly 50 includes a button 51, a main rack 52 engaged with the button 51, a gear 53 engaged with the main rack 52, a sub-rack 54 engaged with the gear 53, a main elastic member 55 engaged with the main rack 52, and a fixing member 56 for fixing the gear 53 in the receiving chamber 22. A mounting groove 211 and a sliding groove 212 are formed in one side of the side wall 21 facing the accommodating cavity 22, and the main rack 52 and the main elastic element 55 are mounted in the mounting groove 211; the secondary rack 54 is slidably mounted within the chute 212. The button 51 is located partially within the receiving chamber 22 and partially outside the receiving chamber 22. In the present embodiment, the button 51 and the main rack 52 are integrally formed, but in other embodiments, the button 51 and the main rack 52 may be separately provided. The button 51 is provided with a secondary elastic element 511 and a positioning member 512 defining the secondary elastic element 511.
When the button 51 is pressed, the sub elastic member 511 is elastically deformed by the button 51; when the button 51 is released, the button 51 is reset under the action of the auxiliary elastic element 511, so as to drive the main rack 52 to reset.
The gear 53 includes an axle 531, and a main gear 532 and a sub gear 533 mounted on the axle 531; the gear 53 is fixedly connected to the housing cavity 22 by a fixing member 56, specifically, the fixing member 56 is provided with 2 fixing members along the extending direction of the axle 531, and includes a supporting portion 561 formed by protruding from the side wall 21 into the housing cavity 22, and a holding portion 562 provided corresponding to the supporting portion 561, and a through hole is formed between the supporting portion 561 and the holding portion 562; the wheel axle 531 is received at both ends thereof in the through hole and is rotatable therein.
The extending direction of the main rack 52 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the auxiliary rack 54; the main gear 532 is engaged with the main rack 52, and the sub gear 533 is engaged with the sub rack 54. The number of teeth of the main gear 532 is smaller than the number of teeth of the sub gear 533, so that the moving speed of the main rack 52 is smaller than the moving speed of the sub rack 54.
When the handle assembly 100 of the present invention is used, after the button 51 is pressed, the main rack 52 is displaced under the action of the button 51, so as to drive the gear 53 to rotate, and further drive the auxiliary rack 54 to displace along the extending direction of the chute 212, so that the auxiliary rack 54 moves to a position opposite to the start switch 40. The handle 31 is then pulled up, so that the holding arm 32 rotates and holds the sub-rack 54, and the sub-rack 54 holds the start switch 40, thereby starting the motor. When the button 51 and the handle 31 are released, the button 51 is reset under the action of the auxiliary elastic element 511, and the main rack 52 is reset under the action of the main elastic element 55, so as to drive the gear 53 to rotate, and further drive the auxiliary rack 54 to reset, and at this time, the start switch 40 turns off the motor. Because neither pulling the handle 31 nor pressing the button 51 alone triggers the start switch 40, the handle assembly 100 of the present invention has high safety, and can effectively avoid the user from starting the motor due to misoperation, thereby effectively avoiding accidents.
A power tool is also disclosed, including the handle assembly 100. The electric tool is a snowplow or a grass pusher.
In summary, the handle assembly 100 of the present invention forms a dual trigger structure to start the motor by providing the button 51 and the pull rod 30 corresponding to the button 51, so as to improve the use safety of the electric tool of the present invention, thereby effectively avoiding the user from starting the motor due to misoperation and further effectively avoiding the occurrence of safety accidents.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and not for limiting the same, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications and equivalents may be made thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
