Abstract
本发明公开了一种化妆品收纳盒的IMD成型工艺,包括以下步骤:选材、备胶、裁料、复合和成型。本发明在装饰片材与化妆品收纳盒的结合工艺方面再次采用IMD技术,也就是将装饰片材放入到化妆品收纳盒模具当中进行模内注塑,在克服装饰片材的基材与化妆品收纳盒的基材之间无法结合的问题,采用在装饰片材的背面形成一层固态的薄膜底涂,关键薄膜底涂是需要选用热熔特性的粘合剂,如此使装饰片材与化妆品收纳盒的结合达到以下效果:操作简化、成型效率提升、结合牢靠、合格率更高、成型品质更好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品收纳盒生产技术领域,更具体地说是一种化妆品收纳盒的IMD成型工艺。
背景技术
IMD的中文名称:模内装饰技术,亦称免涂装技术。英文名称:In-MoldDecoration,IMD是国际风行的表面装饰技术,表面硬化透明薄膜,中间印刷图案层,背面注塑层,油墨中间,可使产品耐摩擦,防止表面被刮花,并可长期保持颜色的鲜明不易退色。
现有技术当中,厂家将IMD成型的装饰片材直接用胶水粘在化妆品收纳盒上,这种做法会带来以下缺陷:(1)涂胶后需要将装饰片材小心翼翼按在化妆品收纳盒上,指甲会不经意划伤装饰片材,而且手工安装会使装饰片材错位,所以市场上装饰片材在化妆品收纳盒上歪歪扭扭的存在不在少数;(2)涂胶的均匀度无法得到,以及手工按压的力度和施力点在单一点上,所以会造成装饰片材安装不平整;(3)最后,就是装饰片材与化妆品收纳盒之间结合不牢靠,早早脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术以上缺陷,提供一种操作简化、成型效率提升、结合牢靠、合格率更高、成型品质更好的化妆品收纳盒的IMD成型工艺。
为了达到以上目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种化妆品收纳盒的IMD成型工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)选材:选取装饰片材毛坯,所述装饰片材毛坯的表面为硬化透明薄膜层,内面为基材层,中间为油墨层,所述油墨层上印制有多个按矩阵方式排列的图像单元;
(2)备胶:选取热熔特性的粘合剂,将粘合剂在所述基材层背面形成一层薄膜底涂,冷却后生成固态,得到成品装饰片材;
(3)裁料:沿着所述油墨层上各个图像单元的轮廓线逐一裁剪下来,将所述成品装饰片材进行分解,得到多个图像单元装饰片;
(4)复合:择取一个图像单元装饰片,放入到与其大小相匹配的化妆品收纳盒注塑模具中,定位后合模注塑,将液态高温基材注射在图像单元装饰片的背面,粘合剂受热从固化到液化,使树脂与图像单元装饰片结合成一体;
(5)成型:冷却后固化脱模成型。
本发明在装饰片材与化妆品收纳盒的结合工艺方面再次采用IMD技术,也就是将装饰片材放入到化妆品收纳盒模具当中进行模内注塑,在克服装饰片材的基材与化妆品收纳盒的基材之间无法结合的问题,采用在装饰片材的背面形成一层固态的薄膜底涂,关键薄膜底涂是需要选用热熔特性的粘合剂,如此使装饰片材与化妆品收纳盒的结合达到以下效果:操作简化、成型效率提升、结合牢靠、合格率更高、成型品质更好。
作为优选,在上述步骤(2)中,热熔特性的粘合剂为具有功能型热粘性粘合剂的IMD粘合剂。
IMD粘合剂,作为功能型热粘性粘合剂,用于模内装饰注塑成型(IMD),对难以粘合的制品和薄膜,例如ABS、AS、PVC、PS、PP等具有良好的附着性。IMD粘合剂在印刷或复合前的底涂,改善薄膜的表面附着性,适用性广,对PE、PP、PVC等低粘性薄膜;以及PVF、PVDF、ETFE等不粘性氟膜亦有明显的粘合促进作用。
作为优选,在上述步骤(1)中,多个图像单元为单一光栅图、单一光纹图或光栅图和光纹图的组合。
光栅图,利用特种光学材料(通称光栅材料)在平面上展示出栩栩如生的立体世界,匪夷所思的立体效果。手摸上去是平的,眼看上去是立体的,有突出的前景和深邃的后景,景物逼真。各类型图像都可以做出立体效果。是结合数码科技与传统印刷输出的技术,用一组序列的立体图像去构成一张图片,图片表面履盖着一层的光栅所组成的。光栅画通过不同加工和材料的选择,还可以做出网上所说的二变,三变,旋转,缩放,彩虹等效果,实际都是光栅成像原理上的引申做法。由于光栅立体画的成本比较高,任何保存好库存的光栅立体画就非常重要。
光纹图,又名折射光纹图,通过纸面压纹、凹版印刷、丝网印刷、浮雕压纹、重压烫金压纹来体现强烈折射激光折光效果,它使设计图与色彩纹理结合产生出各种放射、明暗、旋转、波浪等极强流动视觉效果变化。不同形式的线条烫金压纹效果,直线压纹、弧线压纹、三角线压纹、波浪线压纹、2D-3D幻变折光压纹、同心圆压纹、同心矩形压纹及各种图像压纹烫金效果,将印刷光纹、烫金同压折光光纹的设计领域推向了一个更高的层次。它将所需折光光纹图案转压/烫印到金银卡、镭射彩虹素面卡纸/喷铝纸上,形成强烈折射逻辑光纹折光效果。它产生的印刷折光光纹、折光光纹压纹、烫金同压折光光纹、磨砂冰花叠加光纹的产品豪华夺目,色彩亮丽光泽,精美绝伦,七彩金雕镭射折光,金碧辉煌,金属质感,磨砂冰花蚀刻,产品整体效果层次和品位远比普通印刷/压纹/烫金压纹质高品贵。这种因折射产生的变化复杂多变,扫描仿冒造假均无法进行,具有较强防伪功能。

为了使本发明的技术手段、创作特征与达成目的易于明白理解,以下结合具体实施例进一步阐述本发明。
实施例:一种化妆品收纳盒的IMD成型工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)选材:选取装饰片材毛坯,所述装饰片材毛坯的表面为硬化透明薄膜层,内面为基材层,中间为油墨层,所述油墨层上印制有多个按矩阵方式排列的图像单元,多个图像单元为单一光栅图、单一光纹图或光栅图和光纹图的组合。
(2)备胶:选取热熔特性的粘合剂,热熔特性的粘合剂为具有功能型热粘性粘合剂的IMD粘合剂,将粘合剂在所述基材层背面形成一层薄膜底涂,冷却后生成固态,得到成品装饰片材。
(3)裁料:沿着所述油墨层上各个图像单元的轮廓线逐一裁剪下来,将所述成品装饰片材进行分解,得到多个图像单元装饰片。
(4)复合:择取一个图像单元装饰片,放入到与其大小相匹配的化妆品收纳盒注塑模具中,定位后合模注塑,将液态高温基材注射在图像单元装饰片的背面,粘合剂受热从固化到液化,使树脂与图像单元装饰片结合成一体。
(5)成型:冷却后固化脱模成型。

Claims (3)
1.一种化妆品收纳盒的IMD成型工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)选材:选取装饰片材毛坯,所述装饰片材毛坯的表面为硬化透明薄膜层,内面为基材层,中间为油墨层,所述油墨层上印制有多个按矩阵方式排列的图像单元;
(2)备胶:选取热熔特性的粘合剂,将粘合剂在所述基材层背面形成一层薄膜底涂,冷却后生成固态,得到成品装饰片材;
(3)裁料:沿着所述油墨层上各个图像单元的轮廓线逐一裁剪下来,将所述成品装饰片材进行分解,得到多个图像单元装饰片;
(4)复合:择取一个图像单元装饰片,放入到与其大小相匹配的化妆品收纳盒注塑模具中,定位后合模注塑,将液态高温基材注射在图像单元装饰片的背面,粘合剂受热从固化到液化,使树脂与图像单元装饰片结合成一体;
(5)成型:冷却后固化脱模成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品收纳盒的IMD成型工艺,其特征在于,在上述步骤(2)中,热熔特性的粘合剂为具有功能型热粘性粘合剂的IMD粘合剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的化妆品收纳盒的IMD成型工艺,其特征在于,在上述步骤(1)中,多个图像单元为单一光栅图、单一光纹图或光栅图和光纹图的组合。
