Abstract
The invention discloses a stewpan, which comprises a saucepan body, a saucepan cover, a long handle and a short handle, wherein the long handle and the short handle are respectively provided with a first light source, a first controller and a first measuring device, as well as a second light source, a second controller and a second measuring device, and the controller calculates the blood lipid concentration of a user body according to a preset relation between the transmitted light quantity of light rays emitted by the light sources and the blood lipid concentration; the pot cover is provided with an oil removing mechanism which removes oil according to the calculated blood fat concentration. The stewpan disclosed by the invention is based on the biological detection principle that the absorbed light quantity strongly depends on the blood fat concentration, the more the blood fat concentration is, the more infrared light is absorbed and the less red light is absorbed, so that the blood fat concentration in the body of a user is conveniently measured in real time, and the oil removal operation of food is carried out according to the blood fat concentration, so that the user can obtain healthier diet, and the body health of the user is ensured.

Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, people are more and more easy to suffer from diseases such as obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and the like, and personal health problems are more and more concerned, however, the existing food processing equipment generally works according to the setting of a user, and the food requirement at will of the user is taken as a functional target, so that the personal health problems of cooking links which are more and more concerned are brought forward.

the pot cover is used for sealing the pot body, the pot cover is provided with an oil removing mechanism, the oil removing mechanism comprises a loose porous spongy disc made of food-grade silica gel and an actuator for driving the disc to lift, and the diameter of the disc is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the pot body;
the long handle is provided with a concave part which is suitable for placing the thumb of the user and a holding part which is suitable for holding the rest four fingers of the user; the concave part comprises an inclined plane contacted with the thumb and a vertical plane positioned on one side of the inclined plane, the inclined plane is a transparent optical lens, a first light source is arranged on the vertical plane and emits infrared light rays in a first wave band, a first controller and a first measuring device for measuring the transmitted light quantity of the infrared light rays are arranged in the long handle on one side of the inclined plane, and the first controller is used for receiving data of the first measuring device and calculating the blood fat concentration in the body of the user according to the preset relation between the transmitted light quantity of the infrared light rays and the blood fat concentration;
the short handle is provided with a through holding part, one side of the holding part is a vertical surface, and the other side of the holding part is a wavy surface which is suitable for being held by four fingers of a user; the vertical surface is provided with a second light source which emits red light rays in a second wave band, a light lens, a second controller and a second measuring device for measuring the transmitted light quantity of the red light rays are arranged inside the short handle on one side of the wave surface, and the second controller is used for receiving data of the second measuring device and calculating the blood fat concentration in the body of the user according to the preset relation between the transmitted light quantity of the red light rays and the blood fat concentration;
if the user holds the long handle and the short handle simultaneously, the first controller and the second controller calculate the blood lipid concentration of the body of the user simultaneously, and the highest value of the two calculation results is taken as the final blood lipid concentration; if the user only holds any one of the long handle or the short handle, the calculation result of the first controller or the second controller is directly used as the final blood fat concentration;
and finally, taking the blood fat concentration as an execution basis of an oil removing mechanism: when the final blood fat concentration does not exceed the first threshold value, the oil removing mechanism does not act; when the final blood fat concentration exceeds a first threshold value, starting the oil removing mechanism and carrying out one oil removing operation, wherein the oil removing operation is that the disc is driven by the actuator to descend to the position of the highest liquid level in the pot (namely the floating position of the oil of the stewed food) detected by the liquid level sensor to absorb the oil of the stewed food for a first set time, and then the disc is driven by the actuator to return to the original position; when the final blood lipid concentration exceeds a second threshold value larger than the first threshold value, the oil removing mechanism is started and carries out oil removing operation for a plurality of times, and the times and the blood lipid concentration form a positive correlation relationship.
Preferably, the disc of the oil removing mechanism and the actuator are detachably connected, so that the disc can be replaced or cleaned conveniently.
The stewpan disclosed by the invention is based on the biological detection principle that the absorbed light quantity strongly depends on the blood fat concentration, the more the blood fat concentration is, the more infrared light is absorbed and the less red light is absorbed, so that the blood fat concentration in the body of a user is conveniently measured in real time, and the oil removal operation of food is carried out according to the blood fat concentration, so that the user can obtain healthier diet, and the body health of the user is ensured. Detailed Description
The structure of the present system and the functions performed are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the stewpan includes a pan body 1, a pan cover 2 hinged to the pan body 1, a long handle 3 disposed on one side of the pan body 1, and a short handle 4 disposed on the other side of the pan body 1 symmetrically to the long handle 3;
the pot body 1 is used for containing and stewing food materials, and a liquid level sensor (not shown) is arranged inside the pot body 1;
the cooker cover 2 is used for sealing the cooker body 1, the cooker cover 2 is provided with an oil removing mechanism, and the oil removing mechanism comprises a loose porous spongy disc 5 made of food-grade silica gel and an actuator 6 used for driving the disc 5 to lift;
as shown in fig. 2, the long handle 3 has a concave portion 7 adapted to be placed by the thumb of the user, and a grip portion 8 adapted to be gripped by the remaining four fingers of the user; the concave part 7 comprises an inclined plane 9 contacted with the thumb and a vertical plane 10 positioned at one side of the inclined plane 9, the inclined plane 9 is a transparent optical lens, a first light source 11 is arranged on the vertical plane 10 and emits infrared light rays in a first wave band, a first controller 12 and a first measuring device 13 for measuring the transmitted light quantity of the infrared light rays are arranged inside the long handle at one side of the inclined plane 9, and the first controller 12 is used for receiving the data of the first measuring device 13 and calculating the blood fat concentration in the body of the user according to the preset relation between the transmitted light quantity of the infrared light rays and the blood fat concentration;
as shown in fig. 3, the short handle 4 has a through holding part 14, one side of the holding part 14 is a vertical surface 15, and the other side is a wavy surface 16 adapted to be held by four fingers of a user; the vertical surface 15 is provided with a second light source 17 which emits red light rays in a second waveband, a light lens 18, a second controller 20 and a second measuring device 19 for measuring the transmitted light quantity of the red light rays are arranged inside the short handle at one side of the wavy surface 16, and the second controller 20 is used for receiving the data of the second measuring device 19 and calculating the blood fat concentration in the body of the user according to the preset relation between the transmitted light quantity of the red light rays and the blood fat concentration;
if the user holds the long handle 3 and the short handle 4 at the same time, the first controller 12 and the second controller 20 simultaneously calculate the blood lipid concentration in the body of the user, and take the highest value of the two calculation results as the final blood lipid concentration; if the user only holds one of the long handle 3 or the short handle 4, the calculation result of the first controller 12 or the second controller 20 is directly used as the final blood lipid concentration;
and finally, taking the blood fat concentration as an execution basis of an oil removing mechanism: when the final blood fat concentration does not exceed the first threshold value, the oil removing mechanism does not act; when the final blood fat concentration exceeds a first threshold value, the oil removing mechanism is started and carries out an oil removing operation, wherein the oil removing operation means that the disc 5 is driven by the actuator 6 to descend to the position of the highest liquid level in the pot (namely the floating position of the oil of the stewed food) detected by the liquid level sensor to absorb the oil of the stewed food for a first set time, and then the disc 5 is driven by the actuator 6 to return to the original position;
when the final blood fat concentration exceeds a second threshold value which is larger than the first threshold value, the oil removing mechanism is started and carries out oil removing operation for a plurality of times, and the times and the blood fat concentration have positive correlation.

1. A stewpan, which comprises a pan body, a pan cover hinged with the pan body, a long handle arranged on one side of the pan body, and a short handle symmetrically arranged on the other side of the pan body with respect to the long handle,
the pot body is used for containing and stewing food materials, and a liquid level sensor is arranged inside the pot body;
the pot cover is used for sealing the pot body, the pot cover is provided with an oil removing mechanism, the oil removing mechanism comprises a loose porous spongy disc made of food-grade silica gel and an actuator for driving the disc to lift, and the diameter of the disc is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the pot body;
the long handle is provided with a concave part which is suitable for placing the thumb of the user and a holding part which is suitable for holding the rest four fingers of the user; the concave part comprises an inclined plane contacted with the thumb and a vertical plane positioned on one side of the inclined plane, the inclined plane is a transparent optical lens, a first light source is arranged on the vertical plane and emits infrared light rays in a first wave band, a first controller and a first measuring device for measuring the transmitted light quantity of the infrared light rays are arranged in the long handle on one side of the inclined plane, and the first controller is used for receiving data of the first measuring device and calculating the blood fat concentration in the body of the user according to the preset relation between the transmitted light quantity of the infrared light rays and the blood fat concentration;
the short handle is provided with a through holding part, one side of the holding part is a vertical surface, and the other side of the holding part is a wavy surface which is suitable for being held by four fingers of a user; the vertical surface is provided with a second light source which emits red light rays in a second wave band, a light lens, a second controller and a second measuring device for measuring the transmitted light quantity of the red light rays are arranged inside the short handle on one side of the wave surface, and the second controller is used for receiving data of the second measuring device and calculating the blood fat concentration in the body of the user according to the preset relation between the transmitted light quantity of the red light rays and the blood fat concentration;
if the user holds the long handle and the short handle simultaneously, the first controller and the second controller calculate the blood lipid concentration of the body of the user simultaneously, and the highest value of the two calculation results is taken as the final blood lipid concentration; if the user only holds one of the long handle or the short handle, the calculation result of the first controller or the second controller is directly used as the final blood fat concentration;
and finally, taking the blood fat concentration as an execution basis of an oil removing mechanism: when the final blood fat concentration does not exceed the first threshold value, the oil removing mechanism does not act; when the final blood fat concentration exceeds a first threshold value, starting an oil removing mechanism and carrying out primary oil removing operation, wherein the oil removing operation is that the disc is driven by an actuator to descend to the position of the highest liquid level in the pot detected by a liquid level sensor to absorb grease of stewed food and lasts for a first set time, and then the disc is driven by the actuator to return; when the final blood lipid concentration exceeds a second threshold value larger than the first threshold value, the oil removing mechanism is started and carries out oil removing operation for a plurality of times, and the times and the blood lipid concentration form a positive correlation relationship.
