Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the background technology and provide a synthesis mechanism of a lockset, which can be opened by using a coded lock and can be opened by using a mechanical lock, thereby bringing convenience to work and life.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a combination mechanism of a mechanical lock and a coded lock for a nursing workstation comprises a lock rod capable of moving vertically and a mechanical lock head capable of being positioned on a cabinet body in a rotatable mode and enabling the lock rod to move upwards or downwards by pressing a hook pull piece at the top of the lock rod; a plurality of locking bar locking pieces are fixed on the locking bar and are respectively matched with the drawer locking pieces on the drawer sides in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the method is characterized in that: the top of the lock rod is also fixed with a lifting piece, and the cabinet body is provided with a coded lock which can be matched with the lifting piece in a lifting way.
The lifting piece is fixed on the hooking piece; the included angle between the hook pull piece and the lifting pull piece is 30-150 degrees.
The normal line of the plane of the hooking sheet and the lifting sheet is perpendicular to the horizontal plane; the included angle between the hook pull piece and the lifting pull piece is 90 degrees.
The hook pull piece is provided with a first L-shaped hole; the first deflector rod on the mechanical lock head is rotatably inserted into the first L-shaped hole, and the rotation diameter of the first deflector rod is smaller than the height and the width of the first L-shaped hole.
The lifting piece is provided with a second L-shaped hole, and a second deflector rod on the coded lock head is rotatably inserted into the second L-shaped hole, and the rotation diameter of the second deflector rod is smaller than the height and the width of the second L-shaped hole.
The cabinet body is also provided with a spring for lifting the lock rod upwards.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the user can select the coded lock or the mechanical lock to unlock the lockset according to the requirement; when the password is forgotten or the key is forgotten, the lock can still be unlocked; therefore, great convenience is brought to the user on the premise of ensuring the safety of the lockset.

Detailed Description
Further description will be given below of embodiments shown in the drawings.
The lockset with the mechanical lock and the coded lock shown in the drawing comprises a lock rod 3 capable of moving vertically and a mechanical lock head 2; a plurality of locking rod locking pieces 3-1 which are arranged along the length direction of the locking rod are fixed on the locking rod and are respectively matched with the drawer locking pieces 7-1 on the side of each drawer 7 in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the mechanical lock head is rotatably positioned on the cabinet body (the cabinet body is omitted in the figure for clarity of the drawing), and the lock rod is enabled to move upwards or downwards by pressing the hooking piece 4 at the top of the lock rod, so that unlocking or locking of the lock is realized. This is similar to existing lock structures.
The improvement of the invention is that a lifting piece 5 is also fixed on the top of the lock rod, and a coded lock 1 which can be matched with the lifting piece in a lifting way is arranged on the cabinet body. The hook pull piece is provided with a first L-shaped hole 4-1, and the first L-shaped hole is formed by connecting a vertical section and a horizontal section in a penetrating way (the traditional hook pull piece is only provided with the horizontal section; the invention adds the vertical section to form an L-shaped hole); the first deflector rod 2-1 on the mechanical lock head is rotatably inserted into the first L-shaped hole, and the rotation diameter of the first deflector rod is smaller than the height (the height of the vertical section) and the width (the width of the horizontal section) of the first L-shaped hole.
As a recommendation, the lifting tab is fixed on the hooking tab; the included angle between the hook pull tab (plane) and the lifting pull tab (plane) is 30-150 degrees.
As a further recommendation, the included angle between the hook tab (plane) and the pull tab (plane) is 90 degrees, and the plane normal of the hook tab and the plane normal of the pull tab are both perpendicular to the horizontal plane.
In addition, a second L-shaped hole 5-1 is formed in the lifting piece, and a second deflector rod 1-1 on the coded lock head is rotatably inserted into the second L-shaped hole, and the rotation diameter of the second deflector rod is smaller than the height and the width of the second L-shaped hole; the figure can be seen: the second L-shaped hole is similar to the first L-shaped hole and is formed by connecting a vertical section and a horizontal section in a penetrating way.
The cabinet body is also provided with a pair of springs 8 for applying upward tension to the lock rod.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
1. the lockset is in a locking state (states of fig. 6, 9 and 10); at this time, the first deflector rod of the mechanical lock head is positioned at the vertical section of the first L-shaped hole, and the second deflector rod of the coded lock head is positioned at the vertical section of the second L-shaped hole;
2. after the coded lock inputs the code, the knob is rotated clockwise for 180 degrees, the second deflector rod of the coded lock head is driven to revolve for 180 degrees (the mechanical lock does not act) and simultaneously pushes against the lower side hole wall of the horizontal section of the second L-shaped hole, so that the lock rod is forced to move downwards from the locking state; after the lock rod is wholly moved downwards, the lock rod baffle deviates from the locking plate of the drawer, and the drawer can be unlocked and pulled out (the state of figure 7); thereafter, the lock state can be restored only by the combination lock (the locking process is that the combination lock knob is rotated 180 degrees anticlockwise, the second deflector rod of the coded lock head is driven to revolve 180 degrees, and the lock rod is pulled by the spring force to move upwards to the lock state).
Or after the mechanical lock is inserted into the key, the mechanical lock is rotated clockwise for 180 degrees, the first deflector rod of the lock head of the mechanical lock is driven to revolve 180 degrees (the coded lock does not act) and simultaneously pushes against the lower side hole wall of the horizontal section of the first L-shaped hole, so that the lock rod is forced to move downwards from the locking state; after the lock rod is wholly moved downwards, the lock rod baffle deviates from the locking plate of the drawer, and the drawer can be unlocked and pulled out (the state of figure 8); thereafter, the locked state can be restored only by the mechanical lock (the locking process is that the key of the mechanical lock is turned 180 degrees anticlockwise, the first deflector rod of the lock head of the mechanical lock is driven to revolve 180 degrees, and the lock rod is pulled by the spring force to move upwards to the locked state).
3. When the coded lock is in an unlocking state, the mechanical lock is in an immovable state;
4. when the mechanical lock is in an unlocking state, the coded lock is in an immovable state.
5. Advantages are that
(1) The coded lock is used for unlocking the drawer at ordinary times, and when the coded lock fails, the mechanical lock can be used for unlocking, so that the problems that the drawer cannot be opened when the coded lock is needed in an emergency in the use process are avoided.
(2) The mechanical lock is used for unlocking the drawer at ordinary times, and after the coded lock fails, the coded lock can be used for unlocking, so that the problems that the drawer cannot be opened when the use is needed in an emergency in the use process are avoided.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and various modifications and changes will occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
