An intelligent temperature control system of a water heater comprises a key module for controlling the start and the close of an intelligent temperature working mode, a CPU control module connected with the key module, a detection module for detecting the temperature of inlet water and a main control substrate connected with the detection module. The main control substrate is in two-way communication connection with the CPU control module, the main control substrate can transmit the water inlet temperature value detected by the detection module to the CPU control module, the CPU control module can automatically calculate the set temperature value according to the water inlet temperature value and feed back the set temperature value to the main control substrate, and the main control substrate controls the combustion intensity of the combustor according to the set temperature value. The intelligent temperature control system of the water heater can automatically adjust the set temperature according to the water inlet temperature, avoids overhigh and overlow set temperature, and increases the use comfort of the water heater.
