Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments of the present application and corresponding drawings. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
The following describes in detail the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application discloses a lighting system, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, which comprises a lighting device 1, a chassis assembly 2 and a suspension wire 3. The chassis assembly 2 is usually installed on the ceiling for fixing and controlling, and the chassis assembly 2 may have different structures according to its design and the structural difference of the lighting device 1, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, at least the chassis assembly 2 in this embodiment has a driving power source, the suspension wire 3 is electrically connected with the driving power source, and the driving power source may be connected with the mains and supply power to the lighting device 1. On the basis, the chassis assembly 2 may further have a controller therein, which may receive an external control signal and perform dimming, toning, and other control of the lighting device 1. Also, in order to save space, the driving power supply and the controller in the present embodiment may be integrated (denoted by reference numeral 23 in the figure).
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the chassis assembly 2 includes main components such as a bottom case 20, a hanger 21, a power source frame 22, a connection terminal 24, and a wire locker 25, in addition to a driving power source and a controller.
Wherein the bottom shell 20 plays a role of protection and decoration, and other components are arranged in or above the bottom shell. The power frame 22 is fixed in the bottom shell 20, the driving power source, the controller 23 and the wiring terminal 24 are all fixed with the power frame 22, the bottom shell 20 is provided with a hanging wire perforation 200, the upper end of the hanging wire 3 passes through the hanging wire perforation 200 and is fixed with the bottom shell 20 through a wire locking device 25, and structural connection is completed. At the same time, the connection terminal 24 is also electrically connected to the suspension wire 3. The hanger 21 is typically positioned at the top of the interior of the bottom shell 20 for securing with the ceiling, and at the same time, the hanger 21 is fixedly connected with the bottom shell 20 to secure the entire chassis assembly to the ceiling.
The lighting device 1 is connected with the bottom end of the suspension wire 3 and is suspended below the chassis assembly 2 by the suspension wire 3. In a lighting system, the number of lighting devices 1 may be only one (see fig. 1), or a plurality may be present at the same time (see fig. 3). When there are several lighting devices 1 at the same time, it is preferable that the lighting devices 1 are arranged in sequence in the vertical direction in consideration of the limitation of the lateral dimension of the chassis assembly 2. The lighting devices 1 may have the same size or may have different sizes. As shown in fig. 4, the connecting arm 26 may be added to assist in fixing, and the hanging wire through hole 200 is formed in the connecting arm 26, and the hanging rack 21 is connected with the bottom shell 20 and the connecting arm 26.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, the lighting device 1 in the present embodiment includes a light emitting module 10, a main light emitting portion 12, an auxiliary light emitting portion 14, and a light guiding portion 16. The light emitting module 10 is used as a light source of a lighting device, and is generally in a strip or ring structure. When the light emitting module 10 is an LED (chinese name: light emitting diode, english full name: light Emitting Diode) light emitting module, a plurality of LED light beads 100 are disposed on the light emitting module 10. Generally, the LED lamp beads 100 are disposed on a surface of the power substrate 102, which is the assembly surface of the LED lamp beads, and at the same time, the assembly surface is generally perpendicular to the central line a of the light emission angle of the LED lamp beads 100.
In this embodiment, the plane where the mounting surface is located is taken as the reference surface b, and there is a limit to the emission angle of the light of the LED lamp bead 100, so that the emitted light is approximately in a fan shape, and therefore, the light source of the light emitting module 10 can emit only from one side of the reference surface b, which is referred to as the light emitting side b1 in this embodiment, and the other side of the reference surface which cannot be irradiated by the light source of the light emitting module 10 is referred to as the backlight side b2 in this embodiment. Of course, the embodiment is not limited to the light emitting modules 10 of other types, but the light emitting modules 10 each include a light emitting side b1 and a backlight side b2 separated by a reference plane b.
The main light emitting portion 12 is a main lighting component of the lighting device, and most of the light emitted by the light emitting module 10 is emitted to the outside through the main light emitting portion 12. The auxiliary light emitting portion 14 serves as an ornament of the lighting device for improving the aesthetic property of the lighting device.
Since the auxiliary light emitting portion 14 plays an auxiliary role of reminding, decoration, etc., and also ensures the illumination intensity of the main light emitting portion 12, the auxiliary light emitting portion 14 cannot be allocated too many light sources, and on the premise that the effect of the auxiliary light emitting portion 14 is emphasized, the auxiliary light emitting portion 14 and the main light emitting portion 12 are preferably separated from each other, so that the influence of the main light emitting portion 12 on the auxiliary light emitting portion 14 is avoided. In this regard, as shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the main light emitting portion 12 is provided on the light emitting side b1, and the auxiliary light emitting portion 14 is provided on the backlight side b2. Meanwhile, since the light emitted from the light emitting module 10 is located only at the light emitting side b1, in order to guide the light of the light emitting module 10 to the auxiliary light emitting portion 14, the present embodiment provides the light guiding portion 16 at the light emitting side b1, and guides the received light to the auxiliary light emitting portion 14 through the light guiding portion 16, thereby achieving normal light emission of the auxiliary light emitting portion 14.
In addition, for example, when the lighting system is disposed on the ceiling, the auxiliary light emitting portion 14 is typically disposed on a side wall perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and at this time, the reference plane b is also parallel to the side wall, so that the light emitting side b1 and the backlight side b2 are distributed in the horizontal direction. The light emitting module 10 and the main light emitting part 12 are generally distributed in a ring shape such as a circular ring, a rectangular ring, a hexagonal ring, etc., and the auxiliary light emitting part 14 may be in a segmented manner or in a ring structure.
In the present embodiment, the main light emitting portion 12 includes a first incident surface 120 and a first emitting surface 122, and the light emitted by the light emitting module 10 enters the main light emitting portion 12 from the first incident surface 120, so that the first incident surface 120 is recommended to be located in front of the light emitting module 10, preferably in front of the light emitting module 10, so that a central line a of the light emitting angle passes through the middle of the first incident surface 120. After the light propagates inside the main light emitting portion 12, most of the light is concentrated and emitted from the first emitting surface 122. The position of the first exit surface 122 is also adjusted accordingly for different appearance and performance requirements of the lighting device.
For a ceiling-mounted luminaire, the first exit surface 122 is generally disposed below, so that light is emitted downward. At this time, the first exit surface 122 may be disposed below the central line a, and the first exit surface 122 may be disposed substantially parallel to the horizontal plane, or may have a certain inclination angle.
However, since the light emitted from the light emitting module 10 into the first incident surface 120 propagates downward and also propagates upward, in order to guide the light propagating upward to the first exit surface 122, the first reflecting surface 124 is disposed opposite to the first exit surface 122, and the first reflecting surface 124 is located above the center line a, and reflects a portion of the received light propagating upward to the downward direction, and is emitted from the first exit surface 122, as shown in the light path L1 in fig. 8. At the same time, a part of the light received by the first reflecting surface 124 is also directly refracted out (see the optical path L6 in fig. 8).
Since the reference plane b of the light emitting module 10 is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, that is, the central line a is parallel to the horizontal plane, in this case, most of the light rays have a small included angle with the horizontal plane, and in the case that the length of the main light emitting portion 10 is not large, the light rays may directly irradiate the other side of the main light emitting portion 10 from the first incident surface 120, but cannot pass through the first emitting surface 122 or the first reflecting surface 124. For this reason, the main light emitting portion 12 in the present embodiment also has a second reflecting surface 126 therein. The second reflecting surface 126 is disposed opposite to the first incident surface 120, and is inclined toward the first emitting surface 122 from a side close to the first incident surface 120 to a side far from the first incident surface 120. Referring to the light path L2 in fig. 8, after the light irradiates the second reflecting surface 126, a portion of the light may be reflected by the second reflecting surface 126 to the first emitting surface 122. Similarly, a portion of the light impinging on the second reflecting surface 126 is also directly refracted out of the second reflecting surface 126 (see the optical path L7 in fig. 8).
In order to soften the light emitted from the main light emitting portion 12, it is necessary to disperse the light on the first emitting surface 122, and therefore, it is preferable that the first reflecting surface 124 and the second reflecting surface 126 each reflect the light by diffuse reflection instead of specular reflection. For the first reflecting surface 124, a reflecting surface with a plurality of dots or other patterns can be formed by silk screen printing, so that different areas of the first reflecting surface 124 have different reflecting effects, and the purpose of diffuse reflection is achieved. For the second reflecting surface 126, the diffuse reflection effect of the second reflecting surface 126 may be enhanced by a frosted surface.
The auxiliary light emitting portion 14 has a second incident surface 140 and a second emitting surface 142, the second incident surface 140 is generally disposed facing the light guiding portion 16, so that the light guided by the light guiding portion 16 is incident on the second incident surface 140 as much as possible, and the second emitting surface 142 limits the final emitting direction of the light from the auxiliary light emitting portion 14. Generally, to maintain the cleanliness of the appearance of the lighting device, the second exit surface 142 is parallel to the exposed sidewall thereof, i.e., the reference surface b.
In order to guide the light to the auxiliary light emitting portion 14, the light guiding portion 16 and the auxiliary light emitting portion 14 in this embodiment are preferably located on the same side (e.g. above) of the central line a, and the light guiding portion 16 is designed as an arc reflecting surface, which may have a parabolic configuration, so that the light emitted by the light source module 10 and having a larger included angle with the central line a is reflected onto the second incident surface 140 and finally emitted from the second emitting surface 142 (see the light path L3 in fig. 8).
In order to facilitate assembly and fixing of the light emitting module 10, the main light emitting portion 12, the light guiding portion 16, and the auxiliary light emitting portion 14, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, a first frame 17 and a second frame 18 are further provided in the present embodiment. The first frame 17 and the second frame 18 may be formed by machining a profile, and the light emitting module 10, the main light emitting portion 12, the light guiding portion 16, and the auxiliary light emitting portion 14 are clamped and fixed in the up and down directions.
The light guide portion 16 may be integrally formed with the first frame 17 according to a desired position, so as to save space and simplify an assembly process. In the present embodiment, the first frame 17 and the second frame 18 are located on the upper and lower sides of the main light emitting portion 12 and the auxiliary light emitting portion 14, respectively, specifically, the first frame 17 may be disposed above or the second frame 18 may be disposed above.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the first frame 17 has a first main clamping portion 170 and a first auxiliary clamping portion 172, and at the same time, the second frame 18 has a second main clamping portion 180 and a second auxiliary clamping portion 182. The first main clamping portion 170 and the second main clamping portion 180 are disposed opposite to each other, and clamp the first reflecting surface 124 and the first emitting surface 122, that is, the upper and lower sides of the main light emitting portion 12, respectively. The first auxiliary clamping portion 172 and the second auxiliary clamping portion 182 clamp the upper and lower sides of the auxiliary light emitting portion 14, respectively.
In view of the fixation of the light emitting module 10, the second main clamping portion 180 is preferably planar, and the second auxiliary clamping portion 182 protrudes with respect to the second main clamping portion 180 and has a mounting surface 182a facing the main light emitting portion 12 and perpendicular to the second main clamping portion 180, and the light emitting module 10 is fixed on the mounting surface 182 a. At this time, the light guide portion 16 is integrally provided with the first frame 17, and is located between the first main clamping portion 170 and the first auxiliary clamping portion 172, and is opposite to the second main clamping portion 180.
In the above configuration, if the first frame 17 is located above and the second frame 18 is located below, the auxiliary light emitting unit 14 is located at a position higher than the main light emitting unit 12 in the lighting device 1. If the first frame 17 is located below and the second frame 18 is located above, the auxiliary light emitting portion 14 is located at a position lower than the position of the main light emitting portion 12 in the lighting device 1. The first frame 17 and the second frame 18 of the lighting device 1 shown in the drawings of the present embodiment are located above and below respectively. At this time, a hanger hole 17a may be provided on the first frame 17 so as to be connected with the bottom end of the hanger 3.
In the light emitting module 10, since the main light guiding portion 12 is located in front of the light emitting module 10 and the light guiding portion 16 is located at one side (upper side in the drawing) of the light emitting module 10, the light emitted downward from the light emitting module 10 is directly blocked by the second main clamping portion 180, which causes waste. In order to avoid waste, the present embodiment is designed as the third reflective surface 180a in the region where the second main clamping portion 180 is located between the main light emitting portion 12 and the second auxiliary clamping portion 182. Due to the presence of the third reflective surface 180a, a part of the light directed to the region can reach the light guide portion 16 by reflection of the third reflective surface 180a as shown by the optical path L4 in fig. 8, and finally be emitted through the auxiliary light emitting portion 14. At the same time, as shown in the optical path L5 in fig. 8, a part of the light in this region can enter the main light emitting section 12 from the first incident surface 120 by reflection from the third reflection surface 180a, and finally be emitted from the first emitting surface 122.
The lighting device and the lighting system provided by the embodiment of the application can provide the light source for the main light-emitting part 12 and the auxiliary light-emitting part 14 simultaneously through the same light-emitting module 10, and a decorative light source is not required to be additionally arranged, so that the structure of the lighting device is greatly simplified.
The foregoing embodiments of the present application mainly describe differences between the embodiments, and as long as there is no contradiction between different optimization features of the embodiments, the embodiments may be combined to form a better embodiment, and in view of brevity of line text, no further description is provided herein.
The foregoing is merely exemplary of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and variations of the present application will be apparent to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. which come within the spirit and principles of the application are to be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
