Technical Field

Background
In the prior art, the construction system widely applied to wall heat insulation materials and decorative materials in the building industry comprises: 1. the traditional construction system of heat insulation material and glass curtain wall has the defects of more garbage pollution, high energy consumption of glass light pollution, easy self-explosion of the glass curtain wall, high quality requirement on glass, complex construction procedure, high operation requirement on workers, high labor intensity, long construction period and the like in all links of the construction system; 2. in the traditional construction system of the heat insulation material and the natural stone curtain wall, the links of stone exploitation and industrialization development have garbage pollution, such as a great amount of dust pollution generated in the stone exploitation process, which causes serious damage to the environment, and the maximum size of stone plates used for building the curtain wall is 900mm multiplied by 20mm, and the construction process is complicated and complicated due to the overweight of single stone plates, the operation requirement of workers is high, the labor intensity is high, the construction period is long and the like; 3. in the traditional thermal insulation material and aluminum plate construction system, waste and garbage pollution can be generated due to cutting and the like of the aluminum plate, the thermal insulation material and a cold-hot bridge between the thermal insulation material and a wall body cannot be processed, the cutting precision requirement of a single plate is extremely high, when the size of the aluminum plate block reaches 2400mm multiplied by 800mm multiplied by 3mm, the flatness of installation is difficult to control, the whole effect of the curtain wall is hollow, and if the plate is very troublesome, the problem of long construction period is faced; 4. the traditional heat-insulating material thin plastering system is used for preparing paint after being formed, has complex production and construction, has better quality, can crack and permeate water after less than 2 years, and has the defects of peeling, falling off and the like after a few years.
In summary, the heat preservation and decoration integrated construction system in the prior art has the following defects and difficulties: waste of consumable materials is easy to generate; the installation procedure is complicated, and the procedure quality of an installer is difficult to control; the cold and hot bridges between the plate seams cannot be treated, and the heat preservation effect is poor; therefore, designing a new energy-saving heat-insulating decorative integrated finished product which is quick to install, pollution-free, waste-free and environment-friendly becomes a technical problem to be solved by the technicians in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides an integrated construction system suitable for pouring heat-insulating materials into the interior wall of a house, which is capable of powerfully promoting energy-saving reconstruction of a building.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme: the integrated structure system for pouring heat-insulating material into the interior wall of a house comprises fixing components fixedly connected to a heat-insulating treatment wall body to be decorated, wherein the fixing components are provided with edge-collecting grooves, decorative plates are clamped in the edge-collecting grooves of adjacent fixing components, and a heat-insulating layer is filled in a cavity formed by the decorative plates and the wall body, wherein the decorative plates are arranged on the interior wall of the house in a surrounding manner;
the fixing assembly comprises a vertical fixing assembly used for clamping the upper plate edge and the lower plate edge of the decorative plate and a transverse fixing assembly used for clamping the left plate edge and the right plate edge of the decorative plate;
the vertical fixing assembly comprises a first component arranged at a corner, a second component arranged on a plane wall and a third component arranged at an internal corner of a roof;
the transverse fixing component comprises a first fastener arranged on the plane wall body, a second fastener arranged on the external corner wall body and a third fastener arranged on the internal corner wall body.
Preferably, the first member is provided with a clamping groove I with a notch parallel to the vertical face of the wall body pointing upwards, and the clamping groove I is clamped on the lower plate edge of the decorative plate;

Preferably, the first fastener is provided with a first edge receiving groove with opposite notch directions and parallel to the plane wall, and the first edge receiving grooves with opposite directions are respectively clamped with the decorative plate;

the fixing assembly comprises a vertical fixing assembly used for clamping the upper plate edge and the lower plate edge of the decorative plate 1 and a transverse fixing assembly used for clamping the left plate edge and the right plate edge of the decorative plate 1;
the vertical fixing assembly comprises a first component 11 arranged at a corner, a second component 12 arranged on a plane wall and a third component 13 arranged at an internal corner of a roof;

The invention has the technical key points that the fixing component is fixed on the wall body, then the fixing installation of the decorative board 1 is carried out, then the heat insulation material is poured into the cavity enclosed between the decorative board 1 and the wall body, and the heat insulation layer 2 is formed in a pouring way, so that the problem of poor heat insulation effect caused by gaps and untight sticking between the heat insulation layer and the wall body when the decorative heat insulation integrated board is adopted for fixing installation in the prior art is avoided; in addition, the heat-insulating material decoration integrated construction system provided by the invention does not need to cut the decoration heat-insulating integrated board on a construction site, so that the waste of materials is avoided, meanwhile, the heat-insulating material is poured after the decoration board 1 is fixedly installed, the construction efficiency is improved, and more importantly, the construction system provided by the invention avoids the cost problems caused by manufacturing, storing and flowing of the decoration heat-insulating integrated board in a factory.
