Abstract

本发明公开了一种双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺,包括:吹塑瓶本体,所述吹塑瓶本体包括:外层TPR材料层、内层PE材料层,所述吹塑瓶本体是采用双螺杆挤出吹瓶工艺加工而成的。通过上述方式,本发明工艺简单易控,成品合格率高;采用双螺杆分别将TPR材料、PP材料挤出塑化复合,形成具有外层为TPR、内层为PE的吹塑瓶胚,再将瓶胚经吹气、拉伸得到双层复合结构的吹塑瓶,制得的吹塑瓶具有TPR产品的优异性能,且成本低。

Description

一种双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及吹塑瓶加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺。
背景技术
目前吹塑瓶多为单一材料制备而成的,一般材料有PE材料和TPR材料,制得的TPR吹塑瓶与PE吹塑瓶的性能对比如下:1、TPR产品具有很好的柔软度和舒适的触感;PE产品基本不具有柔软性;2、TPR产品具有高回弹性,PE产品则没有回弹性;3、TPR可达到雾面效果,PE则是亮面效果。因此TPR产品的综合性能优于PE产品,市场需求大。但是TPR材料是普通PE材料的价格的2倍以上甚至达到3倍,造成原料使用成本高,提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺,采用TPR、PE材料双层复合加工而成,具有TPR产品的优异性能,且降低了原料的使用成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺,包括:吹塑瓶本体,所述吹塑瓶本体包括:外层TPR材料层、内层PE材料层,所述吹塑瓶本体是采用双螺杆挤出吹瓶工艺加工而成的,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料熔融: 分别将TPR材料加入到A料筒内加热熔融得到TPR熔体,将PE材料加入到B料筒内加热熔融得到PE熔体;
(2)双螺杆挤出成型:步骤(1)制得的TPR熔体经A螺杆压缩、压实,PE熔体经B螺杆压缩、压实,并由变频器调节A、B螺杆的转速,使TPR熔体、PE熔体经过A、B双螺杆挤出,再经模头复合形成内层、外层粘合在一起的瓶胚体;
(3)双层复合吹塑瓶成型:将步骤(2)制得瓶胚体放入模具内,经吹气、拉伸制得双层复合吹塑瓶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外层TPR材料层与内层PE材料层的质量配比为3~5:5~7。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述A料筒内TPR材料的加热熔融温度为180-190℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述B料筒内PE材料的加热熔融温度为165-175℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述A螺杆的转速为45-50 r/min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述B螺杆的转速为55-60r/min。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺简单易控,成品合格率高;采用双螺杆分别将TPR材料、PP材料挤出塑化复合,形成具有外层为TPR、内层为PE的吹塑瓶胚,再将瓶胚经吹气、拉伸得到双层复合结构的吹塑瓶,制得的吹塑瓶具有TPR产品的优异性能,且成本低。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:
一种双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺,包括:吹塑瓶本体,所述吹塑瓶本体包括:外层TPR材料层、内层PE材料层,所述吹塑瓶本体是采用双螺杆挤出吹瓶工艺加工而成的。
实施例一
本实施例中,所述双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料熔融: 将TPR材料加入到A料筒内,在180℃高温下熔融得到TPR熔体,将PE材料加入到B料筒内,在165℃高温下熔融得到PE熔体;
(2)双螺杆挤出成型:步骤(1)制得的TPR熔体经A螺杆压缩、压实,PE熔体经B螺杆压缩、压实,并由变频器调节A螺杆的转速为45r/min,调节B螺杆的转速为55r/min,TPR熔体、PE熔体分别经过A、B双螺杆挤出,再经模头复合形成TPR外层、PE内层粘合在一起的瓶胚体;
(3)双层复合吹塑瓶成型:将步骤(2)制得瓶胚体放入模具内,经吹气、拉伸制得双层复合吹塑瓶。
其中,所述外层TPR材料层与内层PE材料层的质量配比为5:5。
实施例二
本实施例中,所述双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料熔融: 将TPR材料加入到A料筒内,在185℃高温下熔融得到TPR熔体,将PE材料加入到B料筒内,在170℃高温下熔融得到PE熔体;
(2)双螺杆挤出成型:步骤(1)制得的TPR熔体经A螺杆压缩、压实,PE熔体经B螺杆压缩、压实,并由变频器调节A螺杆的转速为48r/min,调节B螺杆的转速为57r/min,TPR熔体、PE熔体分别经过A、B双螺杆挤出,再经模头复合形成TPR外层、PE内层粘合在一起的瓶胚体;
(3)双层复合吹塑瓶成型:将步骤(2)制得瓶胚体放入模具内,经吹气、拉伸制得双层复合吹塑瓶。
其中,所述外层TPR材料层与内层PE材料层的质量配比为4:6。
实施例三
本实施例中,所述双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料熔融: 将TPR材料加入到A料筒内,在190℃高温下熔融得到TPR熔体,将PE材料加入到B料筒内,在175℃高温下熔融得到PE熔体;
(2)双螺杆挤出成型:步骤(1)制得的TPR熔体经A螺杆压缩、压实,PE熔体经B螺杆压缩、压实,并由变频器调节A螺杆的转速为50r/min,调节B螺杆的转速为60r/min,TPR熔体、PE熔体分别经过A、B双螺杆挤出,再经模头复合形成TPR外层、PE内层粘合在一起的瓶胚体;
(3)双层复合吹塑瓶成型:将步骤(2)制得瓶胚体放入模具内,经吹气、拉伸制得双层复合吹塑瓶。
其中,所述外层TPR材料层与内层PE材料层的质量配比为3:7。
本发明揭示了一种双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺,工艺简单易控,成品合格率高;采用双螺杆分别将TPR材料、PP材料挤出塑化复合,形成具有外层为TPR、内层为PE的吹塑瓶胚,再将瓶胚经吹气、拉伸得到双层复合结构的吹塑瓶,制得的吹塑瓶具有TPR产品的优异性能,且成本低。

Claims (6)

1.一种双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括:吹塑瓶本体,所述吹塑瓶本体包括:外层TPR材料层、内层PE材料层,所述吹塑瓶本体是采用双螺杆挤出吹瓶工艺加工而成的,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料熔融: 分别将TPR材料加入到A料筒内加热熔融得到TPR熔体,将PE材料加入到B料筒内加热熔融得到PE熔体;
(2)双螺杆挤出成型:步骤(1)制得的TPR熔体经A螺杆压缩、压实,PE熔体经B螺杆压缩、压实,并由变频器调节A、B螺杆的转速,使TPR熔体、PE熔体经过A、B双螺杆挤出,再经模头复合形成内层、外层粘合在一起的瓶胚体;
(3)双层复合吹塑瓶成型:将步骤(2)制得瓶胚体放入模具内,经吹气、拉伸制得双层复合吹塑瓶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述外层TPR材料层与内层PE材料层的质量配比为3~5:5~7。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述A料筒内TPR材料的加热熔融温度为180-190℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述B料筒内PE材料的加热熔融温度为165-175℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述A螺杆的转速为45-50 r/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双层复合吹塑瓶的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述B螺杆的转速为55-60r/min。
