Abstract
本发明公开了新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括原料处理、制备抗病添加剂、氨化处理、晾干、装袋等步骤;利用本发明的制备方法制备的新型抗病氨化饲料与现有技术制备的牛饲料相比不管是适口性、牛的育肥效果都优于现有技术制的饲料,且牛的发病率、死亡率低于现有技术制备的饲料。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料制备技术领域,特别是涉及新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法及其制备方法。
背景技术
牛肉含有丰富的蛋白质,氨基酸。其组成比猪肉更接近人体需要,能提高机体抗病能力,对生长发育及手术后、病后调养的人在补充失血和修复组织等方面特别适宜。中医食疗认为:寒冬食牛肉,有暖胃作用,为寒冬补益佳品。中医认为:牛肉有补中益气、滋养脾胃、强健筋骨、化痰息风、止渴止涎的功能。适用于中气下陷、气短体虚,筋骨酸软和贫血久病及面黄目眩之人食用。
目前,大部分农村养殖户采用传统的饲养方式,主要以农作物秸秆,砒壳为主,搭配少量精料,饲养周期长,生产的牛肉质量不高,生产效率低;而在一些养殖场,使用精料养殖使用量偏高,饲养成本高,经济效益低,并且有悖于我国发展节粮型草食牧业的初衷。此外,在目前的肉牛养殖过程中,常常出现各类疾病和细菌感染等情况,严重影响了肉牛的健康,因为这种情况的发生,导致各类抗生素的使用更加泛滥,使细菌病毒产生更强的抗药性,现有的中药添加剂对于各类疾病和细菌感染的防治能力还有待提高。
中草药源于天然植物,毒副作用小,易在动物机体内降解代谢,药效好、畜产品药物残留量低且某些中草药具有促进动物生长的作用等,为了减少畜禽生病概率,提高机体免疫力,普遍采用饲料中添加抗生素从而提高机体免疫力,改善生长,但是抗生素等药物的长期使用可使微生物产生耐药性,引起畜禽内源感染和二度感染,使畜禽免疫力下降,抗生素残留等问题,严重影响动物健康和人体健康。目前,越来越多的抗生素被禁止使用;因此,引用中草药来开发新型安全无刺激的新型高抗病饲料对于缓解药物残留和病原菌耐药性等饲料和食品安全问题,保障人类健康具有积极的意义。
但目前中草药在饲料中的应用也存在一些问题,传统的中草药饲料中添加大量的中草药,从而影响了饲料的适口性;如专利号为CN201410040663.6公开了一种以玉米粉、花生粕、葛根、知母、丁香、川贝母、款冬花、着饮仁、玉米须、木香、厚朴、凤仙花、鸡子黄、山植、桃仁、地榆、威灵仙为原料,通过简单的将所有的中草药磨成粉再与其它原料粉末混合制备而成中草药复合饲料,提高了牛的抗病性和生长速度,改善了肉质,但由于原料成分过多,导致成本增加,且中草药的处理工艺过于简单,致使中草药有效成分的利用率较低,饲料抗病性仍较低;且容易产生苦涩味,影响饲料的适口性。
因此,需要研制新型的制备工艺,减低甚至清除中草药的苦涩味,提高饲料的适口性,同时使得中草药的有效物质极大的融入到饲料中,提高中草药有效成分的利用率。

发明内容
本发明目的在于提出一种新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法,以解决上述饲料适口性差、中草药有效成分的利用率低导致牛的抗病能力低等技术问题。
为解决以上问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:原料预处理:
S11:将甘蔗尾叶、玉米秆晾干至含水量为80-90%,然后混合,再放入表面活化剂中浸泡1-2d;将鱼腥草、藿香、大蒜、水进行熬制两次,过滤,取两次熬制的药汁滤液混合,得到混合药汁,再将经表面活化剂浸泡后的甘蔗尾叶、玉米杆用混合药汁浸泡1-2d;然后沥干表面水份后,将进混合药汁浸泡后的甘蔗尾叶、玉米秆粉碎至3-5cm,得到混合料A;
所述表面活化剂以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:D-甘露糖醇1.5-3.5份、磷酸三钾0.5-1.5份、乙二醇1-3份、油酸0.6-0.8份;
S12:将火龙果皮及橘子皮去杂质,然后洗净、切碎、研磨,烘干,粉碎,混合过筛,得到混合料B;
S13:红薯叶切碎至1-3cm,将所述切碎的红薯叶晒干至含水量为35-45%,得到红薯叶粒备用;
S2:制备抗病添加剂:
S21:将抗病添加剂的所有原料混合放入煎煮容器中;向煎煮容器中加入总物料重量6-7倍的水,在70-90℃温度下煎煮1次,再采用600-800目的滤布过滤,滤液备用;滤渣再用总物料重量6-7倍的水,在50-60℃温度下煎煮1次,再采用600-800目的滤布过滤,合并两次滤液,得到中药滤液;
所述抗病添加剂以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:鱼腥草8-16份、藿香6-8份、大蒜10-14份、脉耳草2-4份、牛筋草3.5-5.5份、山苦草1.5-3.5份、陈皮10-14份、干姜5-7份、山楂8-10份、甘草8-10份;
S22:在中药滤液中加入体积浓度为55-65%的乙醇溶液,在25-30℃、1200-2400r/min条件下进行离心处理至出现分层现象,再处理10-15min,然后取上清液备用;
S23:在45-50℃温度下将上清液浓缩至相对浓度为1.25-1.5的浓缩液,得到抗病添加剂;
S3:氨化处理:将混合料A、混合料B、红薯叶粒、豆粕、抗病添加剂混合均匀,得到混合料C,然后加入氨化剂,在密闭环境中进行氨化处理1-2个月;
S4:晾干、装袋:将经过氨化处理的混合料C取出烘干,然后装袋置于阴凉处,备用。
进一步地,所述步骤S11表面活化剂通过将D-甘露糖醇、磷酸三钾、乙二醇、油酸混合均匀,在温度28-30℃、功率35-45W条件下进行超声波处理10-15min,制备得到。
进一步地,所述步骤S11甘蔗尾叶和玉米杆两者混合后与表面活化剂的物料比为2:1,所述经表面活化剂浸泡后的甘蔗尾叶和玉米杆两者混合后与混合药汁的物料比为1:1。
进一步地,所述步骤S11表面活化剂以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:D-甘露糖醇2.5份、磷酸三钾1份、乙二醇2份、油酸0.7份。
进一步地,所述步骤S12混合料B的目数为60-80目。

本发明与现有技术对比的有益效果包括:
1、由于甘蔗尾叶及玉米杆中粗纤维含量较高、内部组织结构交紧密,所以本发明先采用由D-甘露糖醇、磷酸三钾、乙二醇、油酸制备得到的表面活化剂将甘蔗尾叶及玉米杆进行表面处理,软化其表面结构组织,缩短氨时间,同时还可以提高饲料质地柔软度及适口性;再采用中药汁进行浸泡,促使经表面处理后的甘蔗尾叶及玉米杆更容易吸收中药汁的有效成分,增加甘蔗尾叶及玉米杆的附加值。
2、本发明新型抗病氨化粗饲料添加的抗病添加剂以中药为原料,其中中鱼腥草、藿香、大蒜、脉耳草、牛筋草、山苦草、陈皮、干姜、山楂、甘草等十味中药一起起到协同作用,经过合理配伍,使得各药的有效成分得到了充分利用,且进一步增强功能性饲料添加剂的抗菌抗病、健胃消食的效果,使得牛在饲用的同时不仅可以增强其食欲,使其食量增加达到增肥效果,还可以提高牛的菌抗病能力,降低发病率及死亡率。
3、利用本发明的制备方法制备的新型抗病氨化饲料与现有技术制备的牛饲料相比不管是适口性、牛的育肥效果都优于现有技术制的饲料,且牛的发病率、死亡率低于现有技术制备的饲料。
具体实施方式
为便于更好地理解本发明,将本发明的新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法,并通过以下实施例加以说明,这些实施例属于本发明的保护范围,但不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
新型抗病氨化饲料以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:甘蔗尾叶150-250份、玉米杆100份、红薯叶90份、豆粕90份、火龙果皮65份、橘子皮80份、氨化剂17份、表面活化剂30份、抗病添加剂54份;
所述氨化剂由比例为2:1:0.5的碳酸氢铵、尿素、水组成;
所述表面活化剂包括:D-甘露糖醇1.5份、磷酸三钾0.5份、乙二醇1份、油酸0.6份;
所述抗病添加剂包括:鱼腥草8份、藿香6份、大蒜10份、脉耳草2份、牛筋草3.5份、山苦草1.5份、陈皮10份、干姜5份、山楂8份、甘草8份。

S23:在45℃温度下将上清液浓缩至相对浓度为1.25的浓缩液,得到抗病添加剂;
S3:氨化处理:将混合料A、混合料B、红薯叶粒、豆粕、抗病添加剂混合均匀,得到混合料C,然后加入氨化剂,在温度为35℃,湿度为65%,且无空气流通密闭环境中进行氨化处理1个月;
所述氨化剂的体积浓度为8%;所述氨化剂的加入方法为:一层混合料C,喷一层氨化剂,然后依次交替;每一层混合料C的厚度为1cm,每一层氨化剂的喷淋量为50g/ml;
S4:晾干、装袋:将经过氨化处理的混合料C取出烘干,然后装袋置于阴凉处,备用。
实施例2:
新型抗病氨化饲料以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:甘蔗尾叶200份、玉米杆150份、红薯叶120份、豆粕120份、火龙果皮80份、橘子皮90份、氨化剂27份、表面活化剂32份、抗病添加剂74份;
所述氨化剂由比例为2.5:1.2:0.7的碳酸氢铵、尿素、水组成;
所述表面活化剂包括:D-甘露糖醇2.5份、磷酸三钾1份、乙二醇2份、油酸0.7份;
所述抗病添加剂包括:鱼腥草12份、藿香7份、大蒜12份、脉耳草3份、牛筋草4.5份、山苦草2.5份、陈皮12份、干姜6份、山楂9份、甘草9份。
上述新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法包括以下步骤:

S21:将抗病添加剂的所有原料混合放入煎煮容器中;向煎煮容器中加入总物料重量7倍的水,在80℃温度下煎煮1次,再采用700目的滤布过滤,滤液备用;滤渣再用总物料重量7倍的水,在55℃温度下煎煮1次,再采用700目的滤布过滤,合并两次滤液,得到中药滤液;
S22:在中药滤液中加入体积浓度为60%的乙醇溶液,在28℃、1800r/min条件下进行离心处理至出现分层现象,再处理13min,然后取上清液备用;
所述中药滤液与乙醇的比例为3:1;
S23:在47℃温度下将上清液浓缩至相对浓度为1.35的浓缩液,得到抗病添加剂;
S3:氨化处理:将混合料A、混合料B、红薯叶粒、豆粕、抗病添加剂混合均匀,得到混合料C,然后加入氨化剂,在温度为40℃,湿度为70%,且无空气流通密闭环境中进行氨化处理2个月;
所述氨化剂的体积浓度为9%;所述氨化剂的加入方法为:一层混合料C,喷一层氨化剂,然后依次交替;每一层混合料C的厚度为2cm,每一层氨化剂的喷淋量为50g/ml;
S4:晾干、装袋:将经过氨化处理的混合料C取出烘干,然后装袋置于阴凉处,备用。
实施例3:
新型抗病氨化饲料以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:甘蔗尾叶250份、玉米杆200份、红薯叶150份、豆粕150份、火龙果皮95份、橘子皮100份、氨化剂37份、表面活化剂34份、抗病添加剂94份;
所述氨化剂由比例为3:1.5:1的碳酸氢铵、尿素、水组成;
所述表面活化剂包括:D-甘露糖醇3.5份、磷酸三钾1.5份、乙二醇3份、油酸0.8份;
所述抗病添加剂包括:鱼腥草16份、藿香8份、大蒜14份、脉耳草4份、牛筋草5.5份、山苦草3.5份、陈皮14份、干姜7份、山楂10份、甘草10份。

效果例:
采用实施例1-3和对比例1-4的技术方案分别制备新型抗病氨化饲料,同时采用对比例5中实施例1的技术方案制备牛饲料。
(一)为验证本发明对牛饲用的增肥效果,发明人在牛场进行了分前后共计180天的试验;选择试验80头无患病记录的肉牛,随机分为8组,每组10头,其中7组食用本发明饲料,余下1组食用采用对比例5技方案制备的牛饲料;每日早晚服用两次,试验结果如表1。
(二)为验证本发明饲料的适口性及牛饲用后发病率、死亡率的情况;发明人在牛场进行了为期90天的饲喂试验;挑选160头体重接近、健康的2月龄幼牛,随机分为8组,每组20头,其中7组食用本发明饲料,余下1组食用采用对比例5中实施例1的技方案制备的牛饲料;每日早晚服用两次,饲养完后清理牛舍,保证试验牛有清洁的饮水和干净的体息环境,并定期给试验牛清洁体表卫生,饲喂效果如表2。

从表1、表2可知,试验牛的体重与日粮的营养水平有关,经饲喂前和饲喂后的实施例组数据与对比例组数据比较,试验牛的总体重、累计体重、平均日增重差异均显著,且实施例3最为突出;此外,饲料的适口性及试验牛的发病率、死亡率与饲料配方及制备工艺有关。
一方面,由于甘蔗尾叶及玉米杆中粗纤维含量较高、内部组织结构交紧密,所以本发明先采用由D-甘露糖醇、磷酸三钾、乙二醇、油酸制备得到的表面活化剂将甘蔗尾叶及玉米杆进行表面处理,软化其表面结构组织,缩短氨时间,且还可以提高饲料质地柔软度及适口性;再采用中药汁进行浸泡,促使经表面处理后的甘蔗尾叶及玉米杆更容易吸收中药汁的有效成分,增加甘蔗尾叶及玉米杆的附加值。
另一方面,是因为鱼腥草、藿香、大蒜、脉耳草、牛筋草、山苦草、陈皮、干姜、山楂、甘草等十味中药一起起到协同作用;鱼腥草为三白草科,其主含挥发油,癸酰乙醛、鱼腥草素等多种成份,对各种致病杆菌、球菌、流感病毒、钩端螺旋体等有抑制抗菌作用,并能提高机体免疫调节功能增加白细胞吞噬能力;藿香是高钙、高胡萝卜素药食同源食品,富含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素B、尼克酸、维生素C、钙、磷、铁等营养物质,且其油中主含的甲基胡椒酚、对伞花烃、I-丁香烯等,对多种致病性真菌,都有一定的抑制作用;大蒜为百合科植物大蒜的鳞茎,含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、粗纤维、钙、磷、铁、硫胺素、核黄素、挥发油等,入药具有行滞气、暖脾胃、消症疾、杀虫灭菌等作用;甘草为豆科植物,甘草的根茎,含甘甜素、甘草黄素、葡萄糖、甘露醇、苹果酸、天门冬酰胺等,入药具有补脾益气、清热解毒、润肺止咳之功效,且具有和诸药的作用;因此鱼腥草、藿香、大蒜、甘草合理配武使用,不仅可以增强饲料的抗菌性,还可以提升饲料的营养价值。另,脉耳草味辛、微苦,性温,具有清热除湿,消炎接骨功效,可预防肝炎、结膜炎等症状;牛筋草味甘、淡,性平,具有清热解毒,祛风利湿,散瘀止血功效,可用于防治肠炎、痢疾等症状;山苦草味苦,性寒,具有清热平肝,消炎解毒功效,主治可用于防治慢性肝炎、口腔炎、疮疡肿毒等;因此脉耳草、牛筋草、山苦草配合使用,与鱼腥草、藿香、大蒜、甘草等相呼应,进一步增强饲料的抗病性,使其可以预防多种炎症及流感的发生。陈皮可燥湿而能健脾开胃,适用于脾胃虚弱、饮食减少、消化不良,且其内含的川陈皮素有抗血细胞凝集、抗血栓形成、抗癌、抗真菌、抗炎、抗过敏等作用,此外其营养成分是相当丰富,富含碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质、维生素E、核黄素、烟酸、镁、钙、铁、锌、钾、硒等营养物质;干姜味辛,性热,温中散寒,回阳通脉,燥湿消痰,用于脘腹冷痛,呕吐泄泻,肢冷脉微,痰饮喘咳;山楂酸甘,微温,可消食积,散瘀血,驱绦虫,具有消食健胃,行气散瘀功效,用于肉食积滞、胃烷胀满、泻痢腹痛等;陈皮配以干姜使用可暖胃、健胃消食,再配合山楂一起则具有开胃、驱绦虫、增强食欲的作用。所以本发明的十味中药经过合理配伍,使得各药的有效成分得到了充分利用,且进一步增强功能性饲料添加剂的抗菌抗病、健胃消食的效果,使得牛在饲用的同时不仅可以增强其食欲,使其食量增加达到增肥效果,还可以提高牛的菌抗病能力,降低发病率及死亡率。
利用本发明制备方法制备的新型抗病氨化饲料适口性较好、牛的育肥效果显著,且牛的发病率、死亡率低。

Claims (10)
1.新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:原料预处理:
S11:将甘蔗尾叶、玉米秆晾干至含水量为80-90%,然后混合,再放入表面活化剂中浸泡1-2d;将鱼腥草、藿香、大蒜、水进行熬制两次,过滤,取两次熬制的药汁滤液混合,得到混合药汁,再将经表面活化剂浸泡后的甘蔗尾叶、玉米杆用混合药汁浸泡1-2d;然后沥干表面水份后,将进混合药汁浸泡后的甘蔗尾叶、玉米秆粉碎至3-5cm,得到混合料A;
所述表面活化剂以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:D-甘露糖醇1.5-3.5份、磷酸三钾0.5-1.5份、乙二醇1-3份、油酸0.6-0.8份;
S12:将火龙果皮及橘子皮去杂质,然后洗净、切碎、研磨,烘干,粉碎,混合过筛,得到混合料B;
S13:红薯叶切碎至1-3cm,将所述切碎的红薯叶晒干至含水量为35-45%,得到红薯叶粒备用;
S2:制备抗病添加剂:
S21:将抗病添加剂的所有原料混合放入煎煮容器中;向煎煮容器中加入总物料重量6-7倍的水,在70-90℃温度下煎煮1次,再采用600-800目的滤布过滤,滤液备用;滤渣再用总物料重量6-7倍的水,在50-60℃温度下煎煮1次,再采用600-800目的滤布过滤,合并两次滤液,得到中药滤液;
所述抗病添加剂以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:鱼腥草8-16份、藿香6-8份、大蒜10-14份、脉耳草2-4份、牛筋草3.5-5.5份、山苦草1.5-3.5份、陈皮10-14份、干姜5-7份、山楂8-10份、甘草8-10份;
S22:在中药滤液中加入体积浓度为55-65%的乙醇溶液,在25-30℃、1200-2400r/min条件下进行离心处理至出现分层现象,再处理10-15min,然后取上清液备用;
S23:在45-50℃温度下将上清液浓缩至相对浓度为1.25-1.5的浓缩液,得到抗病添加剂;
S3:氨化处理:将混合料A、混合料B、红薯叶粒、豆粕、抗病添加剂混合均匀,得到混合料C,然后加入氨化剂,在密闭环境中进行氨化处理1-2个月;
S4:晾干、装袋:将经过氨化处理的混合料C取出烘干,然后装袋置于阴凉处,备用。
2.如权利要求1所述新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S11表面活化剂通过将D-甘露糖醇、磷酸三钾、乙二醇、油酸混合均匀,在温度28-30℃、功率35-45W条件下进行超声波处理10-15min,制备得到。
3.如权利要求1所述新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S11甘蔗尾叶和玉米杆两者混合后与表面活化剂的物料比为2:1,所述经表面活化剂浸泡后的甘蔗尾叶和玉米杆两者混合后与混合药汁的物料比为1:1。
4.如权利要求1所述新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S11表面活化剂以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:D-甘露糖醇2.5份、磷酸三钾1份、乙二醇2份、油酸0.7份。
5.如权利要求1所述新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S12混合料B的目数为60-80目。
6.如权利要求1所述新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S21抗病添加剂以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:鱼腥草12份、藿香7份、大蒜12份、脉耳草3份、牛筋草4.5份、山苦草2.5份、陈皮12份、干姜6份、山楂9份、甘草9份。
7.如权利要求1所述新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S22中药滤液与乙醇的比例为3:1。
8.如权利要求1所述新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3氨化剂由比例为2-3:1-1.5:0.5-1的碳酸氢铵、尿素、水组成。
9.如权利要求1所述新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3氨化剂的体积浓度为8-10%;所述氨化剂的加入方法为:一层混合料C,喷一层氨化剂,然后依次交替。
10.如权利要求1所述新型抗病氨化饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3密闭环境的温度为35-45℃,湿度为65-75%,且无空气流通。
