Abstract
The invention discloses a connecting device between container type house modules and an installation method thereof, wherein the connecting device comprises a connecting box with a hollow inside, a vertically arranged bolt rod penetrates through the connecting box, and the bolt rod penetrates out of the connecting box and is connected with a nut; the bolt rod is a double-head bolt rod, two ends of the bolt rod are respectively provided with a positive wire and a negative wire, the middle part of the bolt rod is provided with a tightening part, and the side surface of the connecting box is provided with a mounting opening; wherein the mounting opening corresponds to the tightening part; and two nuts can be screwed simultaneously when the bolt rod rotates. The device ensures that the modules are connected and fastened, the installation is convenient and efficient, the welding is not needed on the installation site, the efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of assembly type modularized buildings, and particularly relates to a connecting device between modules; in particular to a connecting device between container type house modules and an installation method thereof.
Background
The modular container building is prefabricated in a factory by taking a single room as a module, and the internal space of the module can be arranged and decorated in the factory, and then transported to the site to reliably connect the modules together by hoisting, so as to assemble the complete building. The modularized container building has the characteristics of green buildings such as industrialized production, standardized production, remote reconstruction and the like, has the advantages of short construction period, labor saving, building quality improvement and the like, and has good development prospect.
The existing fixing piece between containers mainly adopts a bridge connector for the container matched with standard corner fittings, the connecting mode can enable the connecting gap between container modules to be larger, the tightening rear axle connector can only play a role in unidirectional bolting, three-dimensional positioning and fixing cannot be achieved, and in addition, the bridge connector is an external connecting piece and can be corroded by external environment. And other connection modes are complex, so that the construction operation is inconvenient.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the connecting device comprises a connecting box with a hollow inside, wherein a vertically arranged bolt rod penetrates through the connecting box, and the bolt rod penetrates out of the connecting box and is connected with a nut; the bolt rod is a double-head bolt rod, two ends of the bolt rod are respectively provided with a positive wire and a negative wire, the middle part of the bolt rod is provided with a tightening part, and the side surface of the connecting box is provided with a mounting opening; wherein the mounting opening corresponds to the tightening part; and two nuts can be screwed simultaneously when the bolt rod rotates; the connection box is arranged between the two container modules, and the two nuts are respectively arranged on the connection surfaces of the two container modules.

The connecting box and the two nuts are an upper module corner connecting piece bottom plate and a lower module corner connecting piece top plate of the container module, and the bolt rods penetrate through the upper module corner connecting piece bottom plate and the lower module corner connecting piece top plate.
Wherein the position of the connecting box penetrating out of the bolt rod is provided with a protruding part; the bottom plate of the upper module corner connecting piece and the top plate of the lower module corner connecting piece are sleeved on the outer sides of the protruding parts; and two ends of the bolt rod respectively penetrate through the bottom plate of the upper module corner connecting piece and the top plate of the lower module corner connecting piece and are connected with the nuts.
The nut comprises a first opening and a second opening, the second opening is sleeved with a protruding part, and threads corresponding to the bolt rod are arranged in the first opening; and a pin is inserted on the nut, passes through the nut and is inserted in a groove on the outer wall of the protruding part.
Wherein the connection box is of a box-shaped structure, and two opposite side surfaces of the connection box are provided with mounting openings.
The bolt rod is further provided with a temporary fixing pin, and the temporary fixing pin is arranged on the lower edge of the mounting opening and used for preventing the bolt rod from falling down during mounting.
The invention also provides a mounting method of the connecting device between container type house modules, which comprises the steps of penetrating a bolt rod out of an upper module corner connecting piece bottom plate of one container module, penetrating the bolt rod through a connecting box and penetrating into a lower module corner connecting piece top plate of the other container module, and enabling two ends of the bolt rod to be respectively positioned in two container modules; then two nuts are respectively penetrated at two ends of the bolt rod; wherein the connecting box is provided with a protruding part on an opening penetrating through the bolt rod, and the protruding part penetrates through an upper module connecting piece bottom plate and a lower module connecting piece top plate in the container module; the side openings of the nut are aligned with the recesses provided in the male portion of the connector housing and then pins are used to pass through the side openings of the nut and the recesses in the male member.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the connecting box is used for connecting the device of two adjacent container modules, the bolt rod penetrates through the connecting surfaces of the connecting box and the adjacent container modules and is fixed between the adjacent container modules through nuts, and the bolt rod is arranged in the connecting box to prevent the connecting box from being corroded by the external environment; wherein the inside of the connecting box is hollow, the side face of the connecting box is provided with a mounting opening, the bolt rod is provided with a tightening part, and the two ends of the bolt rod are respectively provided with a positive wire and a negative wire, so that the tightening part is operated through the mounting opening, and the bolt rod and nuts at the two ends of the bolt rod can be simultaneously tightened.
Further, the connection box is provided with a protruding part, and the protruding part is used for providing shearing bearing capacity; and the bolt shank passes through the boss member.
Further, the second opening of the nut is used for being sleeved on the protruding part, the first opening is used for being sleeved on the bolt rod, and the nut is used for fastening the bolt rod.
Further, the pin can couple the male member to the nut to limit relative rotation between the nut and the male member.
Furthermore, the bottom plate of the upper module corner connecting piece and the top plate of the lower module corner connecting piece are respectively sleeved on the convex parts at different positions of the connecting box, so that the effect of transmitting shear force is achieved.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate installation, the connection box is preferably a box-shaped structure, the upper plane and the lower plane of the connection box are respectively contacted with the two container modules, the contact area is large, and the side surface of the connection box is used for providing an installation opening, so that the connection box is convenient to install.
Furthermore, in the installation process, before the bolt rod is not screwed, in order to prevent the bolt rod from falling down due to the action of gravity, a temporary fixing pin is arranged to fix and limit the bolt rod on the lower edge of the installation opening.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below with reference to the attached drawings and specific embodiments.
The invention provides a connecting device between container type house modules, which is shown in figure 1, and comprises a connecting box 1, wherein the inside of the connecting box 1 is of a hollow structure, and a vertical bolt rod 2 penetrates through the connecting box 1, wherein the bolt rod 2 is a double-head bolt rod with two ends respectively provided with a positive wire and a negative wire; two ends of the bolt rod 2 penetrate through the connecting box 1, and two ends of the bolt rod 2 are respectively connected with corresponding nuts 3; the side of the connecting box 1 is also provided with a mounting opening, and the mounting opening and a tightening part in the middle of the bolt rod 1.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the connection box 1 is of a box-shaped structure with a hollow interior, holes for passing through the bolt rods 2 are formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the connection box 1, and two opposite side surfaces of the connection box 1 are provided with mounting openings; and two positions of the connection box 1 passing through the bolt rod 2 are provided with protruding parts 8; as shown in fig. 2, the bolt shank 2 passes through the boss member 8 out of the connection box 1.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the nut 3 is provided with a first opening 9 and a second opening 10, as shown in fig. 8, wherein the second opening 10 is adapted to fit over the protruding part 8, as shown in fig. 7, the first opening 9 is provided with a thread matching the bolt shank 2, and the bolt shank 2 is screwed with the first opening 9.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, an upper module corner connector bottom plate 5 and a lower module corner connector top plate 6 are further arranged between the connection box 1 and the screw cap 3, wherein the upper module corner connector bottom plate 5 and the lower module corner connector top plate 6 are respectively arranged above and below the connection box 1; the upper module corner connector bottom plate 5 and the lower module corner connector top plate 6 are each of the same shape and structure as the upper and lower surfaces of the connector box 1 as shown in fig. 9, and have holes in the middle portions thereof for passing through the bolt bars 2.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, both ends of the bolt rod 2 are respectively provided with a positive wire and a negative wire, and the middle part of the bolt rod 2 is provided with a tightening part, as shown in fig. 5, the cross section of the tightening part is of a hexagonal structure, so that the bolt rod 2 can be conveniently tightened by using devices such as a wrench; wherein the 7 position of the bolt rod 2 is also provided with a temporary fixing pin, as shown in fig. 1, the temporary fixing pin 7 is arranged on the lower edge of the mounting opening of the connecting box 1.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, at least one pin 4 is further inserted into the nut 3, and the pin 4 is inserted into a groove, preferably a vertical groove, on the protruding member 8 through the nut 3; the pins 4 are preferably two or more and are arranged in different vertical planes.
The method for installing the connecting device between the container type house modules comprises the following steps: the upper container module and the lower container module are connected by the connecting device at the corner connector. When in installation, the bolt rod 2 passes through the corner connector of the lower container module, then the connecting box 1 passes through the bolt rod 2, and the connecting box 1 is positioned above the corner connector of the lower container module; the temporary fixing pin 7 is screwed on the bolt rod 2 to play a temporary fixing role and prevent the bolt rod 2 from falling; the screw cap 3 enters the inner cavity from the side hole of the corner connecting piece of the lower container module, the screw cap 3 is penetrated on the screw rod 2, the side hole opening position of the screw cap 3 is aligned with the groove of the convex part 8, and then two pins 4 penetrate through the hole opening position of the screw cap 3, so that the screw cap 3 is clamped in the groove, and the screw rod 2 and the screw cap 3 are prevented from rotating simultaneously; the bottom corner connector of the upper container module passes through the bolt rod 2, the screw cap 3 enters from the side hole of the corner connector of the upper container module, and the screw cap 3 is penetrated and the pin 4 is installed as the lower container module. After the installation is completed, the bolt rod 2 is clamped on a tightening part in the middle of the bolt rod by a spanner and is tightened until the inner force is required.
Claims (6)
1. The connecting device between container type house modules is characterized by comprising a connecting box (1) with a hollow inside, wherein a vertically arranged bolt rod (2) penetrates through the connecting box (1), and the bolt rods (2) penetrate out of the connecting box (1) and are connected with a nut (3); the bolt rod (2) is a double-head bolt rod, two ends of the bolt rod (2) are respectively provided with a positive wire and a negative wire, the middle part of the bolt rod (2) is provided with a tightening part, and the side surface of the connecting box (1) is provided with an installation opening;
the mounting opening corresponds to the tightening part; and the two nuts (3) can be screwed simultaneously when the bolt rod (2) rotates;
The connecting box (1) is arranged between two container modules, and two nuts (3) are respectively arranged on the connecting surfaces of the two container modules; a protruding part (8) is arranged at the position of the connecting box (1) penetrating out of the bolt rod (2); the nut (3) comprises a first opening (9) and a second opening (10), the second opening (10) is sleeved with a protruding part (8), and threads corresponding to the bolt rod (2) are arranged in the first opening (9); the screw cap (3) is inserted with a pin (4), and the pin (4) passes through the screw cap (3) and is inserted into a groove on the outer wall of the protruding part (8); the connecting box (1) and the two nuts (3) are an upper module corner connecting piece bottom plate (5) and a lower module corner connecting piece top plate (6) of the container module, and the bolt rods (2) penetrate through the upper module corner connecting piece bottom plate (5) and the lower module corner connecting piece top plate (6).

The connecting device between container-type house modules according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting box (1) is provided with a protruding part (8) at the position of the bolt bar (2) penetrating out; the bottom plate (5) of the upper module corner connecting piece and the top plate (6) of the lower module corner connecting piece are sleeved outside the protruding part (8); and two ends of the bolt rod (2) respectively penetrate through the upper module corner connecting piece bottom plate (5) and the lower module corner connecting piece top plate (6) and are connected with the screw cap (3).

A method of installing a connection between container-type housing modules according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that it comprises threading the bolt shank (2) out of the upper module corner connector floor (5) of one container module, and then threading the bolt shank (2) through the connection box (1) and into the lower module corner connector ceiling (6) of the other container module, with both ends of the bolt shank (2) located in the two container modules, respectively; then two nuts (3) are respectively penetrated at two ends of the bolt rod (2); wherein the connecting box (1) is provided with a protruding part (8) on an opening penetrating through the bolt rod (2), and the protruding part (8) penetrates through an upper module connecting piece bottom plate (5) and a lower module connecting piece top plate (6) in the container module; the side opening of the screw cap (3) is aligned with the recess provided in the protruding part (8) of the coupling box (1), and then the pin (4) is used to pass through the side opening of the screw cap (3) and the recess provided in the protruding part (8).
